Pros: *Location with no traffic hussle from Jakarta. *Warm and helpful staff from check in to check out. They'll say hi and smile when they met you somewhere in the hotel area. This is a big hospitality asset in my opinion. *Neat spacious room with large balconies and coffee maker. These are my fav combo to start a morning. *Big swimming pools. Might need to add some more slide to please the kids. *Billiard and ping pong table. *Red bridge with outbound facility also animal petting on the other end. *Breakfast taste and variation are average to good. Cons: *Hot water cause hissing sound when switch on. It's exactly like a sound from tukang kue putu.. *In room dining needs almost an hour to deliver the food. *Kids activity room is empty. Only two broken foosball tables. *Might need to trim the trees a little bit to let the guest to have a lake view as in the lake view room. Surely will back for more. Nice.

We spent a couple night here for old n new, From the beginning we arrived, the staffs were so friendly, the greetings, the check in process were smooth. The herbal welcome drink is awesome, i think it is a cold "secang" if i am not mistaken. (Cmiiw) On our way to our room, the public area tremendously good, the lobby and the public swimming pool are stunning. The clean and spasious room is a big value, with the details of the amenities as well. The buffet dinners and breakfast are perfect! Wish i can have more space in my tummy. Two thumbs up for the outdoor activities, the Kayak, the Archery, the outbond, the Kayak, the Skybike, There are also some animelas to pet, such as rabbits, baby monkey, deers, hedgehogs, swans, The billiard table, and ping pong are added value here. Geez the really provide us with such details activities, it suits the family time, MICE corporate event,  honeymooners, and friends. Highly recommended. Oh one more thing. I really like the red bridge near the outdoor activities!

Had a delightful family vacation for 2 nights at lido lake resort. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable (you can add extra bed for 350k per night, which is also breakfast included). Breakfast menu has lots of variety and delicious, staffs are helpful, and there are lots of activities to do for kids.

Resort Hotel surrounded by Lido Lake water. Mediocre bedroom, only 1 resto and coffee shop inside the hotel. Boring for long stay Food are on average. Located just 2 km off toll gate, quiet ideal for escape. Large lobby, and beautiful surrounding sceneries .

I love the green wrapped around the hotel, the deck and the walking track. We had the executive room on the top floor and the view was wow! Room was spacious, big balcony and big bed. Make sure to ask the room to be sprayed at night, because there is lake and many trees around, mosquitos love it there too. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Steak in the restaurant is recommended for dinner, it was a shame the bar does not have choices of drink, only beer.

✔️Staff is friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a lot of space. We got a room with pool access, and it was completely worth the upgrade. The pool was clean, big and accommodates people of various swimming skills.There are a lot of things to do in the resort: playground, pool, two hanging bridges, outdoor obstacle course, paintball, archery, billiards, table tennis, etc. They also had a bicycle and golf cart for rent which was worth it as the whole property was very wide and nice to explore. The location was also easy to find, just 5 minutes from the toll road.

Complete package hotel for family fun time. Only 90 minutes from Jakarta using highway. Located at MNC lido lake city. Clean and comfortable lobby and hotel staff. Junior suite and deluxe room both are calming and clean. The bathroom also great. The perfect one are the various activities provided. From movie area, outbound area, mini zoo, ATV area, Paintball, and swimming pool. Great work MNC 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room is quite spacious and clean 👌 Hot water is working quite well even in the midnight ♨️ The view also very beautiful 🪟 But the food in the meeting and breakfast still have some room for improvement ⏫️

Nice place to relax although the wall a bit thin. The room doesn't feel new, but still feel nice, and most importantly, it's clean, especially the bathroom. Downside, you still can hear voices from outside the room at night. Nice and friendly staffs. Good service. A lot of nice view to be enjoyed at the hotel establishment. Food is quite nice too.

It's one of our family favorite's place, surrounding by lake with fresh air and water.. Superb The staffs are very friendly, the banquet also yummy with wode variety of food and beverages... We came here for a few nights of staycation. The resort is not far from the BoCiMi Toll Exit in Cigombong. Its location in the middle of a tropical forest of a valley between two mountains (Mount Salak and Mount Gede Pangrango) makes the air quite cool and so refreshing. This modern European-style hotel rooms are comfortable and large. From the balcony of our room we can enjoy views of the garden, pool and lake. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, café, restaurant, lounge and mini bar. However, the spa & salon are closed during the pandemic. Not far from the hotel, by walking across the red suspension bridge, there is the Lido Adventure Park which has various facilities for outdoor and family activities in the open. We can also see deer and durian gardens there.

