Stayed here with friends and had a lovely time. From the tasty cocktails to the lovely spa, so much of the stay was a treat. The food, however, was a little bit of a letdown...quite average for a 5 star hotel. The views from the room were unbeatable. Breathtaking! The staff really couldn't do more for us. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Stunning hotel. Would recommend to anyone with the cash to spare. The facility and rooms are top notch. Had lunch and dinner at the brasserie, very well priced and delicious, great cocktails to boot. Pool and thermal suite are amazing. Could stay on site for days and be happy. One of the nicer 5 star hotels I have stayed at.

Absolutely 💯 Beautiful Hotel and the view from the reception to the Restaurant and bar and function Rooms. Outstanding off the lake .the Food was fab service was on point very friendly. But for a 5 ☆ Hotel I would expect nothing less. I didn't get to stay . But I certainly be back .

Like most people reviewing - easily one of the best hotel stays I've ever had / possibly ever will! Top notch facilities, incredible spa experience, amazing food and location,genuine friendly staff always on hand to help and appear to be very happy in their jobs and a beautifully luxurious bedroom. Flawless inside and out! I simply cannot wait to come back in the near future! Worth every cent..

I had the most amazing weekend in the Europe. I was there to celebrate my birthday with my 6 adult kids their treat.From the moment we arrived it was just so relaxing & peaceful. I would give it 10 stars if I could , the friendly staff.the whole Resort was spotless,food delicious, spa & pools brilliant with the view of the lake & mountain from every window.The hotel was full and still very peaceful even all the kids & a lot of babies were all very chilled never heard a baby cry.

Went to the hotel for dinner. Very friendly staff. Amazing views of the mountains and lakes from the hotel. A choice of restaurants, the fine dining restaurant or the brasserie. Manu made up of local and season ingredients. I had the duck which was delicious. A must visit if you are in Killarney. Worth visiting Killarney for the hotel alone. Has a pool that allows you to swim outside and see the lakes and mountains.

The most amazing hotel I've ever stayed in. The view is stunning! Spent most of my time reading in the outdoor vitality pool looking out to the lake!! Could have stayed there forever! Great rooms, beautifully comfy beds, delicious food in the Brasserie, wonderful treatments in the spa! You have to go!

The rooms in this hotel have features that I have not seen in other hotels. The room has an iron board, an iron with a timer, an Electric device to press pants, a Fridge, and an automatic heater in the bathrooms, among other standard amenities. It's pretty technologically advanced. The only negative thing I have to say is that there is no outlet to plug regular appliances in the bathroom, so I had to plug my electric toothbrush next to the night table and grab it every morning and evening to brush my teeth. The elevator to the fitness center was smelly—other than that, it was an excellent stay.

Everything about this resort is first class all the way. From the impeccable service and stunning landscapes, to the fantastic food and super luxurious rooms, The Europe is like a huge exhale after a long stressful day of travelling. The many gathering, dining, bar and outdoor spaces ensure the resort never feels crowded. All meals were gourmet quality and servers cater to your every need. Pricy, but worth every penny and I promise, very hard to leave. Would love to return someday.

Perfect location for our stay in Killarney. Excellent facilities and wonderful service. In particular Martina, Valerie ,Vito and Jacinta were so helpful during our stay. Dinner and breakfast meals were superb . Relaxing in the infinity pool even in the rain was a pure joy. The ponies and their helpers were so kind during a great family trip.

Unquestionable luxury and amenities with great location just outside Killarney and in some of the most beautiful environs in Ireland. The staff were gracious, kind, incredibly helpful all without being fussy or intrusive. The room was thoroughly comfortable with an amazing view of the lake and gardens. For my wife and I this was a highlight of our whole trip. Strolls în the garden, lovely meals at all three of the on site restaurants... Just a perfect experience all around. We were able to get in a horse ride at Killarney Riding Stables, and we'll definitely go back to The Europe for their own ponies and to better try out the spa!

Our second trip to the Europe and it was as stunning as I remembered. Oliver on reception was a star and has us checked in really quickly unfortunately we had to wait for 40 minutes before getting access to our room so missed out on getting to the pool Sunday before dinner. I had asked for large cups in the room before arrival as we are huge tea drinkers but we only had standard room cups. When we asked in reception they were happy to give us two more cups but turns out they were smaller than the first set. The only other thing that I missed from our first visit was the fresh honey comb at breakfast which I was looking forward to, substituted with EU mixed sources honey which defo no where near as tasty as the real deal. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely fantastic, so helpful and attentive a real credit to their training. Already planning our next stay......I'll just bring our own mugs 🙊🙉🙈

Any time of year, this hotel is set in the most beautiful place in Ireland. Amazing spa and active level. Rooms are very large and well appointed. Several restaurants in the hotel, all offering world-class menu options.

Stayed in this place 2001 and it’s one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Friendly staff, amazing surroundings, very clean, overall I give them more than 5 stars ⭐️ Can’t wait to visit Ireland again and definitely will stay in this hotel again❤️
