We could not have been happier with the accommodations and the staff of this hotel. The rooms were super clean, loved the turn down service at nighttime which included slippers and tea. The location of the hotel was in a prime spot in the great little town of Killarney and by the National Park. Every staff member was a true professional.

A gorgeous hotel with excellent staff and service. The grounds are beautiful. It is a short walk from pubs, shops, restaurants but feels a world away. Don't overlook the restaurant, it has some of the best food we experienced in Killarney.

We stayed here with a group for three nights on a golf trip. The rooms were great, the beds super comfortable and there was a fantastic lounge and pub for everyone to meet up. Conveniently located in town, we could walk to pubs and stores. Concierge was wonderful, easy check in and check out.

Can’t speak highly enough about this hotel. From start to finish, the stay was fabulous. The customer service was definitely a stand out. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and polite. We arrived early and they went out of their way to find us an available room. We were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves both days!! The outdoor hot tub was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower pressure & temp was amazing!! Lunch in the bar and dinner in the restaurant were both fantastic, food was so delicious. Location is perfect, right in the centre of town. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and the piano player in the bar after dinner was a lovely touch.

Fabulous location wonderful experience. This hotel gets top rating in every regard from location, service, rooms, food, garden bar. Breakfast is truly wonderful and they provide a to go option if leaving early morning before breakfast service starts. Plentiful gluten free options for everything. They cater to your every need and every request is dealt with willingly with a smile. Genuinely really great staff and service.

Truly great service and a wonderful property! I had tire issues when I arrived and I had made a mistake with my reservations also! The team at The Killarney Park got us rooms quickly. They got my wife and daughter into our rooms while I took the car up to a great tire shop they recommended. Within an 1/2 hour the car was fixed and I was back at the hotel getting ready for dinner. The team at The Killarney Park turned an awful situation into a minor bump in the road. Probably the best hotel service I have received in all my travels. All the staff provided excellent service and the property itself was exceptional. We truly appreciate all their efforts to keep our vacation on track! Our stay was wonderful! We will be back to stay for sure. Thanks again to everyone at The Killarney Park for a great stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at The Killarney Park Hotel after our wedding. Right from the start, the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable, with great attention to detail. We loved the spa facilities, which were perfect for relaxing after our big day. The treatments were excellent, and the staff were professional and attentive. We also had a fantastic meal in hotel’s bar, with delicious food and too-notch service. We can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing time staying at the Killarney Park. The staff was so friendly, and excellent with helping us plan and book our days before arrival, and morning of. They gave us some great local tips to make sure we had the best experiences. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean and spacious. Great water pressure too! We are at the garden bar one night which was delicious, and the Peregrine every morning for breakfast. No complaints about our entire visit. Made our stay in Killarney that much more enjoyable. They even left chocolates out for us for my birthday.

Nice hotel with an excellent location. Outstanding concierge team; very professional, helpful and friendly. Room and food was mediocre; more in line with a lower end 4 star facility. Spa was decent. It is a nice and very adequate hotel, but not what I would consider 5 star or luxury.

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Killarney. Service at this hotel was great and the rooms were great as well. This is the perfect hotel to tour the surrounding national park, Dingle, and other nearby areas. Concierge recommendations and service was top notch. The bar at this hotel is awesome, well stocked with great selection of drinks and great ambiance. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Killarney area and will return when I revisit Killarney.

Amazing stay at the Killarney Park hotel. Came here for a business trip and have seen this hotel before but never stayed. Had high tea here high was amazing and was excited to finally stay as a guest. Really nice hotel that is well cared for (for Irish standards). It’s not a luxurious hotel but you get a nice homey feel. The location is perfect right near the shopping mall and at the entrance to the main strip. Food here is good too. If you can manage the cost it’s a nice hotel to stay…definitely have the high tea.

This hotel is exceptional... From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated with kindness and generosity........We had a meal in the Garden Room on arrival and it was absolutely delicious, the service second to none and was friendly and efficient... Breakfast the following morning was exceptional with a fabulous selection of foods to choose from. Our rooms were stunning... we were even upgraded to a suite as we had married earlier in the day and we also received a complimentary bottle of bubbly and chocolates in our room... The hotel is beautifully furnished with attention to detail in every room .... The staff are so helpful, kind and obliging, it is an absolute pleasure to stay here. We will definitely be back again. A truly wonderful experience.

5 star all around. Stunning hotel, lovely breakfast, and the staff was so very friendly. The concierge greeted us from the start and continued to make great recommendations through our stay. I don’t have his name but he made the visit more memorable for us so thank you! Definitely worth the visit and stay. Killarney is high on our list of favorites in Ireland thus far. We will be back!

Myself and my wife stayed here on our wedding night, I highly recommend The Killarney park Hotel. The hotel is completely classy and relaxing from the moment you arrive until you depart. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful, the spa was nice and relaxing. The food was delicious, I will definitely stay here again.

My new favourite hotel. Everything was perfect from the second the taxi pulled up, we were greeted immediately by lovely friendly staff. The hotel interior is beautiful and has a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is delicious, staff all so helpful and genuinely friendly. We ate in the garden bar and the food for vegans is absolutely delicious, felt really spoilt To get such a delicious vegan dessert! Lovely pool and jacuzzi area and is spotless. Location couldn’t be better, right across the road to entrance of Killarney national park and just around the corner from Killarney Main Street. I will definitely be returning.

The service and staff are 5 star quality. The restaurants and bar are excellent as is the breakfast. The location is walkable and central to Killarney while also being easy to get out of town for some sight seeing. The rooms are comfortable but a bit dated and not matching the high quality of the staff. There are not really any views from the rooms as park views are mostly restaurant roof with quite a lot of ventilation smell and fan noise. It is not practical to open windows since the smell of fried food and smoke fill the space. The price is high for the standard of room as a result.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very nice and clean with a view of the park. The breakfast was very rich with the best pancakes. The pool was very large and the gym was well equipped. We'd love to come back.

