I have mixed feelings about this hotel, the location is superb, the air is so fresh, we hardly turned on the AC the whole day because the air was cool already, with the big glass doors opened in our room. Room was quite spacious with an ultra large bath tub that fits two. Hot water was excellent. Comfortable bed. Has a coffee machine which I really love, it was an excellent coffee. The view was a spectacle as well, from the room, from the river below, yes a river and it was loud, especially the view from the rooftop, try to go to the 18th floor sky terrace lounge. There is a river below (mentioned), besides a beautifully laid out garden and paddy field where there's even a beautiful chaple and mini zoo. You could spend all morning or afternoon there just to enjoy the cool breeze and fresh air. Staff service was excellent, none forgets to greet you as you pass by. Food was great with sufficient options during breakfast. There's a cappuccino machine for your disposal. However, the building, the rooms, the extra bed (looks like a creepy hospital bed), the doors leading to everywhere, the hallway, the tile floors, the room ceilings, the TV, the railings on the balcony, everything just looks old and aging. Definitely requires a refresh everywhere to keep it's 5 star reputation. All in all it's a beautiful hotel to stay in but it urgently needs a makeover to keep it fresh.

You won't find pics of the deluxe room anywhere. So let me share some pics that i took: is it worth it to pay 1.1 million rupiah? :) Kindly use apps to help u find better room with better price. Also choose the no breakfast option. There are plenty of delicious food nearby. Yum! Despite the bad experience of the room, we did enjoy the scenary and recreation options offer in this hotel.

I stayed at Le Eminence on March 19, 2022 in junior suite room. Due to late check in at night, I got room on 3rd floor which it's not the best room to have a perfect scenery, the room (bathtub, bed) was so clean, tidy and sanitized except the balcony was so dusty and full of animal wastes, the breakfast was delicious, the price is quite affordable for 5-star hotel. The ambient was so relaxing in the night with the sound of the river next to the rice field. There's a playground hall for kids on 15th floor and the best experience I had about the hotel was seeing the sunrise scenery from the cafeteria on 18th floor.

Big hotel, wonderful service, thumbs up to the staff, the duty manager ibu Debby, everyone was so friendly and never fails to greet you. Quite an area for the kids to explore. Can hear the loud sound of the river from the room. One thing that I really love is they put fresh cut flower everywhere. Building looks new, well maintained, room was clean. I may come back again...quite pricey but that s what you get quality hospitality and premise.

Overall this is a good hotel. The staffs are nice and they try to deliver the best. You should pay for your kids breakfast for almost @ 100k. They have a beautiful river, they have a hot jacuzzi on the pool area. Not the best luxury hotel, but they deliver good enough.

One of the best resort hotels in the Puncak area. Travel time from Jakarta is around 1.5 hours depending on traffic jams. This hotel has quite complete entertainment and resort facilities. They have 3 different pools according to age. There is also a stretch of rice fields with game attractions and animals such as deer, rabbits. Behind the hotel there is a river that always flows. the rooms are quite spacious with good cleanliness. Things that can be improved in my opinion are the quality of the breakfast so that it is more varied and the refill service is faster. Recommended.

The location is very good. The view is very beautiful. Yet the room is disappointing. When you drain the water from the bathtub it flooded the bathroom. The mini fridge is not working well. The service took so long. I waited for 1 and half hour to get my stuff sent to my room. And it took almost 2 hours to get the trolly for the checkouts. The food are not reflecting the 5 stars.

It's a great hotel especially for family because there are a lot of attractions provided in the hotel area. I fancy the lift as we can see through the beautiful view from inside the lift. Room was ok. However, I don't really like the pool as it VERY CROWDED and for me the pool area looks like as if it was not a 5-star hotel pool. Food was so so. A lot of menu for the breakfast but only a few taste good. The river outside was dirty. At first I was excited because thought I could wet my foot in it but nah, gotta get back the room instead.

(+) Great services, great view from our room and the restaurant. A riverside hotel with paddy fields and jogging track, lots of beautiful photo shoot locations. You can always hear the sound of the river flowing all the time from your room. Complete facilities, kids friendly with lots of attractions, a very good mosque inside the hotel, guests no need to go outside for friday prayer. (-) The breakfast menu is OK, but the outdoor area in the restaurant was sometimes occupied by smokers. This is very disturbing for many of us who come here to get fresh air while having breakfast or just want to enjoy the mountain view. I shall give 5 stars if hotel management can sort this out.

