There is not enough stars in the world to give this restaurant. You can really tailor the food to your exact liking. I've been coming to this lot for as long as I've lived in Waterford. They have stood the test of time for a reason, food, service and the atmosphere are perfect. Well done on getting the highest score of all the Indian restaurants I've visited all over the world.

We ordered Dopiaza and the chicken was pink. When we rang to complain we were horrified to hear they don't cook their own meat. They only make the sauce and order in the meat cooked from elsewhere. When we rang to complain the gentleman said that they knew of the issue before they sent out the food but still charged us and sent out the raw chicken. Disgraceful

Beautiful, tasty food. Clean, large and nicely decorated restaurant. Lovely, welcoming, helpful staff. Even got a sambuca on the house which was a nice surprise ;-) Can't wait to come back!

Authentic Indian food with nice taste and superb service. Zamnan made us taste Halwa which was superb in taste with great aroma. Ghafoor bhai was so welcoming and smiling and served us pure vegetarian food which was made perfect to our taste. People working here are as good, welcoming and friendly as the food they make. Chef Javed knows perfect recipe for all dishes. Would definitely recommend for a superb dining experience.

Charming staff, generous portions. It was as if all the customers there were friends of the owners. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. We will definitely go back.

Can I give more stars? Going to New Kashmir Tandoori is like going to Zaman's home for dinner. A warm welcome for everyone that comes through the door. The food here is absolutely delicious! An extensive menu of mouth watering dishes and aromatic flavours.

Stopped for a quick bite one evening, WOW... Food and service is 5 star, we had the Lamb Biryani with extra spicy curry, Lamb Vindaloo with rice and sides of garlic nan and meat samosa, Would definitely recommend and will be returning next time we are in Waterford.

Really fantastic Indian food here. We have sampled a lot of indian fare in Ireland over the years and this is some of the best we've had. The naan is absolutely gorgeous. The chicken garlic masala was especially good. Lovely smoked flavour. Really friendly service also.

Lovely restaurant , reminds me of the traditional Indian restaurants in London in the 80s - love it. Fantastic cuisine perfectly cooked and great service . The staff were amazing especially Sima . She told me about how her family had started the restaurant , and they still run it as a family business . I will definately visit this establishment again very soon .Highly recommended

Mind blowing .. pure pakistani food.. everything is sooo good.. sweet naans , ufff tabahi.. i forgot to take more photos, we ordered mix grill, briyani, ginger chicken, aloo gobhi, naan with zeera and kalonji.. Everything was Perfect!!!

I really loved this place because of its area and the owner was so good and he was wonderful and he delivered such amazing food and great service to us and was great for his small talk. He had great manners, food quality is good as well, cool place and the family was happy as well. People will find it comfortable there too, good portions of food as well.

This is the perfect place to eat after 9pm on the weekend if you're looking for a sit down meal. Zamman and Ghafoor were the perfect hosts, friendly & attentive. There's a lovely atmosphere and the food is great 😊 highly recommend. We also gave your details to front desk at the Waterford Hotel in the hope it brings you more business. Superb restaurant.

Disappointment in every way. 2 reminders to bring water to the table. 20 mins wait to take order. 40 mins to serve the order. Overcharged in the bill. Rude and non-cooperative staff. Not recommended at all.

Popped in very late this evening to a warm and friendly welcome from the manager and chef. We were made so welcome and enjoyed a really lovely meal and some divine Bajhi! Faultess service really reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will be back!

We went here tonight around 6:30 for dinner and had a lovely time. We had the early bird special for 2 adults and chips for our four year old. The staff were exceptional in their service and the food was honestly delicious. What great value for money! We have had take-out meals from here often and are never disappointed. The waiters were so friendly amd welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place and will return very soon.

I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s looking for good Indian food at reasonable prices in town. It would be a perfect place to take your family or friends out to eat. The menu had a good selection of dishes, today i tried a chicken korma, it was so tender and juicy I could taste coconut milk. Good selection of kids meals, New Kashmir gets five stars from me – their customer service is phenomenal too! Definitely will go back *****

We arrived during a busy Christmas Saturday with no booking and all four of us were made welcome shown to a table waited on hand and foot, excellent food and value and as if that wasn't enough we were offered a free sambuca on the house when finished. I was most impressed and look forward to many return visits next year

Utterly disappointed with the karahi paneer, kashmiri biryani. Atleast dont ruin the basic essence of the recipe is my humble request to the chef. Just learn from Turkish shops how they maintain their taste and the basic essence of the food.

We ordered from here last night the food was unreal and came so fast I've never cleared a plate of take away always eat only half but we devoured it amazing food brilliant portions

Well, the starters were good, I have to say, but beyond that. Well, the portions were small, and the food didn't taste good or spicy. It was just a sort of bland thing. Whatever they have on the starters, that should be their main course too.

Very few places to eat on a Monday night so we were glad to find a table to ate here. We were so surprised the food was excellent and the service also. The prices are also very good. Enjoy if you stop off here.
