From the moment we set foot inside the front door there was a warm friendly homely feeling, the room was spacious for the 3 of us, tea/coffee station outside the room door in case we wanted a cuppa, spare toiletries also available if needed, breakfast was lovely, fresh and hot with a great selection to choose from. Will definitely be goin back.

This was the best guesthouse we stayed in during our two weeks. It is stunning decorated, very clean and is also cheap. Their breakfast is not included in the accommodation price. You have to pay for it separately. I will for sure stay here again if I ever visit Kilarney again. It is best to have your own transport - they are not near the town centre.

Very expensive for a b and b. Not a very homely feel. More like a non personal, hotel service. Strong smell of chemicals/disinfectant when you enter the place. Bfast was very good, room was spotless and quiet.

This is a great B&B. We paid $87/nt with a full breakfast. Rooms were clean and stylish. If you forget something, they have it- HBA products, ironing, food/tea, etc in the hallways (see pics)-they thought of everything! Location is very good. Breakfast was excellent. It was both of our birthdays and there was a bottle of sparkling wine in our room!🥳

Wonderful place to stay! Clean rooms, great shared space and all the touches of home away from home. Ciara greeted us with excellent tips on how to spend our time in the area, breakfast was delicious, and the location is an easy walk to the center of town. I wish we could have spent a 2nd night.

I loved this bed and breakfast. We stayed two nights on our trip to Ireland. This was the only place we stayed two days. This place is in a great location for walking to a restaurant or shopping. We also walked to the movie theater near the house. It's close to the Ring of Kerry which was the main reason we wanted to stay two nights and I'm glad we did. The staff was so friendly and gave great recommendations for food and what to see in town. Every time I walked through the front door it felt like home. The breakfast was really good and it was a sweet place to stay. If we were going to come back to Ireland I would 100% stay here again.

Nice little place within walking distance to the main part of town. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really good with good options.

Booked directly with their website (skip booking and book directly). Very clean and brekkie was superb (plump juicy sausage, fried egg, ham and toast plus berry compote all exceeded my expectations. Fridge in the hallway with bottled water was wonderful and tea making available in the hallway. Only thing I have as a gripe coming from the US is the water pressure but govt seems to conserve water this way. Otherwise, solid 5

Absolutely lovely place with so many little extras they really go above and beyond. You will be hard pressed to find somewhere else that offers as much. Great central location. Room was very nice and very well decorated. Only little let down was the mattress on one bed wasnt the most comfortable and could do with been replaced with a slightly higher quality/ upmarket one with this done they'd be flawless and get top marks. The other 2 beds in the room seemed better to be fair. I've no doubt with the attention to detail the the owner or manager is giving this place that they will look into this. Dont let that put anyone off this really is a great spot to stay staff where very friendly and helpfull and good communication. The breakfast was gorgeous and plenty of choice on offer. I'd definitely stay again and have no problem recommending this place as it's one of the better places I've stayed in over the years.

Room clean and tidy. Decorated nicely. Toiletries availlable. Coffee and tea available in the shared corridor. No fridge and no table in the room. The lady who served us (probably the owner) could be a little nicer. Overall impression is good.