This high rise 18 floor hotel more or less lies on a cliff. So, you enter the lobby, that is between the 10th and 11th floor. To go to your room on Floor 6 or 7, you have to go down from the lobby. If you get a room with swimming pool view, you will see the beautiful lush green mountain. There're quite a lot of restaurants around the hotel. Four minutes drive. And you'll find Amen, the famous Chinese food restaurant. Behind this, there's the Indonesian/Sunda resto. Believe me. It's quite good for the price, that is not expensive. Further away, you'll find Nichole's. A beautiful restaurant with modern interior, with very good food. Satay, tongseng, roasted ribs. All delicious. The room. Clean enough. Big enough. But be careful if you enter the room. You might trip over the elevated floor. There's a 3 - 4 cm elevation between the room floor and outside. I believe the designer expected the hotel management to put thick carpet over there, which is not installed. Inside the bathroom, they put modern pricey bathtub that is very difficult to climb for the elderly. The kind of bath tub that has no hand rail. No use for elderly people. Also, in the shower cubicle, I find it difficult to place a bar of soap on the soap holder dish. Please put any plastic on the soap holder. Same with most hotels, there's no hand rail in the shower cubicle. Any cheap handrail/grab rail will help a lot. That's all. At that time, surprisingly the hotel was fully booked, making parking difficult. But they provide free valet service. It's a nice hotel...

Rooms are big, but with some old furniture. Service late, but honestly the staff are so friendly, but can't speak Arabic or English. Location is far from puncak, but good for relaxing if you will not go out of the hotel.

We came to this hotel, on holiday season. When we checked-in in the lobby, we have to wait-in-line with other guests. The room is so far away from the lift, so does the parking lot. I don't know how they design the hotel. The distance from the parking lot to the lobby (the lobby is on the upper ground) and from the lift to the room is so far away. But this hotel has a great scenery, from above you can see paddy field, deer pen, glass house, pools, rivers, mountains. It feasted my eyes. The facilities is so plentiful, suitable for family. They have mini zoos, mini go-cart, VR arena, huge indoor kids playground. Unfortunately the pool, is so crowded (in the holiday season). The water of the pool tasted so weird. The breakfast is quite tasty and had a lot of variety to taste.

Great stay. We stayed at room 1120 and 1121 from 17-19dec. Room is clean and comfortable, has coffee maker machine. Cleaning staff are honest! My daughter lost her crystal bead bracelet and didn't know where she lost it, but upon our return from visiting zoo, we found that missing bracelet on the bedside table. Apparently cleaning staff found it and placed it there while making the room. Thank you very much 🫶 There's outdoor playing area with a very well maintained garden and animal in it. Swimming pool looks very clean from above. Breakfast is not very delicious though. Sort of hit or miss with the taste (main course). It feels like not enough spices?🤔🤔 But the fruit juice is good, because it's not too sweet. For those who need it to be sweeter, just add some sugar from coffee and tea section.

We checked in on January 2nd, and the check in process was too long. It took almost an hour to get a room for our kids, and another half an hour to get our room. After a long arduous road trip from Jakarta, it was not a smooth pleasant process. We got a room on the 3rd floor, which means "very close to the ground where the river flows nonstop." It's good to hear a water sound but 24 hours hearing that? We could hardly sleep, and for sure, it was not a good night rest. My suggestion is you should choose high floor (15-17) if you don't like constant loud water sound. The bed was too soft for me and my wife. Both of us have a slight back pain after overnight rest. Maybe it is time to replace the bed. The AC doesn't work in our room. Yes, we don't need AC under such low temperature, but at least, it should work. The on/off button doesn't work. We don't even know if the AC runs or not. The room is too noisy from water sound to even hear anything coming out of the AC vent. The lobby was warmer than the room. We don't have a good night rest. Constant water noise + cold room + too soft bed = bad quality sleep. Now let's talk about the breakfast. The selection was good. There are many varieties of food to choose from: Arabic, Indonesian, Western, etc. Some items need taste and quality improvement: 1. Siomay should taste better 2. Totter tots potato is not crispy. (It should be crispy) The parking was full. Using their free valet service is a good alternative. Activities are many. It's good if you have young children. The room is spacious (41 square meter). It is enough to add two extra beds for a charge (500.000 per extra bed including breakfast). Is it good overall? Yeah. But we don't feel we want to come back anytime soon.

