Stayed here over a period of 3 nights. There was a group of 25 of us. First thing to say is, the hotel is a boutique hotel. Modern hotel in with a lovely cosy old world vibe. Situated in a quiet residential area, less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre of Killarney. I loved the spacious bedroom which had lots of storage for someone who was touring for 17 days. Nice bar and meeting room. The stand-out features for me were the two essentials for any overnight hotel stay - the beds and the restaurant service. The beds have to be the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. - excellent. Topping this however, was the restaurant staff. I can safely say I have never ever seen such attentive and professional staff when it came to breakfast. This was added to by the great range of breakfast options. A very enjoyable stay, I will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I just spent two wonderful nights in this beautiful hotel. The room and breakfast were superb. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. It was a most welcoming hotel and the place was spotless.. I would highly recommend a visit and we WILL be back. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience🥰

The outdated furniture is uncomfortable and the rooms are too warm at night. The TVs are entirely locked down so if you plan to use a fire stick or gaming console while traveling you are out of luck. It's a pity because I otherwise enjoyed the throwback aesthetic, good service, and great location of this hotel.

Lovely hotel! Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. Hotel staff are really friendly and will do their best to service you. Car park has plenty of space, hotel is in a great location close to the city centre. Rooms are spacious and clean. Receptionist have great dinner reservation. Overall brilliant place to stay!

This was a great place to stay. The room was large and bed was comfortable. Carpets could use a cleaning, and couch/chair was a bit worn, but overall it was a nice room. Even had a north american outlet. Bathroom was clean and big. Breakfasts were amazing and the staff very nice. As you a little bit of a walk to the shops, breakfast was a big bonus. 10-15 walk into town and easy driving to Ross Castle and Muckross house and the park. Very good location and quiet. Gas stations nearby for fuel and snacks. Parking was ample!

Stayed over bank Holiday weekend, beautiful hotel, Rooms were spacious and clean. We were greeted by Sarah who was extremely helpful with our queries. The breakfast was very good and the ladies serving were extremely nice and couldn't do enough for you. Very close to town and places to explore.

This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was outstanding and so comfortable and warm. Food delicious and the staff exceptional. The lady serving breakfast on Sunday morning 12th November was absolutely incredible. She knows exceptional customer service. Highly Highly recommended this hotel. The receptionist also knew her stuff inside out and was great.

Highly rate this beautiful hotel. Rooms are very spacious, bathrooms great. Pillows were a little harder than I would have liked, but it seems to be a Europe thing. Easy walk to the main street which has lots of food and shops. Best part of all was the restaurant staff and breakfast. 5 stars to the lovely ladies, especially our server Agnes. The pancakes were one of the best I have ever had!!

Beautiful and extremely informative receptionist let us check in early, gave all the information about the hotel and all informative on attractions, where to ear, what to do etc. Room was gorgeous bed very comfy but terrible pillows. No spoons to make coffee. Everything seemed amazing but we could not get WiFi that evening and I needed it for emails etc. Rang the receptionist (not the lady who checked us in) who basically was rude said she'd restart it but it didn't help, rang again and her answer was, well no one else has a problem. Breakfast next morning and greeted by a grumpy rude woman. Shown to a table, all staff were nice bar her and all she was doing was bringing people to their tables, a smile would have been nice. When we were leaving the lovely receptionist was back on. We explained about WiFi and she apologised and explained there was an issue and others had complained..so the other lady had lied. Anyway would I stay again yes. Top stars for our check in and check our receptionist. Didn't get her name but she wasn't Irish and knew her stuff. Fix the WiFi not everyone can de without I had work to do but couldn't. Get better pillows and a nicer breakfast greeter.

Amazing hotel. Rooms perfect,spotless,food breakfast top notch, lots of choice,staff fantastic, can't do enough for you. If coming to killarney wouldn't stay anywhere else ,recommend totally .less than 10 minutes walk to centre. Everything on your doorstep.

This is a charming hotel, beautifully furnished and decorated and with high quality fittings everywhere. There was a very good range of things at breakfast and the breakfast staff were really delightful - so friendly! There is a lovely sitting room and ample parking space within the grounds.The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom excellent in every respect. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

One of the nicest places we stayed in Ireland, The employees were all very helpful and kind and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable bathroom modern and had a patio. Close to the national park and hiking, great bars downtown playing traditional Irish music. We were very happy we picked this place! Met all our expectations, which are clean, comfortable, friendly, walkable.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Staff extremely friendly, nice people. Great location for walking into town, didn’t have to waste any money on taxis. Room was perfectly clean and spacious. Breakfast wasn’t anything amazing, not a huge variety but it did the trick and the service was good.

The rooms are large, the service and breakfast are very good! It looks a bit old-fashioned but I guess it's part of the hotel's charm. If you walk in a relaxing tempo you need around 15min to the town centre. We paid very little for what we got so I would highly recommend this hotel!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Its beautiful, so quirky. You feel relaxed the minute you walk in the door. Rooms are lovely and spacious and clean. Bathroom spotless. Staff are so friendly and so helpful. A lovely Boutique hotel. Cant wait to go back.Oh the breakfast is fab.Hotel is very central.
