I had the absolute pleasure of going to Sisu Killarney. To say I was blown away with the professionalism and kindness from Doctor Susanna would be an understatement. I got 3 areas of Botox and a lip flip and honestly, the results are the best I have ever got! My confidence has gone through the roof since I got it done as everyone keeps saying how fab I look! Doctor Susanna was an absolute angel - she has an amazing personality, such a kind and caring girl with so much knowledge in all things medical aesthetics. She knew exactly what I needed. Botox treatment didn’t make any difference on my forehead and lips were made too big and bottom lip is now a bit asymmetrical. Huge disappointment. Also I found the place full of dust. It should be spotless clean. The staff is very nice though.

I attended Sisu Clinic in Killarney for Botox and a lip flip, I was very impressed with the Clinic as a whole it was so clean and the staff were so welcoming. Dr Francesca made me feel completely at ease she explained the procedure in great detail and all of the follow up information. She made herself available at any time for any queries I may have post procedure. I will be returning again in the new year and I am looking forward to continuing with Sisu in the future!

No botox effect, upper lip too big, bottom lip irregular shape. Never heard before about theory that every patient gets 1ml in upper lip no matter what. Every lips are different and may need a different treatment. Sorry, but it was waste of money and time for me. The staff was very nice though.

I have been to Sisu twice and both times were brilliant. I had Dr.Franchesca (apologies if spelled wrong!) who was brilliant and an absolute sweetheart, she did an amazing job and was so clear on what my results would be. She was very calming and I was delighted with my results. My second visit I had Dr Susanna, she was so warm and welcoming, she paid a lot of attention to what my biggest problem was, and not only showed she cared but worked hard to fix it and had me nearly crying with happiness. She also goes over and beyond with her level of client care, thank you so much! Geraldine at reception was so friendly and calming, and was great to me when arriving and leaving and made me feel so much less nervous, they are all fabulous in there!

My experience was ok, I had told staff that treatment wasn’t working and when I went back in I was made feel like I did something wrong. I was given a top up and wasn’t ask to come back for them to check it. I won’t be returning and feel let down after all the money I spent. Things were amazing when everything was going well.
