Very Lovely Hotel!! From Check-In with Maura to Breakfast with Lorraine the stay was smooth and a pleasant process. The entire Staff are friendly and professional to say the least. I had a relaxing night and delicious Room Service Diner cause Why not spoil yourself 😆... Defo a spot to be at in Killarney, The Ivy restaurant makes everything delicious. Also, the water made my skin look so fresh either that or the Ginseng body wash and vitamin E lotion did the trick. Absolutely will be back here 🤩🤩🥰

The Victoria hotel was a beautiful, charming boutique hotel at the foot of Killarney national forest. We stayed for one night on our trip around the Ring of Kerry and wish we could've stayed longer! The room was comfortable with modern amenities, yet had old-world charm and a nice bathtub. The food at the restaurant was delicious- we ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. I highly recommend this hotel! It's about a 35 minute walk from the bus station and directly next to a bike shop.

My wife and I booked a 3 night stay here. From the reception desk, the breakfast service to the evening staff I can only say that the service was fantastic. The breakfast was fresh and cooked to order with minimal waiting times and a friendly team always on hand. The rooms were exceptional. The morning views were amongst the best available in Killarney. Why stay in the town when 1 mile away you get a stunning view of the national park to great your day. We will stay here again if we visit Killarney.

I stayed here recently and it was excellent all round. The hotel is spotless, the food is great and the staff were so friendly. I was impressed also with the rooms. Would definitely return.

Absoluetly fantastic hotel with amazing staff. They upgraded us to a suite. The room was so spacious, comfortable, and had character. It felt luxurious. Washrooms are modern and good. The first night, the water was extremely hot in the shower. Couldn't get cold water. Was automatically fixed the second night. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, both at the reception and at their restaurant. The food at breakfast was also very good. Chocolates on the bed was a nice touch. The view was facing an emptty lot followed by another hotel, which is acceptable. We had a great time overall staying at this property. It's about a 30 min walk into town of Killarney, which can be challenging without a car. We had a car so it only took about 10 min.

Our stay at The Victoria was so good I felt like I wanted to stay longer. The staff were so helpful and the hospitality was second to none. A big thank you goes out to all concerned. The restaurant served excellent food and I can personally recommend the Beef Cheek Bourguignon. Absolutely delicious. The room and en suite was excellent, clean and nothing was missing. So from our 3 booked hotels two have been excellent. Hard acts to follow.

Very happy with our stay at the Victoria. Everything is immaculately clean, and the decor is classy. The food was amazing- one of the best curries I've ever had and there was a variety of choice of both cold and hot foods for breakfast. The receptionists and staff could not be more welcoming.

Recently had a two night stay here. The hotel is so adorable and elegant without feeling formal. The flowers and ivy on the outside are so attractive. The rooms were nicely decorated and fairly large! Our room was a bit warm but we appreciated there was a fan available. The staff were so kind and friendly - reception, the Ivy, and breakfast. Our rate included breakfast which was great and the food was good. The second day I ordered just eggs and bacon which wasn’t on the menu and it wasn’t a problem - plus the eggs were cooked perfectly! We dined at the Ivy one night - best Irish coffee of the trip! The food was nice too. Location - I didn’t mind the location but you are a bit far from the town center. It was about 20-30 min walk into town but a lovely walk and we felt very safe. I loved being right across from the park though.

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful. Super clean with lovely bathrooms. The food is delicious and the staff are so os friendly and accommodating. The lady on the front desk, Maura, is the nicest person. So welcoming and friendly with a big smile every time you pass. 5 star review for Maura and the team in this beautiful hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Beautiful inside and out, with great service. Booked an autumn deal which included free dinner. As much as I wanted to like it, it could use some improvements. Ordered the fish (salmon) and ribeye. Both were severely lacking flavor. The bar drinks and service were wonderful. Breakfast was also great! The scones are amazing! I would gladly come back to the Victoria. The rooms are beautiful, quiet, and large. We even saw a large herd of deer across the street.

