After having waited for 15 minutes for our order to be take. We waited 45 minutes for our meal to arrive. Just before our food arrived, it was explained to us that the burgers are made and cooked to order. This was told to the table next to us when they placed the order. When the food arrived, the wings, fries and onion rings were cold. The manager removed these items (not the fries, no apology!). When the rings and wings eventually arrived (10 minutes), the wings had been reheated with the sauce on. Unpleasant and not as they should be. We did receive a portion of fries. At the register we were asked was everything okay and we explained what had happened. No apology, no refund no manager called. Not her fault and we are sorry that she was at the receiving end. I work in the industry and was appaled. I understand places get busy, communicate with your customers, when asking was everything satisfactory, expected all outcomes and be prepared to resolve issues or call someone who can.

This was a charming diner to eat lunch at! Excellent service from friendly staff and amazing food that was far superior to what I can get at home. I was nervous that the experience would be "too American" for my trip but the flavor profile of the food blew that concern out of the water.

Lovely staff - fast service- good burgers. Got the chicken birthed with the Bourbon style sauve and it was very good . Fries and cheese sauce are unreal

I am a big fan of American style diners and this place has a very special place in our choice of restaurants. My family loves it too The food here is absolutely lovely and delicious. The staff are friendly and professional. Also the cleanliness is top. My only problem was the seating. It was a bit cramped for me. May be, I should try a different table next time. We will definitely go there again. I highly recommend this diner!

I love Eddie Rockets. I got the Smoke Stack burger meal. I could barely finish it. It was lovely. And then of course for dessert we got milkshakes. It was lovely. The staff were friendly. The restrictions in place were very different but it was okay.

Lovely restaurant. Nice meal this evening. Hot fresh and tasty food. Nice staff. Restaurant was very clean. It wasn't really busy when I was there but in between serving customers the staff were cleaning. One lad was wiping down the tiles and the restaurant in general. Not just cleaning the tables. First time I've been in a restaurant and saw the staff keeping busy and doing extra cleaning and not just the tables after customers left.

Great music. Yummy food with excellent table service. The OREO MILK SHAKE is a must 😋😋

Had dinner here today. Have to say it was one of the nicest Eddie Rockets I have had before. We got the family deal, and all 4 plates were clean. Would definitely recommend eating here

I love that Eddie rockets are always consistent no matter which one I step into. It means that they are doing a good job. Chicken wings tasted extra fresh and delicious. Our cheesy fries with bacon was good. Our hostess who sat us down on Saturday was friendly but ou waiter seemed overworked. Give a girl a break guys! 😅. All in all it was good

Wonderful stop gap- dad was in kilkenny ED and great distraction for kids who loved their meals too!

The service was good... The staff were sound... The place was clean... But... The food. I can't lie, it's gone downhill. I LOVED this ER's years back - I was a big time regular. The food was good, well priced, and nice portions. But a few days ago? Tiny veggie burger (for me), a chicken fillet burger that the best thing my girlfriend could say about it was 'it was cooked', and a near 5euro garlic fries (fries, with a tiny garlic dip, that was very garlicy), and we spent near 30 euro. Disappointed ain't the word.

Had a lovely lunch here on Friday, really tasty food. Good selection. Lunch specials are really good value. Staff are nice too.

Got a combo deal , €12.95, which consisted of classic burger - fries- drink, got 2 of these , ordered a portion of onion rings and a small nacho and cheese, the food looked lovely when it arrived, loved the nachos and onion rings . The burger looked nice until I scrapped all the sauce of and tasted it, burnt and tasteless the bun was stale, the whole thing came to 44 euros, with the 2 extra sides.I ask about it and I was slightly fobbed off, they asked me did I enjoy my meal and I gently said check out my table, 1 whole burger plus fries left. But I will say the staff are very friendly and helpful......change your burger supplier.

The best Eddie's i have been in every. The food and portions were great. Staff very friendly and efficient. I live in Dublin the portions we get are only half the size for the same price. Five stars all the way. Excellent.

Staff were nice and it's very child friendly. Each highchair table was wrapped in cling film so you knew they had been cleaned properly

Food was very nice, just a bit too much given, it would be better to reduce price a little and give less food. The milk shake was HUGE! Staff member who served us was absolutely charming. We selected a song on the jukebox, it didn't play while we were there though, my young friend was disappointed. Place was very clean, I found it cold though and put my coat back on.

Had family Sunday lunch today. Food was fabulous and service by Jessica was outstanding. Simple things like bringing the drinks with the food so the kids didn't have them all drunk before meal arrived. Super friendly and meal deal makes it all very adorable. We will be back. My first time ever in Eddie rocket's. Must say completely amazed by their burgers. We had the veggie burgers. The chocolate brownie milkshake was yummy not too sweet perfect balance. Definitely coming again 😃

Absolutely exquisite food it changed my life entirely. Before I found this delightful cuisine I was depressed and had nothing. But then, i saw a sign in the distance calling out to me. I absolutely devoured my chicken tender basket. The price while a little high was well worth it. Although seriously how can you justify 11 euro for some chicken. It's all good tho I still love you, never change xx.

I love the food here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The family deal is the best. Even if it's me and the 2 kids I always get it. Its loads to eat and saves money to.

The service wasn't that great I only got my food at once when they were supposed to bring the food altogether like basically I ordered a chicken burger fries and Oreo milkshake but I only got them one to another one if you know what I mean it was all at once not altogether when I clearly asked for what I ordered but the food tastes nice but not good enough for the service so I'm only giving this one star any other any rockets would be worse so never again sorry

Kilkenny us a little gem. Restaurant is in a slop which allows you see everything while u get seated. You can see food prep and being good. Food is hot tasty and fresh. Milkshakes are tasty.service is good but maybe understaffed on busy times but 9/10 perfectly staffed

Staff very friendly. Fast service. Food was tasty but the only downside and the reason for the four stars is because of the cost. Need to introduce a meal deal or something. Think 19e for chicken tenders, chips and a regular coke is rather pricey

Such a friendly environment, all the staff are so nice and understanding! This place reminds me of my childhood! The music is fire, love the 80s vibe here, didt have to wait long for my food, I try my best to come here as much as possible, but things have been busy, I really recommend it here 😇🍟🍔🍲
