We are supposed to be on holidays and decided to wash our clothes while we got a supermac's lunch. This way we could keep an eye out and get the washing into the dryer in optimum time. The wash cycle finished and was dripping wet. After a 90 min dry on very hot the washing still was not dry. This was only half a load so should have been well dry if the washing machine had spun properly. One full day has been missed out of our holiday because this launderette is a take on. Leaving the clothes soaking of course means that you spend more on drying. When I say it was dripping I mean the water was pouring out of it. Would not use again!

€17 wasted. Small load of clothing wash and dry ... what a joke !!! No liquid soap in wash and NO spin cycle at the end of wash. Clothes were sodden, dripping wet. Put clothes sodden into dryer 30 minutes (no change given. Took our money) clothes came out still sodden wet. I'm so angry 😠 NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER

Not too impressed. We needed to use the tumbler & used our card to pay €7, but the machine didn't work. I had to dive into a complex reclaiming process, while I paid & used the other tumbler on location.

Clothes were sopping wet after washing, washing machine doesn't spin them or have a spin function, the dryer also left the clothes sopping wet, very disappointing

4 euro to wash 8kg of clothes, or 8 euro for 18kg. Washing machine broke down recently and needed an alternative. Was the first time I had used one of these and was surprised at how uncomplicated it is. The only drawback is that the machine doesn't give you change, if you pay more than your service costs. There is a sign indicating that, but you'll miss it, if in a rush. Bring the exact cash, or a card and you'll be fine.

No problems at all with the washer or dryer functionality. But the clothes definitely don't have that freshly washed fragrance, so I'm not sure how much of the eco-friendly soap that is advertised to be included actually goes in, but in my experience, that kind of washing soap is extremely gentle and sometimes isn't super effective on moderately-highly soiled clothes. It would be great if you could add your own soap, but there is no dispenser. You could possibly put in your own powder with the clothes from the start? But not sure if that's allowed. Other than this, they worked totally fine. Anything not very soiled will wash perfectly fine. I washed a week's worth of clothes from two people in the larger washer, and then dried for 45 minutes. All worked fine.

The dryer was absolutely useless. My clothes were all dripping wet after I paid 10 euros

Extremely inconvenient (2.5 hrs) and expensive (39 €) to wash a medium sized load of laundry. Wish I read the other reviews before using these machines. Washing machine leaves clothes sopping wet. Took 8 drying cycles (2 hrs) to dry.

Really handy. Has its own detergent and fabric conditioner. Really reasonable price. Very good drying programs with adjustable temperature. Visited a few times and never had to queue so far.

After 6 drying cycles on "high heat", all of our clothes were still wet. Only 5 days worth of clothes for 2 people.

The location of the laundry area is easy to find and in a convenient area with plenty of parking and space surrounding it. The washing machine done a ok job cleaning our clothes but the dryers are terrible. We tried all 3 dryers onsite and at different temps and still our clothes were wet and we didn't even have 5kg worth of clothes. Would not recommend the dryers but use at your own risk.

Bug don't wash

Took my money but machine won’t work. Called the service number and was put straight on hold, waited 5 mins with no answer. Left with no money and no wash and no answer. I would say disgusting service, but there was no service

Only 1 dryers working & the roof is leaking when raining..so basically u dry clothes get wet

There really good machines but with the price I think the softener should be included
