Out of my 2000 contributions on Google Maps, I have never been served with wrong order. Served prawn and egg instead of vegan. This is the first time I ordered from Lana. I agree mistakes happen, but not when I mention it twice about Vegan order, I asked for extra Tofu. I was hungry as I had not eaten whole day only to end up opening a takeway box of prawn noodles at 11 in the night. Very disappointed with carelessness to allergens and dietary requirements with lack of attention to detail from the staff, Update: The supervisor rudely denied to round off refund to €25 as I don't use coins. Where they should be thankful I didn't ask for any compensation and settled for refund on food I didn't eat. Not coming back here again.

The guy in the Lana Connel street was very unfriendly. We came without booking for lunch. He looks at us and doesn't say anything. No hello just ignores a couple minutes. Then he rudely asked about vaccinations . No welcome nothing. No manners at all. He needs be more professional if you choose this job. Never back again.

Foods are average but the Chinese dude in the Lana is very rude for no reason, and this is not the first time we encounter this kind of behavior from him. Total experience is average except that individual,

I’ve been to various Lana’s around the country but I think the Limerick City restaurant has to be the best so far. All 3 girls that were serving were so accommodating and welcoming, the food was top quality and the general atmosphere was lovely also. I’m looking forward to returning in the future.

My main complaint about this restaurant is they don't provide tap water. While the food was good (although rice a little too sticky for my liking) and the staff were friendly they don't provide tap water to customers, so don't ask for it! Along with that if you're a vegetarian you get a raw deal. It's the same price for a meat dish for the lunchtime specials. Very disappointing. If they provided tap water I would be back no problem, as I said the food was good and the staff friendly.

Galway branch is more preferable.

Ordered pho. beef was rock hard, didnt wanna make a fuss during eating so i respectfully put the beef aside and ate the rest of the pho which was good. After finishing and going to pay I kindly told the manager about my experience with the hard non edible beef and she was rude and did not welcome my criticism at first, told me i shouldve spoken when the food got served. She then very rudely and insincerely brushed my comments under the rug and told me she'll update the chef, obviously to end the conversation as she was clearly not interested to hear what I had to say. Never eating here again. I dont recommend this place.

I loved it and the food is amazing. I loved the atmosphere and the price is great. Also, they have so many great vegan options that are actually delicious! The vegetables were really fresh and crunchy. Lovely restaurant!

Delicious and authentic Thai food served with a smile!! And free ice cream for dessert as an added bonus! Good value for money too!

I like Lana. It always provided great food but what was delivered to us on 9th of December may aswell have been delivered from a box factory because the chips were so reheated to death they tasted like cardboard. The crispy chicken was like a rubber chicken. Whoever cooked them on Friday anyway needs to be pulled aside and taught the basics. My Daughter had to get a takeaway from another business :-/

The food is below par. Lana in other places have better taste. Waiter i think supervisor should do better job at service.

We went for a meal on Tuesday July 4th for a birthday, upon arriving to the restaurant my brother was told by a member of staff that no seats were available even though there were multiple free tables in the restaurant and they weren't reserved either? That set the tone with this member of staff who brought his bad attitude across to the rest of us after we got a table, serious staff training needs to be looked into here as more and more customers will be drawn away if this continues.

Good food..we both tried something different and ..successful!! Enjoyed and we pulled our own icecream and walked around limerick . Air con made it cool and I had no cardi with me..small thing

Ambience 👌. Food arrived quickly and hot. Reasonably priced. Menu has a nice range. Staff are friendly. The bao buns, and prawn rolls were delicious. Defo recommended..

Cozy place! The waiters are polite, our order was ready very quickly. The portions are huge, and most importantly, very tasty. We'll definitely come back again!

Tried for first time and ordered delivery via Deliveroo. Took 2 hours to address only 2km from city centre. Food was nice but portions were ridiculously small. Won't be back.

The location in town is in a good area and easy enough to find. The seating is comfortable. The menu had excellent options on it. The food here is absolutely delicious,well cooked and very fulfilling too. The service was very good too. This is must visit place for Thai food.

Great service and patience as we were 20mins early and were waiting for someone to join us. Food was delicious with very generous portions. Seating area was enclosed and very private. Definitely visit again soon.

I didn't even see this on Google maps. Had to fix it. Glad I found it while walking around. I absolutely loved it. I live in a very diverse part of the states where there's a lot of Asian restaurants. It's like I never left. This is definitely the place to go. They even include a free ice cream cone/soft serve for free. Best of all, no msg. Would come again.

Amazing food, amazing staff, best Thai food I’ve had in a long time. Even the ice cream was really good afterwards! It was a little bit cold with the air conditioning but that’s a minor detail.

Nice meal... large portions.friendly staff even though we had a few language barriers it worked as they were so nice. And you get a free icecream at the end

Just finished my meal in Lana and I am delighted. Interior is very aesthetic and clean. Prices are very affordable for the quality! Staff are so attentive, I wanted my meal made very mild and that was absolutely no problem for them. Despite being mild my udon noodles were delicious and flavourful. The gyoza were also very good! Unfortunately I was only in limerick for the day, otherwise I would be a regular customer! Everyone seemed to be enjoying their meal with lots of takeaway orders coming in as well. Recommend to everyone

Big portion and service was fast. Super friendly staff and very accommodating. The pad thai taste is nearly there and plenty of meat. The bangkok chicken wings was delicious. Make sure to cap with a glass of wine! A must visit when in limerick city

Fun fact: my experience here was the first time I discovered that restaurants in Ireland are not obliged to provide tap water. Lana take full advantage of this by only letting you buy a small bottle of water for €2. Actually pitiful customer service too with waitresses who just ignored much of the time. Came with group of four and each dish arrived at different times. First dish came. Waited. 2 minutes later, another arrives. Waited. 6 minutes later the other two arrived. Safe to say we didn't tip. Food was fine, if a bit bland, but I there was none on the table and I was afraid to ask for salt for fear they would charge me for it.
