I was bitterly disappointed by our trip to Kilkenny activity centre today 10/05/22. We arrived as a group, in good spirits laughing and joking and ready for a great day. We all understand that Eddie had a job to do and that we needed to be safe. Our instructor Eddie quickly became annoyed with us when he felt we were not listening and following instruction. He became verbally aggressive with our class. He told one of the students in a raised voice to “shut his mouth” and referred to another student as a “muppet”. He told me I could not be a captain as he did not want to listen to me. His general attitude was aggressive and hostile not only to the students but also to our teacher when she tried to address the situation. He raised his voice and dismissed her also. He humiliated and belittled us and we all left deflated and disappointed. We left wondering why anybody would chose to work with young people if they struggle to manage their temper. I would not recommend this to others unless steps are taken to address the above issues.

Booked through for the assault course and we were immediately refused for having drink taken because 2 of the group were busting for the toilet after a 2 hour bust journey. No option for any of the group deemed “sober” to participate. None of our group had any open drinks containers and we were all refused at the doorstep. I would definitely steer clear for a stag.

Great craic for Hens or Stags, we were on a Hen in Kilkenny & completed the assault course as our activity. Doesn't look much but sometimes less is more & that's definitely the case here as we had brilliant craic & everyone throughly enjoyed it. The instructors Eddie & Dale were so nice & good fun too! Highly recommend 👌

Great fun for the kids 👍 Cleanliness and tidiness is a low point. The place need's a good make over!

Our second year traveling to the activity centre for my sons birthday. Jamie and his friends had a brilliant time again. Eddie and staff are as always great to deal with, very accommodating and great craic. We can't wait to go back on the new year!

Just had my daughters 12th birthday party here at the weekend with 6 of her friends 🎂🎉🥳. I booked the Splatball and the Assault Course. The girls loved the Splatball, chasing each other around. After that they did the Assault Course, they thought it was even better. The staff were so friendly bringing them the girls around the course. The slide was the end was fantastic. The staff added extra water for the girls and let them have a few extra goes on the slide. 💧 Girls were mucked to eyeballs. Said it was the best party ever! Thanks to Kilkenny Activity Centre staff and Eddie 😁😁😁

Had my sons 13th birthday here. Him and his friends loved it. Had a fantastic time, staff were enthusiastic and great with the kids. The lads did the Bubble football and assault course. Highly recommended 👍

Celebrating my stag party at Kilkenny Activity Centre was an absolute blast. The diverse activities, friendly staff, and top-notch equipment made the day unforgettable. From thrilling paintball matches to engaging obstacle courses, it was an adventure-packed experience that my friends and I will always remember.

Paintball was really fun. It didn't hurt because we were not close as that was one of the rules. Great craic and great exercise too. My friends enjoyed every minute!

Had dinner ordered beef dinner it was absolutely dreadful. Had to get waitress to warm it My other guest had carbonara it was full of mushrooms very tastless. No one came back to us to see if we would like dessert etc. Did try and tell the bartender when I was paying he asked if everything was OK when I started to tell him he showed no interest took my money and walked away.

What a Brilliant Experience at the activity Centre, all the kids had a blast. This is highly recommended if you are looking to host a birthday party. The staff is extremely helpful and sweet!

Brought a school team up for an end of year activity. The Kilkenny Activity Centre were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very good layout and a wide variety of fun games. Would highly recommend. The staff were very professional and welcoming. Thanks again

Highly recommend. Eddie was brilliant to deal with and made the organising of the activities so easy! I attended a hen party there over the weekend. We done the assault course which was such a great laugh and brilliant for team bonding. Really set us up for the rest of the hen. 10/10.

Brilliant day! Highly recommend it. Great fun, ages in the group were from 17 up to 50! All enjoyed it, and agreed they would definitely do it again. Thought the time was quite short when I booked it but 10 minutes in you're wrecked 😂 so the hour is definitely long enough. Very fair on price too. Will definitely book again.

THANK YOU EDDIE! Our crew aren't the fittest or the sportiest, we're clearly not the most agile and like to forget the rules but we had an absolute (splat) ball! I recommend for any group, big, small, runners, snipers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a birthday party for my son here. The fun they had was clear to be seen. The instructor went above and beyond with all the children and couldn't have looked after us any better.

We came with a group of 14 and had a great time! The staff member was very involved and encouraged us to go all out (while being safe of course) Had a great experience!

Great day out for a stag. A mix up in time change meant we started later than planned but it was a still a great session for us all, would definitely recommend them to any group for a day out.

10 of us came up from cork for a hen and we did the assault course!! We have never laughed so much Eddie was looking after us he really got us all involved and having fun I would 100% recommend for groups looking for something to do in Kilkenny!

Had a go at paintballing with a group of 14. I had high hopes and they were met. Was so much fun for the lot of us as it was a new experience for most. Eddie and the young lads were great help aswell. Thanks guys we’ll be back soon.

We brought our U10 Camogie team here last weekend paying Splatball, Bubblefootball and the assault course. The girls had the best time and from start to finish Eddie and the staff looked after us brilliantly. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun group day out👏

We had a great time on Sept 3rd. paint-balling at the Kilkenny Activity Centre. We were a family group of 13, of mixed ages including teenagers and adults, boys and girls. The equipment provided was good, and it was marshalled well and safely. We played 7 games. The Marshall and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
