Wild n Happy Wild n Happy met far more than my “Trip of a Lifetime” expectations. Michael was not just a tour guide, he quickly became part of our group of 9 older ladies who were mostly school buddies. Our daily excursions were tailored for the weather and Michael offered us choices outside of the itinerary based on his vast knowledge of Scotland, the geographic landmarks, and extensive knowledge of the lands history. Every day held a new adventure ending with excellent hospitality services and culinary treats. It is not fair to only have 5 stars to choose from, as Wild n Happy deserves a category of their own. I would highly recommend any tour the Wild n Happy tour company offered! I’ll be singing their praises for years to come!

Michael from Wild N Happy gave my family and I the trip of a lifetime through the rugged beautiful north of Ireland. He quickly became one of the family and taught us far more than any guidebook could have. We covered history, ecology, politics and everything else under the sun. The adventures he took us on were world class. When we ran into a snag in the plan, Michael already had three solutions waiting for us. The tour van was very comfortable and easily fit our group of 12. Before this trip I did not think I needed a tour guide on trips, now I cannot imagine doing a trip without one. Thanks again Michael!

Emma and Tadhg were such amazing tour guides! We booked our group tour and the day of everyone canceled due to rain, except for my husband and me. Emma and Tadhg were down for taking us around on what turned into a private tour. While weather did change some plans due to safety, it wasn’t a big concern for us. Safety is always the most important. Our guides were so knowledgeable and all around just lovely humans. This was by far one of the best experiences we had in our 11 day trip around Ireland. Thank you for making our adventure so memorable!!!!

The Kayaking was amazing. Mick and Tadhg were fantastic guides. Had an absolute blast and the scenery was beautiful. Highly recommend as it was my first time kayaking and it was easy to get into the swing of things. Top notch business!

I took a private morning hike on the Torc mountain with Mick. It was incredible. Mick knows his stuff. He's an experienced mountaineer who knows how to pace and adapt to his client's fitness level and comfort. He'll teach you the about geology, fauna, Irish history, the language. Hire Mick--you won't be disappointed.

Perfect size small group tour that highlighted the most picturesque, historical, and thrilling sights of Southwest Ireland. Diarmuid and Michael proved worthy guides who are proud, passionate, and knowledgeable about their homeland. We enjoyed some of the recommended extra excursions along the way including a show, kayaking in Killarney Nat’l Park, and a Skellig Island boat tour. See Ireland without driving yourself along crazy narrow country roads and definitely bring your rain gear! Excellent accommodations and breakfasts. Our favorites were Mizzen Head, the Dingle Peninsula, and Killarney National Park. Memories for a lifetime!

Michael and I were friends after hello. That pretty much says it all. But on our hike up Torc Mountain in County Kerry, Ireland, my wife and I learned geology, history, geography and Irish politics blended with humor and good cheer. I will look him for future travel.

We had such a wonderful time on the tour of Southern Ireland the wild Atlantic way was beautiful. Our guides were excellent. Got to experience the history, culture, and beautiful scenery of Ireland! We had originally booked our tour before Covid lockdown. They held our tickets for us until we were able to travel again (after 2 years) they did not raise the cost of our tickets which pretty much everything has gone up in price in the last 2 years. Thank you for being so accommodating! We booked luxury accommodations and all of the rooms we're wonderful 😀

This was my first visit to Ireland and Wild N Happy have made it an enjoyable and memorable adventure. Michael, who was with us for the first two days, is a wealth of knowledge. The detailed geology and history he shared have given me a tremendous respect and admiration for the Irish. Diarmuid who was our guide for the remaining 8 days was exceptional. His attention to detail and the needs of our group was above and beyond what was expected. He also had such interesting information about all of our tour sites. Being an amateur photographer I was not disappointed in any of the stops. I would gladly recommend Wild N Happy to anyone.

Mick and Grace took us on a Kayak Tour from Ross Castle to Innisfallen Island. It was absolutely incredible, we were blessed wirh a beautiful sunny day. It was my first time kayaking and they couldn't have demonstrated the do's and don'ts better!! Both Mick and Grace were so helpful, informative and made the whole experience so enjoyable! Mick's knowledge of both Innisfallen and Ross Castle was brilliant. Everything was explained in detail which made the experience so much more enjoyable and educational. Would 100% recommend and will return!

Wild N Happy is an outstanding tour company. The owner, Michael, and his guides provided my wife and I a wonderful and unforgettable experience touring Ireland’s Wild Atlantic which included Killarney National Park, Ring of Kerry, and Dingle peninsula. Their approach was very organized yet flexible with each guide owning their own extensive knowledge of the area. It was like we were being shown this beautiful countryside by knowledgeable friends. We were very comfortable asking questions and requesting impromptu stops in the coach for pictures. Each guide had their own style and perspective of the area which was refreshing from the “canned” tours. We highly recommend “Wild N Happy” and hope they have great and continued success. Ireland came alive to us because of Wild N Happy. Michael picked us up and dropped us off at the train station and helped us with the b&b accommodations. (which were outstanding). The pictures and video’s they took for us along the way enhanced our experience even further by capturing our cherished memories of this once in a lifetime trip. This is truly a five star tour company.

Brilliant kayaking experience in Killarney at Ross Castle with our guide Mick. Mick is a brilliant and friendly guide who ensures we all feel comfortable and safe in the kayaks before bringing us on a journey around different nooks and cranny’s, rocks and islands within lough Leanne. It’s a fabulous way to take in the stunning scenery of Killarney while also learning about the history of the place. Mick is an excellent storyteller and you get far more than just a kayaking trip- although you get that too as your on the water for at least 2 hours. Would highly recommend !
