1st session, detailed assessment of my medical history, Delia was very professional and has in-depth knowledge of the treatment plan.I was extremely happy with the consultation and thereafter had Neuromuscular Massage . Gave years going to physios and others, all were useless, just a waste of money. She's also a wonderful listener too. My go to person if I feel low. Never met anyone as caring as Delia. Delia is the best massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have completed over 20 90 minutes massages with her and if I had not moved from Kilkenny I would still be enjoying her massages. What makes her different is how she combines massage techniques with dry needling and even physiotherapy to actually solve the underlying problem. She always completes new courses and learns new techniques since she loves the work she does and strives to be better everyday. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has muscular problems of any sort.

Delia is great! Iv spent years going to physios and chiropractors with little relief and thankfully so far with her all is going great! She's very nice and really sound which makes the experience even better and she genuinely takes an interest in you as a person which again is just lovely! Highly highly recommend her!!

Super professional lady to deal with , was having problems with my calves and left shoulder pain , it took two days to recover from treatment received , Delia is anti knot , trust me , after the two days i never felt better and have had no problems since . Delia also advised on stretches for the affected areas . Just plainly , a massage therapist who know's her stuff.

Went to Delia in Nore Therapies to see if she could help with severe headaches I have been having for a few years. I didn’t hold much hope to be honest prior to my appointment…fast forward a few appointments later, in short, I’m a new man! Delia was able to get the cause of my headaches and with a combination of treatments, I am back to my normal self. Can’t speak highly enough about her.