The hotel is big and quite good.. for the right price but for the room it doesn't meet expectations.. and the balcony door was broken when I stayed there.. And lots of ants.. a bit disappointing. This photo is not far from the hotel, it's quite beautiful and green

We got special price for Executive room, but the property upgrade the room to Lido Lake Suite. We enjoy our huge room during our stay. Our kid played archery and high rope. Both facilities are great. The breakfast was amazing, many local favourites as well as international choices.

Overall, its a great place to staycation with a nice view. But, the price (expecially for foods in their restaurant ) pretty expensive. Well, just a bit overprice for a >1000k resort with med-offered facility. Good point: they have gym area, pool, billiard-table tennis area, and karaoke 👍🏻

wonderful place for open air, away from hustle bustle. rent a bike and ride around the as yet undeveloped areas. sign up for rafting. used to be able to rent golf carts unfortunately soon will be just another urban horror, more hotels and shopping arcade being developed. not sure if will come back once openness gone. plus owner was/is(?) partnered with Trump Org for the golf villas

Luxury hotel lobby, spacious room, child and adult public pool (separate), clean room, great view, strategic location, outbound area, kids playground at the same resort area. Makanan breakfastnya juga enak enak

Lido Lake Resort located at Lido lake. During the colonial time it was a damp. The hotel has 3 HA of land. The hotel is old but it's has been renovated some of the items in the room is still the old ones. During my stay there's a office gathering so it's quite noisy. The swimming pool is cold water. There's a cable bridge to the outbound area. The food in the restaurant is quite expensive and not worth the taste.

Visiting just to try the restaurant. Surprisingly signature dishes like Sate Maranggi & Iga Penyet Telaga are very delicious. It is highly recommended to take a la carte or signature dishes rather than the buffet.

The lido is a tourist spot for the people, everyone gathers to relieve fatigue, sukarno has also been to that place for the night and really likes the lido as a place to rest. My father used to work here until his death when he first built the Lido Lakes Hotel.

We were staying at Lido Lake Resort for a night, at room 216 on the corner of 2nd floor. It's a Lido suite room, quite spacious with a living room, one bed room with a king size bed, one and a half bath room, three balcony facing the garden, the lake and swimming pool. Very clean with nice fragrant. The amenities are complete, AC, small refrigerator inside the TV cabinet, an iron, a hair dryer, coffee maker, an electric kettle. The buffet breakfast have many variable dish with delicious taste. But, additional breakfast charges for third person might a bit higher.

Standard deluxe room is big with size of twin bed 140 each and can be set up to holywood bed. They provide extra pillow to in room too. The room and bathroom was clean and all equipments worked properly. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The food in our dinner was superb esp the grilled beef, the breakfast was good. Hotel facilitiy is suitable for the whole family kids, teens, adults, even elderly. Besides the outbound facility for kids and adult, they also have durian and strawberry farm with deer, rabbit, goose, duck and hedgehog. Cant wait to see the future development of this property.

So luxurious stay here but unfortunately it rains all the time, good there are some indoor activities in this resort. Amazing 😍

went here for our company outing , as the person in charge of the acomodation, other satisfaction in mine too. most people said it wast clean , serve a good food , good hospitality , spacious area of course with a good view.

The hotel was quite comfort for staycation with family. Playground, kids club & swimming pool were available for kids acitivty. This hotel also provide many outbound facilities such like paintball, archery, etc, but the price I though was prety expensive compare with another. The restautant serve many varian menu indonesian/sundaness & western food with delicious taste. First time arrived in this hotel, we though this was new hotel, but it's look like old hotel which has been renovated by MNC.

We came here for a school trip with 45 kids. The trip was perfect! The manager and staff were lovely and provided everything we needed.

I was there for weekend gateway, the hotel mostly is good, neat and food is good. But the service was just so so. No one taking us to the room so we have to find our own room; No bath rope in the cupboard and hot water did not works in our room the next day. But for recommendation of weekend escape from hustle bustle jakarta, this hotel can be the destination.

