Amazing hostel right in the Old Town. 1 min walk to the Old Town Square Market. Super friendly staff - was lucky to get early check-in (subject to availability). Also heaps of cafes/restaurants around the Hostel location. They got nice common kitchen if you’re staying for longer term. Super clean facilities including common washrooms. Nice backyard with different settings to chill around. I choose 8 beds dorms which has shower in-built the room. Plus point: they store luggage for early checkin / late check-out without any fees unlike other hostels. There is common room in the basement along with common toilet facility. Plus they have card access digital locker for each bed which is brilliant - so don’t bother to carry your own lock. Loved the stay! Definitely going back again!

It’s a very beautiful hostel just near to old town 100 m far from old town rooms are very comfortable. Washroom are clean and hygienic. They have a lot of space for common area. You can sit with THE TRAVELLER and talk. They are also very good kitchen you can make your own food Only thing they have approximate 40 Dormitory beds In third floor but have only two washroom

Honestly the best hostel I’ve stayed at, the owner and staff are so nice, the space is clean and open. The back area is large and the surrounding area is the best in Warsaw. Definitely recommend it

First hostel experience and it was wonderful! I stayed in a mixed 4-bd dorm for several days and had a clean and quiet experience. The beds were comfortable and had curtains. The lockers were quite spacious. A single keycard is provided for access to both the room and locker, and there is a door locked with a keypad between the lobby and rooms. Security is excellent. The shared bathrooms were also kept very clean and were spacious. The shower water is hot and strong, and the hostel temperature was quite comfortable. The street outside is well lit and very safe. There are many social events (e.g. Poland quiz night, karaoke, board game night) organized by the hostel, but most guests seem to prefer pub crawls. The hostel gets quite busy and hectic on Fridays/weekends, but during weekdays it is quite calm and quiet. The staff and volunteers at Oki Doki were amazing and very kind (Thank you to Malena, Palina, Paola, Katie, Karola, Aleksandra, Nina, Svetlana, Hanna, Kasia, Giovanni, Joana -- I might have misspelled your names, sorry!). I will definitely visit again!!

Super friendly staff, great location, useful information about city activities dotted throughout the hostel. Clean enough, dorms got quite hot quite quickly

APPALLING!!! Be careful, DIRTY MATTRESSES. I don't recommend it at all. We booked two nights. The first night it was impossible for us to sleep because it itched all over my body. The sheets were visibly clean but the lack of hygiene in the place was evident. Dirty restrooms, filthy smell, urine smell in showers. My body itched all day. As soon as I woke up I asked for a room change to a private room, paying the difference for the night I stayed. The very rude reception person with no intention of helping us refused and according to her the 'manager' told her that she should pay the total for the room for not notifying before, when the night before she had arrived at 2.00 am at what time they wanted me to warn? The rude woman at the reception told us that if we don't like the room we can leave!!! . So that's what we did. I preferred to lose a night in a hostel than to continue in a dirty hostel. I ended up staying at Safestay where the cleanliness and attention is excellent for the same price. The 'manager' never showed up and he never responded to the email I sent him

I States 1 night in a 8 people room. The room was huge, Spaces well designed with lockers activated by the key card, bathroom in the room and outside too, plugs per bed. They have multiple évents a week. The position is super central with lots of restaurants available in the area. There are multiple services among which laundry (8 eur) and baggage deposit for free. Plus the staff is super nice, helpful and available.

Liked the rooms alot, get your own storage cupboard and card access to the cupboard and door. No alcohol allowed in rooms or premisses, but you can buy from their own bar. Kitchen is clean, outdoor patio area is nice. Staff are nice. You're close to all the main attractions and the castle. This place is best for people who don't want to party hard. It's quite and there are many rules to observe. All in all I liked it and recommend it.

Hostel is at central location. Room, linens and wc was clear. There is locked wardrope for your personal belongings that opens with your key card. There is also a pub in hostel if u wanna hang out. Wi-Fi has high speed. I didnt use the kitchen so no comment for that. Generally recommended.

The place was really nice, but the real strength was the staff, always helpful and nice, I am very lucky that I had the opportunity to met so nice people like Federica, Vlad, Inga and Jakub, if you are planning to go in warsaw this is the right hostel to choose

One of the best hostel I've ever stayed! The location is perfect, just by the center of the Old Town, a 2 minutes walk to a beautiful setting. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, tidy and modern and the bed was comfortable. Special thanks to Giovani, the Italian guy who was working at the time in the hostel and took me and a group of internationals to a club, it was amazing. The best group of people I've met staying in hostel so far!

We stayed in a private room on the first floor, relatively clean but not extremely comfortable. A lot of old people, families and even pets which is not what an hostel should target as an audience. Check with the hostel Safestay, it seemed better maintained and better location.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about all things Warsaw. They made my trip better by offering advice based on my preferences. They were all very approachable. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly and in great condition.

