What an astonishingly beautiful place. So unspoilt. Stunning views are best seen either on foot or by hiring one of the horse-drawn carriages. We took the carriage option and this afforded us the chance to stop and stare which was fantastic. I would highly recommend you take the time to visit the beautiful place

Without a shadow of a doubt, I can honestly say that I experienced some of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever seen in the Killarney National Park. An absolute must see when visiting the area. Novice drivers might find the narrow roads unnerving, and certain areas can be packed with tourists, however other areas are well isolated and dead silent. We unfortunately didn’t see many animals. Visitors are very respectful as we barely saw any litter. I really want to return here soon!

A beautiful spot with many different types of trails to walk, suitable for people with different types of fitness levels. It has a beautiful Torc waterfall to admire and take photos, hilly trails along with the simple trails around and along the lake. There is a cafe/restaurant at the main entrance and another one just inside the park for some delicious hot/iced beverages and a quick bite. Also, a beautiful historic castle with admissions to explore it closer from the inside.

Beautiful park to visit! Lots to see and do here, with historical buildings and hiking trails everywhere. The nature just comes alive all around you, with massive trees and old forests that have never been touched, combined with massive waterfalls and soothing streams. Muckross House was gorgeous but Muckross Abbey was far more interesting to us to walk around and see the historical significance. We would recommend spending a day here

Stunning place, need to do your homework before you get there. Bike rides, boat rides, horse rides, lakes, waterfalls, walks, House, food, all decisions to work out. The lake beach just past the boat house, was like finding an oasis, we were unprepared but went for a dander in the warm lake up to my knees, in an amazing backdrop

Very beautiful park with absolute stunning views of mountains, river. There is a garden just before the park entrance and there is a river walk which feels so soothing. Absolutely loved the place, the walk here can be long as you want or else you can take the horse rides available nearby. Around 1 hour walk in the park you will reach to Ross castle and from there you can walk more to Ross island. There are plenty boat tours available, but needs booking. The place has been kept absolutely clean and walk will be memorable

My favorite day of the trip so far. Absolutely worth going to if you’re in Ireland. We walked the entire loop around Lake Dinis. There’s a lovely cottage about halfway to refresh, get a pot of tea, sandwich, pastry, etc. The views along the wall are incredible and even a point to see a waterfall. We walked along a few foot trails and did the yellow/blue loops for the waterfall. We did not do the red trail.

Loved the park. Loved the view, the greenery, all the surrounding threes, horses, cows. The abbey was also very cool . The ONLY thing that was missing were the DINOSAURS :)

Wonderful experience. This is a very beautiful part of Ireland. We hiked the Gap of Dunloe, ate scones at Lord Brandon's Cottage, then took a boat across the three lakes. Finally a visit to Ross Castle. It was a great day

What a beautiful place! We had guide, Collette take us for a lovely walk through the park. Other people in our group had a jaunting car tour of the park.

A must visit. There are so many trails for all ages and fitness levels. You will see people running and cycling. You can find walks fit for rollator walkers and wheelchairs which makes it accessible for everyone you just pick the paths suitable for your party. Stunning views. Can't recommend highly enough ❤️

Beautiful scenery... lakes, mountains and ocean with the odd bit of woodland thrown in for good measure. Definitely worth a visit if you're into the great outdoors. Just look out for the midges.

A must visit if in the area even if you are only driving through it. The mountain passes as wonderful if riding a motorbike with the twists and turns, if you are in a car there are sufficient passing places for getting through the narrower sections and for photo opportunities. Will visit again.

Gorgeous national park. Highly recommended for those who want to spend a quiet and carefree day; perhaps alternatively on a horse in a carriage to fully enjoy this wonderful experience. Rating: 10/10

Long hiking trails, bicycle ways, magnificent landscapes, nature, vegetation, diversity of living things... simply awesome but one day is not enough.

One of the places on earth to spend time with you family. Wether it's walking, running or cycling or simply staying by the water, it's ideal. It's safe, beautiful with lots of options what to do and where to go.

It is a beautiful park. Very vast. It has hiking and cycling tracks. It has two beautiful lakes and many small waterfalls. We even saw a deer there. Can be explored very well by cycling

Nowhere can compare Killarney National Park. The beauty of the nature, the woodlands, the waterfall and the mountains. If you like walking, there are different levels of walk you can do. So next time if you do Ring of Kerry, don't forget to spend sometime to browse around here. Also Dinis Cottage is opened for business, stop by have a drink and a treat then enjoy the amazing views.

What a beautiful place that is! Besides the wonderful scenery the most impressive thing is those many grand old trees there are! It seems they are from very different corners of the world, maybe not, maybe just not seen anymore. Marvellous!!

We enjoyed the Jaunting Karts ride through the park. We saw folks walking, biking, and enjoying the park. What a lovely park! I suggest you make time to visit!

What a beautiful place to visit. So calming and peaceful. The waterfall was a highlight as you don't have to walk very far to see it.

Very vast area. Cool and some serious beautiful spots. We were coupled with a car and bus that kept stopping where were stopping. Thankfully, we got to head into Torc Waterfall. Stunning Waterfall. Nice place. Peaceful. Overall, amazing park

Beautiful park with lovely oak forest and waterfall. We even saw wild goats (though I wasn't quick enough with my camera as the tour bus passed lol). We highly recommend!

Beautiful place to pass some time. Nice and relaxing to walk around and to see and hear nature (including birds🐦 singing) in all its glory. Killarney National Park is quite expansive so allow at least 90 minutes I would say to take it all in. Don't think there are bins there is my only complaint. I mean you could and should take your own rubbish (if any) home with you but someone had left dog poo in a small plastic bag at the entrance to the park, most likely because there were no bins to put it in, but the blame is with that dog owner for being irresponsible more so than Kerry County Council for there not being a bin, in my opinion. I'd go again and I'd recommend it, especially on a fine dry day.

We walked the gap of Dunloe. The views & scenery were magnificent. The soup in the cafe was hot, tasty & welcome. Dermot, our boatman of 50 years, was a font of knowledge with a lovely sense of humour

This one of the most beautiful places I have seen in my life. I have only been able to see it briefly but it has imprinted in my head forever. If you are at the west of Ireland this is a must see place!

I walk in Killarney National Park on a regular basis. To say it is a beautiful experience would be an under statement. I know how lucky I am as I live relatively close by when people travel thousands of miles at great cost to be here.10/10.

Just beautiful. And the weather was brilliant. Must visit the waterfall if you go there.

Absolutely stunning scenery and nature. The ancient woodlands alone are reason enough to visit. Plenty of good walking

There’s so many things to see in this place. Might take a few days to visit all of them. No wonder Killarney is so popular because of this park.

This is a large park that has a number of different areas to discover and most people would be able to find something that would interest them. Our issue was that there were so many and we only had a limited time to explore.

Into the lights and shades, walking through the forest and searching for a lost soul, Here I come take me deep to the wonderland. Lovely ride inside the park.

The best part of Killarney is it's National Park! Free to roam the grounds as much as you want although I highly recommend cycling it and locking your bike up for areas that a bike can't be brought
