We had a lovely stay. The staff and accommodations were excellent. We stayed 3 nights in room 235, with daily breakfast. Everyone and everything was absolutely fabulous, just grand! The rooms were lovely and the fireplace made for a cozy addition to the cool evenings. Our daily breakfasts were delicious and filling. The portions were often more than we could eat. The hotel is well situated in walking distance to food and shopping. The parking was not an issue and public parking was very close and inexpensive. Our stay here tipped off a fabulous trip of Ireland and we want to thank all of the staff especially Olga for taking such good care of us when my son forgot his passport. This was my second stay here and I will definitely be back.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Killarney close to many pubs and great restaurants. Treated our golf group like special guests and our breakfast was serviced precisely at the time required. Great experience!!

Great place to stay for a luxurious vacation. The bedroom walls are thin, and you may be expected to carry your luggage up a few steps down some of the hallways.

I’m only taking off a star because the room was super small, there was no air conditioning in the room, and the pillows were quite hard. The hotel was lovely! We had a bit of a snafu at the beginning of our stay here, but was handled appropriately. The manager was fabulous and the restaurant manager was amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay. Dinner, beverages, and breakfast here were delicious. The staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The website says that there’s no parking available on-site, which is completely accurate. If you’re driving here be prepared to walk a few minutes to a paid car park. We were here for a couple of days on our Ireland honeymoon adventure. I miss it already!

An exceptional hotel in the very heart of Killarney. The staff was splendid. I'd like to give special appreciation to the Duty Manager Brenden. Funny, engaging and diligent. He did everything from waiting our table at dinner to bringing water to our room later. He was everywhere and an absolute delight the whole time.

My favorite hotel in Ireland on our trip! Absolutely adorable and in the perfect location in Killarney! Great front social area outside and excellent service inside. The bar was excellent as well and we had impeccable service from Garan!

This was my favorite hotel on our holiday. Check in was friendly and efficient, our room was beautiful & clean, and they turned the room over each day. We were part of a tour group and they went above & beyond to make sure our group could be served breakfast before an early departure. It was a lovely hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to book if back in Killarney.

Most comfortable bed I ever slept in ( and I travel a lot!) Staff very friendly. Breakfast I didn't like at all and find it un such a hotel not correct to charge extra if you ask for a cappuccino. Also I didn't find it very... easy likening hot lost towards my room so many times and especially after a couple drinks...

As a tour coach driver i had lunch in the bar/ restaurant very good, but sadly no percentage reduced from my bill whether you encourage 20 people or 2 people to dine in this lovely restaurant. Unfortunately the benefits have dissolved no free no nothing sad to see the lovely Emerald Isles reduced to the low U.K standards towards our profession.

Great hotel and even better location. Although there is no set parking for the hotel there is plenty of car parks near by and reasonably priced. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 cocktails and a beautiful reception area. Only criticism was we got a very small room with limited space and it was definitely one of the older rooms but comfortable all the same. Would stay again

Enjoyed my stay here over Easter. Hotel is Nice and central. The breakfast was nice, hot and freshly cooked. The room was nice, comfortable for one and probably slightly on the small side for 2!

There was no way to load and unload baggage when checking in and out of the hotel. No drop off area made it extremely difficult. Guest must be able to navigate stairs. Can not get to room without numerous sets of stairs making it difficult for anyone who has trouble ambulating or is elderly

We had lunch with friends after our civil wedding. They made huge efforts like customised menu with our names on them. Made our wedding day truly memorable. Lunch service was fabulous. The main course and desserts made our lunch perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, location is an ideal starting point for tours and hikes, the countryside is lovely. We enjoyed coming back to the hotel after a long day and enjoying the fireplace in a quiet room. The rooms are big and confortable, a bit noisy though. The only issue we had was some light that could not be switched off…

Stay in hotel recently. Room comfortable , warm and clean. Location very good too. However breakfast very disappointing. And very limited choice. No fresh fruit,(I.e. bananas, apples ) yoghurts or pastries.. Staff not very friendly would need some training in customer service.

Excellent hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean. Bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and heated towel rack. Wonderful location. We loved our stay.

The hotel was excellent.. we recently got married there, and everyone treated us like Royalty . Catriona, the hotel manageress was absolutely wonderful to us. She welcomed us as soon as we checked in, showed us the room where the ceremony was to take place, then showed us to our room, which was beautiful. Afterwards, we were duly called for our dinner, and the food was first class. All of the staff were excellent 👏 I would recommend this hotel highly, and will go again. Mike.

We visited The International Hotel. 30 yrs on from our last visit. It was my Parents favourite hotel. Upon arrival we got an up graded room. The staff are exceptional. With good craic. Food excellent. Well balanced prices. Myself and my mother had a great trip down memory lane. Big respect to all the staff here. Thank you. Pure class.

Great hotel, brilliant location, staff are so friendly and accommodating (especially the bar staff) service is quick and great value for money! We brought our 17 month old son & the staff were so amazing with him. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely meal chicken curry with rice. Was delicious. It was lovely and quiet atmosphere. The bar tender was lovely, chatted away and checked if we were OK. Had two drinks there. Was very relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely go back. Didn't stay the night

Old world charm, excellent service, friendly staff (which we come to expect in the kingdom) & excellent food. We were down for the night at a 70th, they have the best (literally) finger food we have ever tried. We have already booked another night before Xmas and are bringing the kids.

This is the perfect place to stay in Killarney. It is centrally located in the town center and a very short walk from the train and bus station. Beautifully appointed hotel with old world charm. Public areas ( lounge, library ) were great with warm, comfortable ambience. The entire staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant served delicious, inexpensive food. Breakfast was served in the breakfast room which again was lovely with a fireplace, and made to order breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Killarney.

This property is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. We spent three wonderful nights here and enjoyed every moment. The facilities are top notch, WiFi is strong, breakfast was excellent, and the on-site restaurant/ pub served delicious meals at comparable costs. We do online schooling as we travel and there were plenty of quiet and comfortable spaces for working. We will be back soon! My only complaint is that I would like more control over room temperature. We all got a bit hot while sleeping and were only able to crack the window a small degree.

Absolutely loved this Hotel. The executive room in which we stead was only magnificent. Food was top class and the service second to none. Would highly recommend this hotel as it was more than we expected. Absolutely superb.