Probably the best hostel I've been to. Friendly staff, very modern facilities, not too big. Despite being in a very good location it's also quite a big building, doesn't feel crowded. Daily events.

Very good hostel in the centre of the old town with amazing service and clean rooms. The staff is really friendly. It is not a party hostel, tho. Quite calm with, for instance, also a kitchen and no real parties in this area. But still, I can highly recommend it when visiting Warsaw

Amazing hostel located in the old town of Warsaw. Very clean and very modern. The staff was super helpful especially Kat who gave us recommendations on places to eat and which museums to go to. If you're looking for a great place to stay, look no further!

Awesome place, storage place is included, works with room key. Beds have privacy curtains, which is great. The common areas are awesome, at the terrace, big kitchen or the basement. Good and clean.

You cannot ask for a better place when staying in Warszawa. Good ahead and splurge on an expensive hotel somewhere, OR you can book a private room at Oki Doki and stay right beside Old Town - a UNESCO World Heritage Site nonetheless! Staff is super friendly. Our room was nice, clean and quiet. The shower was hot and our bed was extra comfortable. My wife and I love Warszawa and will definitely be booking a room here on our next trip. Eat at Zapiecek next door for the best food in the area.

Best hostel I've ever stayed in. The nightly activities that Guigui organizes are amazing, the facilities are great, and the location is unbeatable. We all agreed this was the best group of people we'd met at a hostel and that the social activities made that possible. It was nice to be in a social spot without the excessive party vibe within the hostel. Postcard making night on my last night was amazing, I'll treasure my postcard with our inside jokes forever. The in room bathrooms were awesome and the outdoor space, kitchen, and common room were wonderful. Beds are super comfortable, rooms are even spacious enough for a table in the middle. Felt perfectly safe, especially with the extra layer of security to get into the guest areas. I absolutely will be back and recommending Oki Doki to anyone and everyone who wants to visit Warsaw.

Very nice hostel next to the old town. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean and neat.

  • 5/5 Debra S. 8 months ago on Google
The hostel is conveniently located near the old town and a major bus stop, which made it easy to reach the Central Train Station. I stayed in an 8 bed, female deluxe, ensuite room. There was no AC. However, there was a fan in the room. The bed curtain provided an extra feeling of privacy, although it reduced the amount of air flow. The room was large with easy to reach lockers and hooks to hang your towel. The bathroom was small, with limited space to place items. Common areas were large, clean, bright and airy. Staff was very helpful. The desk was staffed 24/7, which made check in and out very convenient.

We went at very late hour and we don't have any choice. They give us a room but it was very expensive, more expensive than in booking.com. normally private room was 80 pln but they take from us 200 pln. I don't recommend .

Hostel is in the central of old town. It’s really clean and the people are really nice. The volunteers like Alisha run really good activities every night and it’s in a great place to go out for drinks after. This was my first solo trip and was very inclusive. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hostel in warsaw

Great location and amazing prices! The staff was hellful enough to let us store our luggage there a few hours before check-in & after check-out time for free!! The bed was cozy, but the walls too thin and the bathroom TOO small

I was a visitor of Oki Doki hostel in the beginning of Sept 2021. I was very pleased with my stay. I have an outstanding experience. All my expectations were met with flying colors. The staff was very pleasant, cooperative, efficient and spoke excellent English. The whole place has a very comfortable layout. The elevator always works. The whole place is in very good shape and everything is working. The kitchen is large with many places to sit. There are two big refrigerators. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped. There are nice and rustic areas to rest outside. The computers work. There is a large locked locker in the common bedrooms. And if you have large luggage, there is an additional place to store it, a locked storage area. Your bed has curtains with privacy so you can read at night or look at your phone. The curtains work well. You can buy beer and some other drinks. The staff always has time for you. You never wait. There area beautiful orange-colored chairs outside. The elevator is orange. There is even a place downstairs with brick walls and rustic tables and benches where you can relax. The whole place is located in the Old Warsaw town. You have to walk to the bus, about one kilometer or less. This is a really nice, You can take this walk instead of going to the gym. I truly recommend this place for everyone. The whole place is clean and beautiful. The price is reasonable. Thank you for your hospitality and see you next time!

GREAT! Great staff who help you solve any potential problems. Great location. Very safe lockers with key card. Very very clean. Facilities themselves excellent. Can recommend 100% and will definitely stay there again! One of the best hostels I have ever been to.

The location and the facilities (mattresses and lockers) of the hostel were pretty decent! However, the cleaning conditions were far less than normal since for the 3 days we have stayed there nobody cleaned anything, something which needs to be changed for sure! Also, the reception services as for the check in were pretty unacceptable. Waiting 30' just to verify our booking and then letting us know that we cannot stay altogether as we had already agreed (there was only an informative email saying that we need to separate, one day beforehand)?