I came here with my husband and 2 kids. This place was amazing. The bedroom was spacious and the view from the balcony was stunning! There were many outdoor activities, such as flying fox, animal feeding, gokart and so much more. Too bad we came during the rainy season, my kids couldn't do much of the activities there. They also gave outdoor photography as complementary.

For a 5 stars hotel, the hospitality can be considered bad. Been trying to call the receptionist but no pickup at all. At around 6.30ish AM, the gym hasn't even open yet. Been asking politely the staff at the resto to open it but for about more than 10 minutes waiting, still no staff that open the gym. The Food tasted so so and the cutlery used isn't even 18/10. The Meeting Room is even worse, there's garbage everywhere. Cleanliness is seems to be not known in this Hotel's Meeting Room. If you are looking a nice place to stay, for personal or a business purposes, I think there's a better option.

Impressed with the food. We have a dinner Christmas and it was amazing. There is a lot of corner food. More made me amazed is there is a seafood corner. I met Aris he is introduce his self that he is Sous Chef there. He is very help-full. And when we want to check out we met him again with Executive Chef(forget his name). I saw them around corridor to check something i don't know see the pool area. They do a good job! The breakfast was so delicious and a lot of stall and many variant of breakfast. Martabak very good! 😊 i like it so much. But, for the room little bit disappointed. The phone line is off. We want to call restaurant for get some ice and glass. So, we directly go to receptionist and mention them that the phone line is off. They said, engineering will come to our room to fix it. But until we check out nobody come to fix. Overall… the ambience was good!!

The room, environment, facilities, location service, was great. But the food was just ok, the hotel can upgrade the taste. The playroom for the kids is big but can be more clean or more comfortable.

The view was amazing, food at room service was great. Breakfast provide some choices, the local food was tasty. Interior design could be better. Over all 8.5/10. The staff, especially Ruslan, chandra and others were very helpful. Will come back again for sure.

Hotel grounds is huge. Tons of things to do in the hotel, especially for kids. Three pools (?!), spa, indoor kids playground, and another outdoor playground, indoor go-kart, bunnies to feed, flying fox/zipline, birds viewing and I'm not sure what else I'm missing. A great resort to stay in for all kinds of ages/groups. But from my point of view, wasn't that well maintained and a little bit outdated with it being like that.. The breakfast buffet wasn't as good as I thought it'd be, and neither the amenities. Nevertheless it's still a nice hotel for a holiday in the mountains.

the room is luxurious but not enough power outlets for charging. the service is great, there is free valet parking which is quite helpful the location is fine with wonderful views, but unfortunately the traffic jam from the toll road makes it less accessible. one thing that is disappointing is the food which to my opinion, not quite live up to 5 star hotel

I stayed here on high seasons, the guests was crowded but not overly so. I checked in fast, were given a hotel room with a view of the mountains, and were able to acquire a room with a bathtub for an affordable price. What I like the most is that there is a long river with soothing natural water sounds that being heard from the room, and can also play water in the river. The cool air calms the mind. Numerous more natural and beautiful facilities are offered by this hotel, kids can feed rabbits and deers, ride horses, and enjoy outdoor playgrounds and swimming pool with views of hills, rice fields, and rivers. Sadly, there aren't many spacious parking spots available at this hotel. Instead, you have to park your car on the street. Road access to this hotel is quite narrow and congested. But by far, this hotel is the most comfortable and relaxing I have ever stayed.

The room was ok but be cautious when choosing junior suite with twin bed. The bed is fixed to the wall so don't think about moving the bed into one big bed. A family with small children better off choosing the king size bed. In the video review the junior suite had sofa bed but in actuality not all the rooms sofa was a sofa bed. You need to confirm first about this. The tray for coffee and tea had ants in my room. This might be improved. My bathroom seems to be flooded after i used the bath tub. There might be something wrong with the plumbing. The room was 839. Overall the room was ok but with those small inconviniences. The hotel had 3 resturants but unfortunately the were a bit expensive while the food.was just so-so. The terrarium had great view but expensive and standard tasting food. The veranda used for breakfast had a wide variety of menu for breafast including sushi noodle pasta and even arabic food. But the taste was also so-so. We had difficulty in taking seat for breakfast because it was really crowded. They might solve this by using seperating the breakfast time or expanding the dining area. I didn't tried the bebek tepi sawah because i was rather dissapointed by the other restaurants. Although position wise the hotel was close to a lot of restaurant so you will have no problem finding restaurant. The other facilities was nice but unfortunately some still needs to be payed for even for those who stay in the hotel. You need to becareful about the wind when swimminv early in the morning which could fly away your hotel slippers. Early in the morning it might be hard to find towel in the pool area so it might be a good idea to bring your own towel.

