The hospital was good. Just respect Covid protocols...and one more thing that makes everyone annoyed about picking up the medicines was taking so long like 2hours plus. It needs to add 1 more window and I think the BPJS patients should be separated from the regular and add 3 or 4 more staff for preparing the medicines. The more service fasts the more patients are happy...more help more blessings. I read a lot of complaints already about collecting their medicines but I don't see any actions made by the management. These can help you improve your service. I hope you will take action about this matter. We are here to help the things that you're missing and ignoring. I don't say that all is bad, I think some areas in the hospital were doing good service also and as I can see that the hospital is adding more areas and rooms then you have to listen to our side also as a patient of what we are complaining because we helped you improved and made you bigger. We are the reason you built this hospital.

For the BPJS patient, usually you have to wait around 1,5 hr+ for the medicines to came out after the recipe given to the pharmacist

Not recommended. Better go to another hospital in town. The doctor in Emergency Room was arrogant and ignorant, people in registration too.

Schedule and punctualitt seems to be nothing in here. The schedule said it’s 1pm when the doctor start checking up patients, but until 3.43 pm, the doctor hasn’t even show up. Do you guys understand that all the line here’s filled with sick people? We are sick, in an uncomfrotable condition yet we are forced to wait without any clarity. Make up your schedule or do better on your own punctuality. Shame

Bad service. The doctor in Emergency Room was giving very bad attitude. Instead of taking care of my brother and educate my family regarding his condition, she ignored my brother and blamed my mom to not "aware" of my brother's condition. When my mom ask her to see and do something to my brother, instead she RANTING about how she had 3 operations to do that day and she is in a very hectic and stressful condition. She and some people in emergency room also looked down on my family as if we couldn't afford the room because she stated all rooms were full said with SHARP tone, only after my mom said we already booked the VVIP room she became somewhat nicer. Very bad service never comeback. Bad bad service. And see the comments here the hospital not doing any significant things just say "contact this number bla bla". Well in the end nothing improved. 🤷
