    Saya berobat pake BPJS di JEC cibubur, cuma yang perlu menjadi catatan. Jika memakai BPJS anda akan di nomor duakan. Walaupun datang pagi betul tetep aja kelar siangan dan banyak diduluin pasien lainnya saat antri dokter. Mohon pihak JEC bagaimana harus bertindak lebih adil. Bagaimana jika pasien tersebut pake BPJS dan perlu tindakan lebih cepat karena urgent? Pakai BPJS bukan berarti gratis. Matur suwun

    Kecewa bgt periksa mata disini!! (Saya datang berniat utk cek ukuran lensa mata karna mau ganti kacamata). Saya datang hari senin tgl 16 Agustus, diperiksa ukuran mata sm perawat lelaki (mungkin hanya selama 5 menit) terus mata saya ditetesin obat karna katanya dokter mau periksa syaraf mata saya. Saya manut2 aja. Pas masuk ke ruangan dokter, saya cuma diperiksa syaraf mata nya aja dan lsg mau dibuatkan resep ukuran lensa mata sesuai dr hasil pemeriksaan awal, Saya protes karna saya merasa belum pas dengan hasil di pemeriksaan awal (apa-apaan saya diperiksa seperti itu, ditanya "enak atau engga" pun tidak! Hanya ditanya ini huruf apa). Akhirnya dokter blg saya disuruh datang lg hari sabtu utk tes ulang dan resep tidak diberi karna saya terlanjur di tetes mata syaraf jd tidak bisa diperiksa ulang pada saat itu. Saya emosi. saya pulang dgn tidak membawa hasil apa2. Yg lebih kaget biaya yg harus sy bayar sebesar 900ribuan, dgn rincian: βœ“ tetes mata 1 strip = 33rb βœ“ obat syaraf sebanyak 10tablet (dokter resepin saya 30 tablet tp saya cuma tebus 10 tablet) = 243rb βœ“ pemeriksaan awal = 121rb βœ“ jasa dokter I = 300rb βœ“ Jasa dokter II = 146rb Saya bingung dgn biaya sebesar itu saya pulang tanpa bawa hasil apa2 !! Hari sabtu tgl 21 agustus saya datang lg dgn harapan diperiksa dgn baik dan benar dan harapan dokter turun tangan utk periksa ukuran lensa mata saya. Karna jujur aja ukuran mata sy yg cylinder sulit didapatkan kalau periksanya gak teliti!!!! Eh pas datang saya diperiksa mata agak lebih lama memang, yaitu selama 10 menit periksa + 15 menit observasi tp masih dgn perawat bukan dgn dokternya. Saya udah blg ke perawatnya kalau ukurannya masih kurang nyaman. Kata dia nanti diperiksa lg sm dokter, sy masuk ke ruangan dokter cuma diperiksa syaraf mata lagi. Udah itu aja. Dan lsg dibuatkan resep mata. Saya pulang DAN MEMBAYAR LAGI BIAYA PEMERIKSAAN (tanpa biaya jasa dokter). Yg lebih shock sih saya diresepkan lg obat syaraf yg berbeda yg katanya jauh lebih bagus & mahal, tp saya ogah ambil. Kan saya udah diresepkan obat pada hari senin, kenapa sy harus diresepkan lg obat dgn merek lain??? Please ya JEC Cibubur, saya datang dgn tujuan saya puas memakai kacamata baru bukan utk minum obat! Saya ini bayar mandiri dan bukan berarti dgn seenaknya disuruh bolak balik datang dan keluar biaya ini itu! Jujur aja saya kapok datang lg ke JEC Cibubur!!! Saya mendingan datang ke dokter ophthalmologist saya yg lama yg ada di gading serpong karna 3tahun yg lalu dokternya yg periksa sendiri ukuran lensa mata saya selama 30 menit, bukan orglain yg periksa!!!