I think I have only ever posted one or two reviews. Not really my thing. However, our experience at this hotel has been noteworthy. From the second we pulled in we have been catered to, pampered and taken care of. The staff in every capacity has made us feel welcomed and wanted. I have never been treated this nicely before. I don't know whether is just the Ireland way or not, but I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Killarney. Thank you Killarney Patk hotel for an outstanding stay!

Killarney Park Hotel is gorgeous! The staff is amazing. From driving in to checking out we were treated with outstanding customer service. The room was upgraded upon checkin. It was huge with upscale amenities. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the Garden our first night. The bartender was a true artist. The attention of the restaurant staff was beyond. Each morning breakfast was offered. The breakfasts were delicious. The service again top notch. This affordable 5 star is definitely on my must stay list for our next journey to Ireland. I can’t recommend this stellar hotel enough.

Lovely and amazing staff Unbelievable rooms and very comfortable beds. Food is amazing and the beef was tender and cooked to perfection. Pool and spa facilities are one of the best I have been in a long time. The outdoor hot tub is a nice touch. Will be back again

We loved visiting the Killarney Park Hotel. It was our first time in this city, and the service was exceptional. Norma, was lovely helped accommodate all of our needs. Shane was extremely gracious and an expert on Irish Whiskey-we enjoyed our tasting! This hotel has a homey vibe, and warm staff who are willing to step up when needed. We hope to return in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at the Killarney Park and are only sorry we weren't staying for longer. Everybody was so welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived until we left. It felt so relaxed yet very efficient. Our Signature Room was superb with two kings and a huge bathroom. Our evening meal was excellent staff too with such a great selection of wines and knowledgeable staff. The cocktails were so good too. If you get a chance, stay here and you won't regret it.

Superb. A wonderful pre Christmas break. We just spend two nights there with my parents in law and our 2 year old. Talk about a home from home. Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. They have a perfect balance of 5 star service and a natural touch. From check in to check out we were looked after by all. Looking forward to our next visit

This hotel is a gem! Centrally located, lovely rooms and wonderful restaurant, we enjoyed every aspect. What makes it truly unique is how the team goes above & beyond to make you feel at home, including organizing an entire Thanksgiving Happy Hour and dinner for American guests. Everyone was incredibly hospitable, friendly and helpful. We would absolutely love the opportunity to stay again.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Killarney Park Hotel to celebrate his birthday and our anniversary, which we spoke to the front desk about when checking in. The hotel itself is beautiful and the hotel staff were lovely. Our stay was really brought down by the horrible experience we had dining in their garden bar. The staff here were like ghosts, we couldn’t find them to get service. We had drinks at the bar and the bartender served us drinks then disappeared. We had to hunt down staff so we could get seated and it really went down from here. Our server could not have been less attentive. The meal was over priced and just okay. 9 euro for a soup without protein. 25 euro for an over cooked burger. When checking out the next morning we shared our experience with the front desk who called the restaurant manager to talk to us. He said he remember us as we had to flag him down to get cutlery so we could eat our meal. It was really a disappointing experience when we had been so excited to celebrate there. Again, the hotel itself was wonderful, I would just strongly recommended finding somewhere else to dine, especially if you are celebrating any special occasions.

We stayed at the KPH for 2 nights in a premium room and we are so happy with our stay and experience in the hotel. The room was immaculate and inviting, with high-quality furniture and a comfortable bed. It is our favorite hotel room to date. We ate at the Garden Bar for dinner which was divine! Breakfast was amazing as well. We used the pool, bubble pool, hot tub and sauna as well - all of which felt clean and safe. We are so happy with our stay at KPH that we are looking to return for the next holiday season as well. Thank you for such great care!

Visited Killarney Park Spa at the end of August and was so disappointed . I was disgusted to be given a locker in the changing room with a robe that had numerous hairs on it. It had obviously been used previously. The locker room was not cleaned yet we were in the spa for 10am. In the relaxation room, the floor was filthy, it hadn’t been hoovered in days by the look of it. I was 7months pregnant and with Covid etc I feel the hygiene was not acceptable. I did complain and the response was “sorry”

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. Every single staff member was absolutely amazing and so helpful, happy and kind. Our Spa treatments were amazing and very relaxing, outdoor hottub was a bonus. Dinner and breakfast was amazing. Rooms were spotless and so cosy. Highly recommended this fantastic hotel.

This hotel is in need of serious renovations.breakfast barely adequate. Was served a half cooked burger in a meal I had there. Bedroom was best aspect of my stay here. Won't be back

Perfection. The service we received was simply outstanding. Such kindness from everyone we encountered. Delicious breakfast. Complimentary bikes to use during our stay, which got us to Ross Castle. We’ll be back and tell everyone we know.

I wanted to spend my whole vacation here. Professionally run. Every staff member we encountered were helpful beyond expectation and all so kind. The food at the hotel was more than five stars. Well the whole establishment was more than five stars.

Radomir is the best part of our stay. Super nice anything and everything he’s at your service. I’ve been to many places and stayed in a lot of places around the world. I can say he’s the best I’ve met in any hotel staff team. He’s a true credit to this hotel. He should be general manger 👍🏻

What an absolute dream of a stay at the Killarney Park. We were late in arriving and the valet and reception/front desk were super accommodating and also assisted in getting us fed! Every single staff member we encountered said hello/good morning etc. and were so professional and helpful. Padraig provided us with great recommendations for shopping and eating. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We especially loved the sustainability mission the hotel has.
