Chronology:
My
12
month
old
child
came
in
with
shortness
of
breath
and
chest
retraction.
Ask
the
registration
section
and
be
directed
to
a
general
practitioner.
Already
registered,
the
clinic
is
quiet.
I
waited
quite
a
long
time,
even
though
I
needed
quick
treatment
because
my
child
was
already
weak.
I
saw
from
the
registration
section
that
the
doctors
were
generally
having
a
lot
of
fun
chatting
(what
are
you
talking
about
until
the
patient
comes
in
first?)
When
I
was
examined,
I
was
shocked
and
said
my
child
had
asthma,
even
though
the
family
history
did
not
show
asthma
and
that
was
the
first
time
my
child
had
shortness
of
breath
(accompanied
by
bapil).
Then
directed
to
make
a
nebulizer.
What
surprised
me
was
that
the
nurse
already
knew
that
I
had
come
alone,
and
had
to
hold
the
12
month
old
child
who
was
definitely
screaming
and
crying
violently
and
he
was
really
indifferent.
Because
I
saw
that
the
steam
wasn't
appearing,
I
went
to
the
nurse
to
ask
why
the
steam
wasn't
appearing.
When
I
checked,
he
said,
"Yeah,
it's
spilled,
ma'am."
I
thought
it
had
spilled
somewhere,
my
child's
clothes
were
dry
and
there
were
no
liquid
spills
around
us.
Then
I
was
immediately
directed
to
pay
for
medicine
and
services
around
200k.
I
didn't
take
the
medicine
at
all.
When
I
returned
home,
I
took
my
child
to
Hermina
Hospital
and
there
was
no
information
about
asthma,
the
diagnosis
was
just
a
buildup
of
phlegm.
Then
I
had
a
nebulizer
and
thank
God
it
was
better.
And
without
paying
a
penny.
The
general
service
has
been
improved,
the
midwifery
service
is
quite
good
because
I
had
immunizations
there.
But
if
the
service
is
like
this,
next
immunization
or
if
I
get
sick
again,
I'm
bye.
