Impolite receptions staff, with no compassion. Despite stating I was in pain and really needed to see a doctor, I was refused to make an appointment and I was told to just keep ringing around until I find somewhere else. Not the most reassuring advice when you are already worried about what is wrong. Fair enough if you can’t make an appointment. I understand doctors can’t take new patients. But the tone and demeanour of the receptionist was sharp and lacked any sense of compassion. 0/5

Very bad doctor she don't want accept her patient who have back problem just for he forget his mask I see is not professional and human

Stayed here for a week. So close from the city centre. Two bus stop near the apartment. It was so good. It has an elevator. The apartments maybe are a little bit small but it is ok for stay there during your holidays in Cork.

Because,the,doctor,I feel is predugice,towards homeless people,I have no confidence in this woman,after nearly 10yrs,getting a new GP ,someone who,cares,4 ,your health+mental health,from upset anxious person😂