This hotel is one out of few decent hotels in Puncak, Bogor. I love it. Very comfortable for family and children. They have playground and the view was amazing. Great for relaxing and if you like to do your 'work from home' activities. Room was clean and tidy. As the quality is great, the price also higher compared to the other hotels nearby.

Stayed last night in this hotel, and booked so-called Junior Suite room. The hotel is arguably the WORST 5 stars hotel I've ever stayed in. Pros: - good view Cons: - no towels provided until I requested - filthy floors (literally no sweeping or mopping), including the balcony and hotel hallways - a left over coffee refill inside coffee machine. - waited the technician for more than 2 hours to fix. - junior suite room is like deluxe rooms - understaffed to help guests - room facilities have been aged and peeled off (the wallpapers need changing, it's more like an abandoned room) - no heated pools for adults - breakfast tasted bad - on and off wifi connection Given the facilities, price and the terrible traffic, this hotel is NOT worth 5 stars (3 stars hotel I suppose) I should have trusted other reviews before booking this hotel. My first and last stay in this hotel. Will never come back here. Thank me later....

Room temperature is good enough, not too cold, not too hot, nature is helping in here. Refrigerator working fine. Balcony view was tremendous! The only improvement needed was breakfast menu, way too middle-eastern style, please try to change into sundanese style!

The looks is 5 star. But the details doesn't look like 5 star. What makes this place unique is the paddy field and the facilities such as playground for the kids, outdoor activities, rivers, rabbit garden etc. It's worth the price

A nice quaint place to stay and you can listen to river sounds flowing nearby. Family friendly and very green also has garden-park free access for guest. Rooms are ok i guess. Foods are decent, nothing special but definetly not bad. Can be as cold as 16c at night.

The hotel is very nice, the room is spacious, the building is modern, the view is very beautiful and so many activities for kids. The service is excellent but it is crowded in weekend. The hotel is very recommended and surely willing to come back.

The room is spacious. Hotel view is breath taking. I can relax all day in the hotel enjoying the view. It's not easy to find a hotel with the sound of natural river. the food is good, "Jamu' is even served at breakfast. the price package also nice, it's including afternoon tea, free message. there're also some activities for your kids. One point for improvement is with the room floor. When I swept it with wet tissue, it's a bit dirty, so we wipe the floor by ourselves with wet tissue. other than that it's great. we really enjoy much of our staying in this hotel.

Stayed during Ramadhan this year. They provide Sahur and also breakfasting!! Its perfect for staycation with toddler. They have clean hot jacuzzi, children swimming pool, rabbit, sawah, river and playground. The view was perfect, the room is big, and they have big bathub & sofa.

the view is breathtaking and the view just can't beat it. the riverview is right by the hotel you can enjoy all day long. there are some activities specifically during the weekend to ride the pony or some other for the kiddos. the pool is freezing cold. I don't know why they have the pool if it's not heated. the only heated pool is the small pool for baby. was planning to use the gym but found out I have to pay to use the gym, what kinda hotel charge to use the gym???!! other than that everything else was great.

Just had breakfast in Veranda Restaurant. Got many meal options and the taste is delicious. The place is comfy with beautiful view. Thanks to Ms. Elsa for assisting us during breakfast

Stay here for 3days 2 nights. Too bad i came in rainy season, so we couldnt explore the surrounding that much. The views great, the rooms spacious, the bathroom are wide and clean, the breakfast good, the staffs are kind and smiley, the air cold and calming.. We assisted by staff name Mr. Andy.. thank you.. I would be glad to come back here any time soon

It's my second time in here and still amazed with the facilities and the atmosphere. The staff is excellent as well and very polite. However, there are too many events going in the hotel at that day and the people don't apply social distancing at all. I was so annoyed when many people were barging in to the lift until i decided to take a walk going down to the parking lot.
