NOT PET FRIENDLY!! We booked for 2 nights stay at their sun and moon suite last week. The place was run down, cats on the table and kitchen table. Couch was ripped open. Wooden stairs into the suit was wobbly. The place was claimed to be pet friendly, but they have unleashed, untrained and unsupervised dogs. THEIR DOG BIT MY DOG. They could not provide me with the dog's vaccination details, so we could not assume the dogs were well-vaccinated. We decided to leave right away without spending even a night there because our dog was restless. After all the inconveniences, they promised to refund (2 nights cost us 3.8 mio) and reimburse for dog's medical bill (only around 400k considering we had to do blood test and all). THEY DID NOT REFUND OR REIMBURSE AS PROMISED. What most disappointing is, they do not have the courtesy to reply whatsapp msg or respond to a phone call. It is totally okay, if you are unable to deliver your promise, just have the courtesy to at least response. Don't waste your money here.. go elsewhere. With this price you can get SO MUCH BETTER accomodation and hospitality.

Went there May 2021 because their website said that they take the pandemy "seriously" and have implemented safety measures. Instead, we were greeted with non-existent health protocols. We complained and to no-one's surprise, were greeted with a rude male staff saying we made up our claims about their staffs not wearing masks even though after we complained, we could visibily see one of the staffs handing out masks to the other staffs because of us complaining. We decided to go home and they promised a full refund. Fast forward to February 2022, we have only received half of what we're owed and the person in contact have totally ignored our WhatsApp messages. Avoid this place if you care about COVID19 safety.

This is my second time of the visit and hosts are always friendly and warm greetings. During this pandemic, I can finally find somewhere close to the nature and totally relax...if you don’t want to share with others you don’t know, then just have enough people to come. The total rooms are just 5 and can fit up to 10 adults with no problem. Resort is cleaner this time and which is a very plus ! Host can share a secret spot for waterfall which is definitely my to do list next time.

I was in Pelabuhan Ratu, Cimaja and sawarna for many times for doing some research, mostly I only stay for one or 2 night. This time I stay at Schitzo hills mountain lodge and tavern, a villa own by Indonesian family who also own beautiful resort in thousand island north of Jakarta. The vila newly renovated with good swimming pool and tennis court, fresh and green surroundings with beautiful view of the city. Location not so far from the city center, good place for family and group of friends to chill and hang out, a bit far from the beach though. Rooms are varied on sizes, clean, need a little bit more touch(should be beautiful when they finished with their renovation) The rooms I stayed in have outside bathroom which still under renovation so the hot shower still not working yet, other than that all is great, it was quite and peaceful. Ismail is a good host, he help me a lot with my research and he help me organize my transportation to go around. There are 2 minutes walk to a warung satay if you are hungry or Ismail can Order you food when you arrive late, 8 minutes ride to the fish market, 9 minutes ride from bus terminal and 22 minutes ride to Cimaja. If you come from Jakarta, Bogor or Sukabumi with the bus it’s better to get off before the city square and get an motorbike taxi or online taxi to reach Schitzo hills or call Ismail and he will pick you up there. I had a good rest and will certainly staying here again!

Nice and strategic location with beautiful view of town and pelabuan ratu bay. Stayed in newly built moon room of Sun-Moon twin rooms they have developed for couples. A bit disappointed as rooms were quite small. The installed aircondioner capacity not sufficient to cool the room in warm afternoons. No refrigerator, TV etc provided. Very basic facilities, not justifying the price being charged.

its a great place to spend your holidays in. theres a beautiful waterfall and beaches nearby. behind the resort theres a little hill that you can hike up by foot if you’re adventurous. the food is great, hospitality on point. and its quite affordable

Wonderful and dog friendly! Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to peace out their mind and enjoy nature :). The atmosphere, facilities, food and service was great. We will come back again!

The place was great! It's a pet friendly accommodation, my dogs have a great time there! Dinner was also very nice! It's a recommended place to stay.
