Group loved this course. Said ir was an excellent challenge and the views are stunning. Big clubhouse, lots of parking and a good pro shop. This course is busy so there could be a wait for tee times. Staff are excellent, friendly and efficient and very good food

Loved it. Challenging but playable. Great greens. Perfectly maintained. Scenic . 12th and 13th century ruins near course. Right on the ocean.

Fantastic golf course along the Wild Atlantic Way. We highly recommend a visit. With some brilliant golf holes, magnificent views and a real test of links golf. The back nine was recently described by one of our well traveled clients as "the best 9 holes of golf I have ever played". Don't visit the west of Ireland without playing Tralee. It's a breathtaking experience that gets better and better every time you play. Our man Mick Coote is a legend in the area! Ask for the King of Kerry...

Wow. Awesome golf course with stunning views of the Kerry Coast. Modern clubhouse boasting panoramic views. Good food served too. I've played over 100 courses in Ireland and this is currently my number 1....and they're making improvements to the front nine too. Access to the course is via remote country lanes but persevere! If you're a golfer, and you're in Kerry, don't leave before you have played this course.

Played it on Rose week so the weather conditions were good. It's a tough challenge with lots of trouble off the fairways. The views on the back nine are superb. Friendly clubhouse with good food served. Recommend as a treat.

Simply amazing true links course! Between the history on the front nine, and the best views and layout you can ask for on the back no wonder is an Arnie favorite. 10 outta 10!! ๐ŸŒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช

Tralee may be the most beautiful course in Ireland. I thought Waterville was great but it's not close to Tralee. Arnie did a wonderful job laying it out. Like the saying goes...Arnie layer out the front but God layed out the back.

Awesome experience. 60 yard wind but still so much fun. The views will take your breath away. Lots of investment practice facility and changes to holes. My caddy Brian Delee was top class and guided our group around. Good job to all involved.

Must stop for any golf tour! The views will inspire you, and the course is beautiful. This is a challenging course, especially the back nine. Some long carries over the gorse and the back 9 is very hilly. Our caddies were wonderful and are a must if you don't want to lose a lot of balls. If you are someone that has a tough time walking, bad feet, or knees, be sure to call ahead and request a buggy. They may ask for a medical note, so be prepared. The buggy saved my playing partner for sure.

To me, this is simply the best links golf course to be on. A fantastic front nine followed by a spectacular back nine. Once you play there it is like the just finished great hole gets topped by the next one. It is an endless pleasure to play, up to the final hole. The people at Tralee are very nice and I always feel welcome from the very first moment, I enter the reception desk. The 19th hole is a must after the round and while overlooking the course, you will realise the incredible scenery you've been playing in. Absolutely overwhelming.

One of the most scenic courses you are likely to play. A tough but fair challenge. Highly recommend a visit

Absolutely outstanding golf course which just gets better and better as the holes go by. Really good test of your game with some very intimidating t-shots. Not for the faint Hearted. We played in an open competition for โ‚ฌ60 which is great value for a course of this standard . Arnold Palmer did a wonderful job keeping some of the old stone walls integral to the course. No real blind shot which is wonderful even on your first visit. Fantastic greens also.

Played Tralee on the 15/8/20 We were told that the back 9 on Tralee was something we wouldnโ€™t ever experience again.. and that Ballybunions back 9 on the old course was brilliant but Tralee is better by miles... couldnโ€™t be a truer word said... absolutely stunning course.. front 9 was very good and enjoyable a good test too.. but as soon as we got into the back 9 it was jaw dropping good.. weโ€™ve played on the top courses throughout Ireland but as a group of 8 low handicapped players we all agreed Tralee was the best 9 stretch of holes we played.. some of the views were outstanding.. we were in Awe on most tee boxes.. people go on about the old head and itโ€™s views.. Tralee wipes the floor with it...golfing wise itโ€™s in a different league to the old head.. if there ever was a course you must play it has to be Tralee.. facilities were fantastic.. the range was superb.. club house a little dated but staff were extremely welcoming.. 100% will be playing Tralee again in the next couple of years.. itโ€™s a must!

Almost everyone we've asked has said this is one of our favourite courses in the area, along with Old Head. And having finally played it, we can most certainly see why! It has breathtaking views at almost every hole, and the course is exceptional. We had winds of 55km/h when we played and it was exceptionally challenging but still it was very enjoyable and quite an experience, thanks to our caddy Don, who's line reading is awesome! We were fortunate to have been able to head out earlier than our scheduled tee time as many members had canceled their games due to the weather! Food at the Clubhouse is yummy too! And the Bar offers spectacular views of the course. We'd definitely be back, and hopefully the weather would be a tad kinder.

The beach below is deliberately made inaccessible by the golf club, it is very rocky and dangerous for elderly people, kids or buggies. It needs proper stone steps before someone hurts themselves. There's a very old castle on the grounds that should be public property and visitors should be able to visit it freely but the staff won't let anyone near it, and it's been left to fall apart. This is a beautiful part of Ireland and it is completely taken over by the golf club, the name isn't even appropriate it shouldn't be Tralee Golf Club it's not in Tralee it's in Barrow.
