I suffer with really bad back and neck pain which makes me feel nauseous. I went to Tony to help with this. Due to my work and long hours I find it hard to get rid of this pain. Tony helped me with trigger point massages which released the pain. He also showed me stretches/movements that I do to help. Very professional. I would highly recommend. I have been going to Tony regularly following signing for Kerry FC. Went to Tony for an upper torso Lymphatic drainage massage and it was truly amazing. It is a light form of massage but the treatment is surreal as you can feel the benefits in areas other than being treated as explained by Tony. The effect was immediate however it was the following day benefits and feeling of lightness, not congested and clarity that I was most amazed with and loved. Would highly recommend this treatment with Tony and I will definitely return for more sessions.

Attended with Tony for massage after days of hiking in Clare and Kerry. He provides an excellent and professional service, the actual massage being perfect for the aches presented, but he also provides explanations about “why the aches”, and how to stretch and relax in the aftermath of hiking and indeed the massage process it self. Tony is clearly extremely knowledgeable and good at what he does. Over the course of a few sessions, he helped me overcome chronic, and at times, debilitating pain that I had seen several other types of therapists for over the last few years. I really liked that the bodywork was not passive, but that he guided me to reconnect to muscles that had been underused due to years of dysfunction while also releasing the ones that had been overused. Several months later, and I continue to see the benefits I experienced from my sessions with him.