They wanted to withdraw cash from me despite the fact that I paid with a card for only the truth for 15%. They took all the money from the card for 9 days and have not returned it for 6 days. I spent one day there.Volunteer Sasha did not let me sleep at night, insulted me. I have never seen such a terrible place. I do not recommend.

So the location is as good as it gets. Really central, but this also means so much traffic jam thst u should walk more to get out of the traffic area. The hotel staff were really really friendly, all were very talkative. The rooms were really clean, the place was very clean as well. Only down point was that there was no drinks allowed after 11pm and all had to stay quite after 10pm, and i wish if they would chsnge this to be more attrativd to the young crowd.

Lovely hostel. The staff were mostly lovely, except for the one who checked us in. It was past midnight and we were very tired, and she was extremely slow and barely acknowledged us. Otherwise, they were very helpful. Kitchen was fine but a little small. The location is absolutely perfect, couldn’t be better. There is a luggage room which was great for the day we checked out and waited for our train.

It’s a really good place for sleeping in Varsovie. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the dormitory too. The staff is very Happy to receive the guests in the hostel, Chris helped us very nicely. It’s the best choice for a trip in Varsovie and very affordable for everybody.

This hostel has been the best stay I have had in any hostel ever. The owners and staff are helpful and hospitable. All the great memories and lifelong friends I have made here will surely have me come back again! The beer is good too)

  • 4/5 Sujit R. 1 year ago on Google
An excellent base to explore Old Town. Friendly staff who are quick to look up information for guests. They say they have a daily activity but this appears to be a listing of free museums for each day, not something organised. The cafe area is brilliant for meeting other hostel guests. The top floor dorm room is far too warm at night and it's a bit tough to get in and out of the top bunk.

i could not had been happier with oki doki. superb location and amazing staff. disclaimer: some are nicer than others! loved spending time in the attic; such a priceless & inquisitive youth's dream. seriously! naturally, i appreciated the quiet. am from new york. duah! 😂 my bed was longer than norm (PL's are tall lads, i imagined). i had no need to improvise a yoga mat -- i did all my stretches in the comfort of my comfortable bed. kidding, i did not stretch. yet i enjoyed the oversized bed. one thing, though charge 10 zl or 20 more if necessary, do supply me with soap in the showers. hard for me to imagine to go to a nice polish restaurant and having to bring my own utensils. conclusion: i did not showered. i diluted my own sweat. ew! ☺️ lovely and safe city and area to visit. again, i am from the big apple -- where monsters roam free within the city. tea at the royal palace? why not!

If I were a Mouthpiece I'd be the truest of em’ all let’s hear it. This place is an utter upswing caught my attention just in a look. I found it cultivating and elating. The staff is total frank mode, ranked top in the shelf. I love the Space like None Other!

Best hostel experience I've had period. Beds were comfortable and long. Also pretty wide. They came with a privacy curtain. No lock needed as your locker is free. Great company, great people.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip. The staff was friendly and the location was great. I even had a chat with the owner (really cool guy) who gave us some nice snacks for free. I met other solo travelers too, they were all very nice. The rooms are comfortable and offer good value for money. The bunk beds have a curtain, a plug, and a nightlamp. I think these small additions make a huge difference. The internet speed was decent as well. I'd definitely recommend this place, especially to solo travelers.

I stayed for a total of 2 weeks in rooms for 6 and 8 people. The communal kitchen was very spacious and convenient, I liked to spend time. The cleanliness of the rooms was good, the bathroom can vary depending on the people you use it with. The location of the hostel is great, it couldn't be better.

I loved this hostel. The staff were extremely friendly and the whole hostel had a lovely welcoming vibe. Perfect location for Old Town and the nearest Metro only 5 minutes away. The dorm room were clean, spacious and I love how you got a curtain on your bed for privacy. The attention to the detail of the large pillows, comfy mattress and little cubbies for your belongings made the experience so comfortable. Having a private bathroom in the dorm was also lovely because it have it more of a luxury feel. I was able to meet some lovely travellers here that made my experience in Warsaw even better. I would absolutely recommend this hostel to anyone young person (especially women) wanting to stay somewhere affordable but comfortable as a solo traveller in Warsaw!

Staff are horrible at giving you directions after check in. Also, one staff says something and the another says something totally different. They’re just very disorganized. Like, I was forced to use PLN at checkin to pay for my room & and a different quest could use any currency he wanted. They gave a code and didn’t even tell me what the code was for. You have other people who checked in asking me how to get upstairs because the front desk sure hell didn’t tell them. The stay was alright but be prepared to get frustrated due to how disorganized they are. Also, certain beds have caved in walls so you run the risk of hitting your head. The elevator is the best part but I don’t believe I’ll stay here again.