The most amazing place accommodation I've been to, tops Hilton or any other hotel. Stylish, modern, pleasant stuff, top notch breakfast. SUPER recommended

Just one overnight stay for us here. We wanted a hotel out of town and chose The Victoria. Glad we did, the evening meal here was amazing and the service fantastic. Had breakfast booked in the morning. Yet again fantastic food and excellent service. Well deserved five star review.

Hotel beautiful, clean, stylish, pleasant.. but for me food let us down... portion size was small and wasn't the best for the price ... Staff were fabulous very helpful, but really food needs improving... Location excellent great walks nearby.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at in my travels. Spacious rooms, wonderful staff and amazing breakfast. The only thing to be mindful of is that it is a 30 min walk (about 5 min drive) to the main part of town. I did not mind the walk at all given how good the hotel was.. I would still definitely pick this over something closer to the center of town.

This hotel is adorable. Katie and I stayed here on our Honeymoon and. The hotel is located very close to the national park. It was lovely waking up early for breakfast at the hotel and hitting the trails long before they got busy. If you are looking for a hotel just out side of town and near the park this is a great choice.

Went in for some food. Goats cheese and chery crostini was my favorite. Very nice Main was cod with leak fondue, mash, beetroot and chorizo was also very good. Dessert was a cheesecake which was quite good but I was jealous of my mom's velvet cherry trifle. That was excellent. Good service, friendly staff and a cosy relaxed environment.

Amazing hotel, wonderful rooms but above all the most incredible service - in particular Maria on the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, whilst Noel in the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure we had the best service.

Rooms are spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is aesthetically designed and has some beautiful corners to enjoy a nice quiet time. It is a bit far from Killarney town center so visitors will surely need a car to get in and out of town since it's a 30 minute walk otherwise.

I have dined here for lunch when working nearby, on a number of occasions and it ALWAYS delivers! Staff are extremely friendly, accommodating and so professional. The food is superb-always hot always fresh and always so tasty! The staff really do understand the concept of customer service! Really looking forward to (finally)staying here in March! Thanks everyone!

Fantastic hotel, good location and friendly staff. Rooms are big, tidy and the hot tub is definitly a plus. Hotel is situated just outside the city (+- 25 min walk). I would recommend doing a cycle tour through the national park, bike rental is directly next to the hotel. All in all a perfect place for a stay in Killarney.

The hotel is lovely with courteous staff and impeccable accommodations. That said, Maura at reception went above and beyond to make our Ireland holiday incredible. She hand wrote a travel route for us that we never would have done on our own or ever read in any guide books. INCEDIBLE! How lucky the Victoria is to have such an employee. Thank you for for our stay and experience to follow.

The alder hotel room was large and very nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff were excellent and friendly and very helpful throughout our stay throughout the hotel. The breakfast and dinner were great. In fact, the Indonesian curry we had was one of our best ever, so good , we had it twice! The only small downsides to the room: no safe, and no air conditioning and the tv is partially screened from the bed by a screen to make the room have 2 separate areas. In summer, the room gets very hot, even with windows open, and you are only supplied a thick quilt, no separate bed sheets. A fan would be very beneficial. All in all , we would recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for one night and I can tell you it was A+ for service!! Maria, the concierge at the front desk is without a doubt the best I’ve encountered in Ireland on my road trip around the country! I stayed in 8 hotels and she was by far the best. Even hotels that were twice as much $ didn’t come close to her customer service. She made sure I had everything I needed and more! She went above and beyond!! Plus the room was adorable and they even left little chocolates on my pillows! I was warm, as their is not ac and again, Maria to the rescue with a fan! I can not say enough good things about the hotel. She gave me directions to all the spots to see good sights and even suggest the ferry to shorten my drive the next morning. I would never have done that if it wasn’t for her. Give this girl a big Christmas bonus!! And I had dinner on their patio! Salmon was top notch. If you need a quick bit and don’t want to go downtown this is a great alternative. Safe and secure for a woman traveling alone too.
