This place is fantastic, we were a group of 17 and booked in advance, had the choice of a set menu and given a private area on the mezzanine which was perfect. Excellent quality food and the cocktails were amazing. Highly recommend this place

I have been coming to the Ross Hotel for literally years. My first visit was in 2008. They have consistently been one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and in my experience, that really is quite a feat over 14 years! My most recent stays in February and October were particularly special, and the level of attention to detail and genuine care showed by both the staff and the management is just remarkable, and that's not even mentioning the quality of the rooms or the central location. Keep up the good work and we look forward to coming back again soon.

We visited as 2 people wanting an early dinner at The Lane. Made the reservation the same day for 6 pm. I have been before, and I was excited to share! Once again, the food and service were amazing. And such a diverse menu (including a dedicated vegan menu). We will always make the drive from our home in the mountains of Cork for a nice dinner out here. Check out the custom wallpaper!

One of my favorite hotels we stayed at in Ireland! Killarney is so wonderful and this hotel was just perfect. The breakfasts were unbelievable!

Our reservation at the Ross was not properly booked by the travel agency. When we arrived we did not have a room and there were no rooms available at the Ross or any other hotel in Killarney the first night. Katarina was exceptional working to find us a room. The booking issue was not her problem but she went above and beyond to find us a room at a local Airbnb for the night. We were able to stay at the Ross after the first night. I can't say enough about Katarina and other staff to resolve the issue and make us feel comfortable. If I return to Killarney the Ross will be where I stay!

My wife and I drove around Ireland and this was the best hotel. Very clean and the rooms are spacious. Very friendly staff and close to all the restaurants and bars

Perfect location for exploring Killarney and the ring of kerry. Rooms were large, we had a view of the Cathedral right at our window. Parking is at the sister hotel 1 min up. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was amazing.

Centrally located, rooms and bar-lounge were wonderful. Front desk associates, Martina and Ivana were lovely and gave us wonderful recommendations for our stay. Try the Lane chicken wings!

Highest recommendation. Located right near everything. Staff was attentive and helpful, even knew us by the last day of our four day stay. Rooms were nicely appointed and very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful in advance arranging transportation. Will absolutely return.

I stayed for 1 night at this hotel. It was a lovely comfortable hotel. I had an evening meal which was faultless. Steak cooked to perfection with delicious side dishes. The bar was quirky but warm and comfortable with very friendly and attentive staff. The bedroom was spacious with both shower and bath in the en suite. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. Parking available across the road at its sister hotel so no problem there. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting killarney and I fully intend to be back. Thank you everyone.

The Ross is an all-around excellent, boutique hotel located in close proximity to everything you’d want to see/do in Killarney! Its location within Killarney is perfect, sitting on the edge of everything you’d want to walk to in town and also in close proximity to Ross Castle and the park. Staff was very friendly and provided excellent recommendations for us throughout our stay. The room was immaculate and they went the extra mile by leaving a special gift for my kids in the room upon our arrival. I have only great things to say about The Ross! Highly recommend!!

It was only okay. As we were staying in a junior suite this was beautiful. The only let down the three pubs outside. The noise did not stop till 4am. I know its in the centre of Killarney. But you should be told about this in advance. For the money we paid for the junior suite it was let down by the noise at night. Keeping myself up till it quietened down. The food was fab and the staff were very very helpful. I would rather stay in its sister hotel up the road. Would be a lot quieter and get a full night sleep at least.

Saturday brunch reservation for 8 people. Despite the restaurant being quiet, the service was abysmal. Brunch cocktails arrived 10 minutes after the food, an additional black tea & coffee which was ordered later took an additional 40 minutes. We had planned to have an additional drinks but the wait didn’t seem worth it. Asked for the bill 3 times before it was eventually brought out. The food was good, but the service ruined the experience.

The Ross is well appointed, centrally located, and full of personality.

Had brunch this morning with a group of 8 adults and 3 kids. The food was amazing! Huge hit with all. The service was very good, the girls working were attentive and friendly. The woman on the front desk was very nice also. 10/10

Stayed here quite a few times and never disappointed. Nice quirky fresh hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are warm and welcoming. Food is delicious. Location is perfect being a stones throw from the train station and in perfect walking distance of the town. Truly an enjoyable stay and I look forward to staying again sometime in the near future.

Had an amazing brunch at the Ross. Food was so delicious and presented wonderful. And the cocktails were stunning! Staff were so friendly and attentive. Would high recommend.
