Dede
is
an
incredible
surf
coach.
I
am
an
intermediate
surfer
and
have
been
very
frustrated
as
my
progress
as
I
was
just
stuck
and
I
really
want
to
get
better.
I
took
a
coaching
session
with
Dede,
and
the
key
pointers
he
gave
me
“unstuck
me.”
When
I
booked
the
lesson
he
asked
me
send
him
some
videos
of
me
surfing.
The
lesson
then
included
1.
Going
through
the
videos
and
showing
me
my
key
mistakes.
2.
On
land
practice
of
the
corrected
movement
3.
Explanation
of
different
waves
at
our
usual
surf
point
4.
Being
in
line
up
with
me
and
then
being
literally
behind
me
on
the
wave
filming
me
with
a
GoPro
to
get
close
up
shots
and
also
shouting
his
corrections
so
I
actually
implement
them.
5.
Feedback
in
water
on
every
wave
so
I
improve
6.
Afterwards
video
analysis
on
the
waves
and
pointers
and
movement
proactive
of
things
I
have
to
do.
This
one
lesson
noticeably
improved
my
surfing
(several
surfers
at
the
beach
noticed
that
I
surf
a
lot
better
now)
This
was
incredible
and
such
good
value,
I
will
definitely
do
it
again.
Anyone
at
intermediate
or
advanced
level
looking
to
improve
this
is
amazing!
I
also
took
two
beginner
friends
for
a
beginner
lesson
and
they
loved
it,
so
can
recommend
that
too!
