The
hospital
was
good.
Just
respect
Covid
protocols...and
one
more
thing
that
makes
everyone
annoyed
about
picking
up
the
medicines
was
taking
so
long
like
2hours
plus.
It
needs
to
add
1
more
window
and
I
think
the
BPJS
patients
should
be
separated
from
the
regular
and
add
3
or
4
more
staff
for
preparing
the
medicines.
The
more
service
fasts
the
more
patients
are
happy...more
help
more
blessings.
I
read
a
lot
of
complaints
already
about
collecting
their
medicines
but
I
don't
see
any
actions
made
by
the
management.
These
can
help
you
improve
your
service.
I
hope
you
will
take
action
about
this
matter.
We
are
here
to
help
the
things
that
you're
missing
and
ignoring.
I
don't
say
that
all
is
bad,
I
think
some
areas
in
the
hospital
were
doing
good
service
also
and
as
I
can
see
that
the
hospital
is
adding
more
areas
and
rooms
then
you
have
to
listen
to
our
side
also
as
a
patient
of
what
we
are
complaining
because
we
helped
you
improved
and
made
you
bigger.

reason
you
built
this
hospital.