Food is poor, not wheelchair accessible in the garden and pool area, but staffs are helpful and the view is good, clear air, hanging bridge and flying fox is a plus

been here twice. first for lebaran holiday. price were cheap back then. and the hotel was quite empty. not even half of the hotel filled. second time came in October 2 for my husband birthday. unfortunately I forgot to notify hotel about this. when we came hotel was full. even for breakfast there were so many that I have to wait quite long for each dish (around 15min for waffle). pool is full mostly kids of course. my daughter only had one bread n one glass of water for her breakfast. all hotels will be happy if they get customer like my daughter. however they now have rabbit small garden which is nice. hopefully you can add more animals as your land is quite big. will be happy to return here.

The family friendly hotel type. The staff is friendly and helpful. The taste of food is good enough. Your experience will be better if you can bring your own bicycle for morning riding.

A 4-star hotel that offers you great experience and local hospitality with international standard of service. Though this hotel has been existing for more than 15 years, it doesn't lose its quality. The room area is spacious and all rooms have great views.

Great place for staycation with family and kids... Affordable price, excellent service, great view between mount salak and mount gede pangrango, lot of facility (kids room, play ground, kids and adults swimming pool, deer feeding ground, cable bridges, paint ball ect)

1. parking was so dark because no lighting at parking 2. service at 3 stars because no bell boy help me to bring my luggage to room 3. fitness center was power off all so I cant use 4. some ants or insects at balkon first floor my room 114 115

Room was great... service also great... my only complaint was the food. The steak was bad, my son ordered a tenderloin, medium rare but it came partially medium well and partially well done. It also looks like that the meat was smashed/butterflied before being cooked. It was a 210K steak, I expect a proper steak for that price. Sate maranggi also bad, no maranggi taste at all. Corn soup also taste like an instant soup.

Well.. The hotel seems a bit old, but it's clean and comfy though. They have some outdoors activities available. My wife and I did the kayaking. It cost us 150k rupiah per person for 45 minutes. It was fun and one staff will accompany you during the kayaking time. You can have some coconut at one of the "apung" boats or small shop around the lake. Bring some cash guys! And, enjoy your stay!

best hotel resort in the area!! friendly staffs, good food (you really have to try their pizzas! it was delicious!), lots of amenities and outbound activities. oh and do not miss the red bridge, you should try to walk accros it. my only concern is the parking slots for cars and buses. there were not enough slots! and the trees' sap is all over my car, beware light colored vehicles! avoid the park spot under the trees! hotel management please do something! (sry for the exclamation marks)

Breathaking hotel in Sukabumi, West Java, Indonesia. The breeze, birds chirping, and flying butterfly welcome us in the morning. Such a good refreshing from the hetic days in Jakarta. Have 24 hours room service, so we can order late dinner on 11pm. Foods is delicious, my favourite for breakfast is “Laksa Bogor” My children very happy to find popcorn, rabbit candy, marshmello, and chocolate milk. They have suspension bridge to go to mini zoo. Hopefully will come back again

The place and room is clean, staff is very friendly. In the morning view is good if you take a walk around the resort.

It's a good comfortable and clean 4 star hotel and overall normally priced for a 4 star. The restaurant food was good. Some negatives: 1. The rooms are old. You can feel it by the style of the bathrooms or the fact that there are hardly any plug points / charging ports 2. The covid protocol was not strictly enforced. At the restaurant, they provided gloves for people to use while serving food but hardly anyone (guests) was using gloves and they weren't urging or enforcing. The staff was using masks all the time though.

Good services, good hotel, a lot of experiences and activities for family and kids. The foods are delicious, the services are excellent, and the room is cozy. However, the hotel area is still under development, so need to wait for the next couple years until all facilities are operational. Hotel price is reasonable, and luckily they offered me FREE BBQ dinner in the last stay. Can't wait to see until this hotel is fully developed.

The Room is Good. Great services. They said they have the longest flying fox in west Java. Cool. Sky Bike for 200x2 meters. Interesting. High rope with 17 obstacle, 10 meters above. Awesome.

authentic resort with new passion and admirable service. We stayed at #229. The room was clean and large. The staff were so nice and kindly to help. Culturally unique breakfast with awsome taste. We enjoyed our stay very much especially for my daughter who was turning 9th.
