Great location, walking distance from many points of interest, lots of restaurant (including vegetarian) options around. Our private room was in a shared apartment with a kitchen and washing machine. Simple but clean. There's free WiFi but in our experience it was extremely slow. Note: we were taken to a different building. Rooms were much older looking than in the photos on booking.com for the specific room we booked :(

Good facilities and good service. Doesn't have the Traveller hostel vibe though.

Great hostel anb very good location! Big rooms, comfy beds, small lamp and socket in each bed. Nice kitchen with living room to chill. Bathroom also good, spacious and clean. Staff very good and helpful.

The hotel is located in a safe and quiet residential area. City center, central Station within 15 min by walking. Lot of restaurants, good supermarket, Metro, bus stop only 5 min by walking. A cozy, bright and calm space to stay. The staff all of them amazing, no doubt specially Mochin or Moises depending the language:-)

Highly recommend, especially for the price and the location given. I also had a chance to meet some really nice people. The breakfast might not be worth PLN 30 per day but I guess it depends from the person.

Great place to sleep and spend time while visiting Warsaw. Clean and neat. The staff is very kind and helpful. My experience with this hostel was very pleasant. There's no doubt I will use their service in future.

Nice and cheep hostel. Clean but small rooms for 4 people without air conditioning, with some noise outside in the night, so opening windows is not possible. Good shower and kitchen. There are no boxes for garbage sorting, that was disappointing and not convenient. In the centre of Warsaw, so i recommend this stopping place.

Pluses: in a quiet area, so I could sleep; female dorm only 3 beds, very good; excellent staff-knowledgeable, speaks good English, efficient; good breakfast, nothing major but wasn't hungry; hot showers; good location to explore Old Town; good transport links. Minuses: street is not on the map, had a local friend escort me and even he got lost; can be noisy with people walking the corridor and yelling in the common room (football fans !!!) but they close it at 1.00, so that's good.

The staff is super helpful and accomodating. I highly recommend this hostel.

Worst customer service! Double payment for a single guest during checking-in and from online booking (visa). But, not willing to refund after admitting the issue. They blocked my phone calls and not responding to emails as well. Extremely poor customer service. Not recommend it at all! (Edited post: I have added below details of the issue for further elucidation, the Hostel indeed has NOT settled the issue incorrectly!) I tried to book a reservation for a guest in their own website. Unfortunately, the reservation attempt failed when I tried to make the pre-payment (small amount) to secure the reservation. Then, I succeeded to make the reservation via third-party website and paid the pre-payment. However, when the guest arrived at the hostel providing a printed copy of the prepaid booking confirmation and the receptionist told him that she could not find the reservation but only the other reservation (with failed pre-payment attempt via their own website). Then the guest paid in cash full for all the nights. Here is the problem, the hostel still proceeded to charge from my Visa card for the unused reservation made via third-party website (the one they said they could not find during reception). Moreover, according to the booking policy from the Hostel Helvetia website, bookings are only confirmed after prepayment. However, the unsuccessful reservation with unpaid pre-booking via their website was still wrongfully used for check-in, causing the situation of double payment for the same guest. Moreover, they are supposed to keep the first night fee in case of "No Show", yet they kept the payment for all nights (clearly mention in the online booking). What's more disappointing is even though they have clearly understood the issue, they still refused to refund without justification to correct their mistake. I gave the lowest scores for all the ratings, owing to the unacceptable conduct of the hostel.

Refuse to refund us even if we canceled the day after the booking because of COVID-19 issues... No much more to say, seems they're here to rob your money 💸

The staff at the hostel is very nice. They help you as much as they can. We could leave our lugagge at the lugagge room and come back later to collect it and even charge our phones. Whereas, the mattreses of our beds were very unconfortable. Toilets are clean but no towels included. No hairdryer. Only one wc for women.

Absolutely NOT PROFESSIONAL people. NO respect at all to people, specially for NON polish people. I don’t recommend this hotel AT ALL. In Warsaw you have better options.

I had a problem with my booking dates and the staff was very helpful and understanding. They answered quickly and were very friendly! Thank you! Next time I'll be in Warszawa I want to book here again.

Excellent localization in the city center, close to the metro and the old town. The rooms and the common area are clean and tidy, the reception staff are pleasant and ready to help 24/7. We will stay here again next time❤️.
