My partner is vegetarian and i am vegan. I would have expected especially in this day and age, for a chef to be able to cater for different dietary requirements. However after 2 days of different types of pasta with the same sauce my husband was very disillusioned with the lack of choice and imagination. I had lettuce tomato cucumber and mushroom with some chopped vegetables on top 2 days running. The hotel is lovely but the food is terrible.

Just popped in for lunch during the week. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The bar area was quite impressively decorated. It felt very classy and relaxed

Didn't stay here but had a fantastic dinner there celebrating my cousins wedding. The service was exemplary, Frederico, our waiter couldn't do enough for us and was friendly and professional all the way. The food was delicious and good sized portions. Great experience all round. Well done Frederico you are a great ambassador for this restaurant 😊

The food was excellent and the staff were lovely, there was six of us for dinner we didn't have a booking but it was no problem we were looked after very well.

I didn't stay at this hotel, just went to grab some lunch it's very good and reasonable price. Staff members are fantastic. The hotel looked really nice as I took stroll inside and there was wedding and it was decorated really awesome. Definitely recommend wedding.or any other kind of celebrations. It's very close to the National Park and the lake.

Didn't stay here had a family meal . The lady attending to us was excellent . There were 4 adults and we had a double buggy as twins and she organised everything frim opening a door especially to allow buggy to go in without dismantling and upsetting the children and a special end table where the buggy sat nicely behind so the children could be watched. The food was first class and very timely and service was very good and friendly.

Stayed couple of times in this hotel, I can truly say it is by far one of my favourite hotels I've stayed in Ireland. It is also mine & my family's favourite place to dine as we visit Killarney, top quality food!

Room was nice, bed was a little too soft for our liking. But clean and tidy room. Staff were friendly. Restaurant food was excellent and the breakfast was good. I must point out though as it seems to be the current trend, €17 per person is a little steep for breakfast.

Lovely, well equipped hotel that is very close to Muckross house. It is a walking distance about 3 km. We were in the hotel with a group.

Good food in the restaurant. We were staying in Killarney Holiday Village next door and came here for dinner. I think everyone was happy with their food and service.

The room we stayed in was spacious and modern. We had dinner in the bar area, and it was the nicest meal we have ever eaten. The staff were really helpful and nice. Highly recommend visiting.

A very expensive 1 night stay with no breakfast.They were asking 17euros per head for breakfast. It was a 4 star hotel but we had no fridge or air con in the room and the one window in the room only opened a couple of inches. It was a nice size room and the hotel was in a lovely setting but unfortunately we wont be staying again as it is just way overpriced .

Just popped in here randomly on way back from the national park, no exaggeration but without doubt the nicest turkey ham dinner I’ve ever had, gravy was to die for. Reasonably priced too.

At a wedding there staff couldn't do enough for us Xmas wedding so hotel looked fantastic

We just had our wedding there and we have to say Tara and her team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They helped us plan our special day from abroad and delivered over and above on the day. Everyone of our guests gave us great feedback on the venue, meal and staff. We would highly recommend Killarney Oaks for your wedding venue and thanks to everyone who pulled off the wedding of our dreams for us.

I have given this hotel only two stars one for the cleanliness of a very nice building, the other was for the front line staff , The food was terrible, it was like it was it was made 3 months ago and frozen, thawed in the morning and heated in the microwave, but give a small bit of credit to the kitchen, the dessert were very tasty, the bill was on the heavy side for what we were giving. Unfortunately I will be giving this place a miss , for food

Went here for Sunday lunch with the family and it was fantastic. A beautiful restaurant and bar, varied menu with a lot of options. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Food was excellent.

We stopped in on a rainy day after spending a long day visiting local sites. Our meals were great, hit the spot. It was a cozy and quiet atmosphere and the waitstaff was very friendly.
