We stayed here last night and had to separate rooms. The rooms we clean enough but the WiFi link was brutal. Also breakfast is at 8.30 and as we waited to be served for 15 min still nobody came in so we left. As where in construction we would have left earlier if we new they couldn't be bothered to give us breakfast that was paid for.

Wonderful B&B! Room was very clean and spacious enough for 3 people. En-suite was clean and enough hot water for 3 showers. Owners are very friendly and accommodating and give great recommendations for local pubs and touring the wonderful town of Kilkenny. City center is walking distance and ample parking on site. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kilkenny.

The owner is an anti-masker, anti-vaxxer and conspiracy theorist. She would happily spread COVID to any of your vulnerable loved ones without a second thought. She is among the worst people I've had the displeasure of dealing with, without question. Only visit this place if you want to catch COVID. By supporting these owners you are directly undermining public health and safety, so do everyone a favour and go to another B&B.

Spotlessly clean, warm, fine hearty breakfast and very welcoming. Only minutes away from everywhere in the city. Everything you could expect and it didn't break the bank to stay there. Will definitely stay again. It makes you wonder why people pay OTT for hotels when you have this standard of B&B available.

Lovely and very clean B& B in Kill Kenny. Stefan and his dad who are the owners were very warm and welcoming. Had a great stay at their place. The breakfast that they served was very sumptious and tasty.

Lovely clean rooms and perfect breakfast in the morning. Perfect location if going to a function in the Newpark as straight across the road from the hotel. Lovely staff too and they love their hurling!

Very friendly staff, excellent food, stayed here during a stag do. Rooms very clean was not disapointed with anything and will return even let us use there bbq garden area to have a few which we all made good use off thanks again A++++++

Myself and my wife stayed here for three nights and four days and we found the staff very friendly and welcoming The rooms were very well kept and clean, the rooms were cleaned daily and so was the bed linen The full breakfast was well done Our experience here for our short stay was very welcoming with good humour and a lovely people J @ A SWEENEY

myself and my friend found a lovely welcome in your guesthouse The room was spotlessly clean and tidy we both had a great sleep It was only a four minute walk to the city centre the food was gorgeous You are located almost directly across from the newpark hotel

Clean warm and comfortable and great value for money.. with friendly efficient staff and a great full Irish breakfast.. would highly recommend it
