Our
first
impression
of
the
hotel
from
the
outside
excited
us..
It
was
beautiful
and
made
us
feel
as
if
we
would
be
staying
in
a
luxury
hotel
much
like
the
hayfield
hotel
in
cork…
unfortunately
when
we
came
through
the
entry
door
there
were
people
smoking
which
sadly
made
the
lobby
smell
of
cigarettes..
despite
the
smell
our
hopes
were
still
high
as
we
had
just
come
from
an
exquisite
hayfield
hotel
in
cork..
expecting
the
same
level
of
luxury
it
came
to
our
surprise
to
find
that
this
4.5
star
hotel
did
not
have
an
A/C
unit
making
sleeping
very
uncomfortable.
In
result
you
would
have
to
open
the
window
to
let
the
air
in
causing
us
to
feel
unsafe
in
our
room
knowing
we
could
not
lock
the
window.
as
well
as
bugs
being
able
to
come
in.
We
were
also
disappointed
to
find
that
our
room
would
have
two
twin
beds
rather
than
one
bed
for
us
all
to
fit.
The
room/bathroom
was
not
as
clean
as
we
thought
it
would
be..
the
bathroom
tile
and
shower
tile
had
orange
soap
scum
all
along
the
grout
along
with
black
mold..
cob
webs
above
the
window..
and
after
taking
a
closer
look
at
everything
we
noticed
what
looked
to
be
male
bodily
fluids
(if
you
know
what
i
mean)
on
the
bed
frame..
my
husband
and
I
came
with
our
10
month
old
son
so
to
find
something
like
that
in
our
room
was
a
bit
mortifying.
If
I
could
post
pictures
I
would.
The
only
thing
that
met
our
expectations
was
the
hospitality
of
the
staff.
safe
to
say
we
were
not
impressed..
