Broken equipment, trash all over the floor the last 3 times I've been in and a general lack of cleanliness. Worst anytime fitness in the area frankly. We now drive to another location to work out because of the broken equipment and the 1 member who keeps bringing in his 4 or 5 friends and trashing the place. Totally unprofessional image. Oh and why won't the owner respond to my emails or the complaints to corporate??? What does it take to get action and get this place fixed? Would be a great gym with repaired equipment, a thorough cleaning and enforcing the rules. Oh and remove the duct tape on the curl machine and replace the covering.

This gym uses a company called FMG Texas LLC to do billing of personal training program. I signed up 8 sessions of personal training in Jan 2020. The mgr made me signed on his computer for a charge of $240 that was supposed to be the whole contract. Then I was charged two more months for additional $480 as a recurring charge without my knowledge. I am having hard time to get them to refund me just $240 since 3/11/2020. Tried to dispute this $240 from Chase Master card without success. I feel I was scammed by their billing process. I could not even go to the gym to risk my life during the COVID-19 period.

Management is useless, because they don't enforce any of the rules they have posted . Too many gym rats starting to hog up equipment at the different times of day. We're all paying customers. You also have too many people not using the cubbies for their gym bags and hanging bags on equipment they're not even using. Unfortunately, this gym has gone downhill as to the people picking up after themselves. It's sad but it may be time to go to another facility or start buying my own equipment again. I've been to other Anytime Fitness facilities traveling across the country, and I have to rate this one at the bottom now. I will give it two stars because it is halfway clean compared to other gyms.

This gym has gone down hill since I first started going there three years ago. I have had a Anytime Fitness membership for a total of 4.5 years. I have utilized other locations and this one is by far the worst. When I first moved to the area and started going here I was surprised that it was so much smaller than the others. I was also surprised with the difference in equipment. This gym is lacking in a few pieces that I am accustomed to using. But the staff at the time was very friendly and nice. The manager was always cleaning and always smiling. I did cancel my membership for a year to try out another gym establishment. I came back to Anytime to get back to the smaller quite less populated gym, but I have been highly disappointed ever since. The equipment is always broken, it took them months to fix the cable row and the ab machine. They removed the spin bike and the decline sit up bench. They put in astro turf, which is not comfortable to work out on! This facility only has the recumbent bike which I dont like to utilize. The bathrooms are horrible. They are dirty, and the toilets do not work. When I say the toilets do not work I mean they do not work, they back up on you to the point of over flowing.

Great club! Convenient, clean, sand close by. The issue is the company that does their financial stuff. I’ve had to call them several times for taking too much money out and now, for taking a random extra $10. I call. Of course, I get someone stuttering through scripting that has nothing to do with the issue I’m calling about. Finally, they say it’s my annual fee, but it’s October and my anniversary month is April! THAT DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE! Instead of addressing this, he rudely tells me to take it up with the people at the club! They’re just going to point me back to this toll free number because the club people don’t do anything with the money. I like the convenience of the gym, but hate that they make paying them a pain. I’ll be canceling this membership AS SOON AS my year is up.

Am a current member of planet fitness and I give this place a 5☆ Cecilia is a great worker here and always says hi and bye. She give a good experience while I'm here. She also did very well about explaining the membership and that it will renew every 12 months unless you personally ask for them to not renew and cancel it. Place is always cl3an and has wipes for wiping down machines. Will recommend this place to anyone especially that it's not packed with people. I hate crows so it is perfect with me. Only machine I wish they had is one for a inner thigh work out but it's a good gym to be in. Thank you

Very small but very quiet. Hasn’t been too busy and haven’t needed to wait for any equipment. Very nice atmosphere and probably my favorite, no CNN on the tv.

It's a smaller location than some and doesn't have all the equipment I've used elsewhere, but it's VERY convenient. I especially like that we can, literally, go "any time". UPDATE: If you can go in the early afternoon, before everyone else gets off work, you practically have the place to yourself. Saturday afternoon is good, too.

I just moved to Cibolo and this is the closest gym to me, which I was excited about because I had a membership in Dallas with this place, unfortunately I been here a month and have called several times, no one has yet to answer the phone. Bad customer service. I will make the extra drive to another gym.

I don't know why I'm being asked to rate this but for now it's the only freaking gym you can call 24/7 and that's winner for me. I don't have a membership and have never entered this gym. I'm tempted to strip some stars from my rating since this place would have me as a member if I wanted.

Anytime anywhere any place! Staff is there for specific hours, or at least, they are supposed to be. There have been several times where I wanted to speak with staff about my fitness and they were enough there during business staff hours. Otherwise pretty awesome

Usually pretty clean. Appreciate you replacing the bulbs in the showers. Can you please put the benches back into the bathrooms so we have a place to sit to get dressed? Thanks. This location is one of the better AF locations. 😀UPDATE 5/10/22 benches are in bathrooms now, thank you. This is one of the better AFs in the USA. A little more water pressure in showers or new shower heads would bump it up to 5 stars but you can still get a decent shower in a clean bathroom. 👍

Cecilia had been great to work with. I run the mortgage company next door for 8 years and had never stepped into the gym. Since she invited us we’ve been there every day since. Great equipment and the private restrooms make it easy to get ready. Thank you!

It's a nice gym! Definitely enjoyed my workout while passing through town.

Terrible experience. They auto renewed my membership after my 12 month membership was up. Without contacting me. Then contacted me saying they needed my payment info again and is trying to send me to collections. Do not go to this gym. It’s very small and all of the equipment is taken.

I’m not sure who is saying this gym is clean. The only good thing I can say about this gym is that it’s not very busy. But it is absolutely the dirtiest and least maintained gym I’ve ever worked out in. It’s obvious that the floors never get cleaned and when equipment breaks, it is out of service for weeks at a time. I’ve also found multiple nuts and bolts loose on equipment. Not to mention the AC has been broken since last Summer, which I submitted a complaint about. I really don’t know why I pay $32 every six months for “maintenance fee.” I’m planning to switch gyms, which is unfortunate, because Anytime is really convenient for me.

I liked the place, small so not to get overwhelmed, not too busy so not to get intimidated by the professional body builders. Frankie was really nice and listened to me prattle on and on... the gym looked clean and equipment looked in good repair. will be making my 1st work out there this evening.

Crooks! I tried cancelling my service with them multiple times but never got a call back. They started charging me 5 TIMES per month for my membership, and I had to resort to doing a Stop Payment with my bank.

Great workout space. Open 24 hours a day as a member. My wife and I use this gym about once a month and it’s always a great workout.

A little smaller than most of the other Anytime gyms. Could use more open racks, but not enough room. Good gym, nonetheless.

great location, equipment in excellent condition, clean showers/bathrooms. they also have several personal trainers who are very flexible with their schedules. my trainer Rosa Albright has been WONDERFUL! as i said, she's super flexible and works around my schedule. She also pushes me hard and is giving me all that i need and more in my routine!
