I do not recommend this store. I left my watch in store on Monday 8th May to have the battery replaced. I stressed I needed it back no later than Saturday 13th as I am going on holiday on Monday the 15th. I was reassured that this would not be a problem. I rang today the 12th to confirm collection tomorrow and again was told it would be ready. I received a call 5 mins later to say that only Gerry can replace the battery and he is off today and tomorrow.. would Monday be ok? This lady clearly did not listen to me when I just told her less than 10 mins ago I was leaving the country early Monday morning . The sales assistant made no apologies and proceeded to explain that Gerry was out of the business for a week instead of the 2 days. Which is it? The assistant then tried to push the blame back to her colleague who took the watch from me on Monday and still no apology. Absolutely shocking customer service.

A good place to shop for Christmas.

Trying to shop local, so I purchased a Fossil watch online from Gerry Browne jewellers as a Christmas present this year - so glad I did! It arrived beautifully wrapped, complete with 2 Lily O'Brien chocolates, gift bag, and notecard - above and beyond what you'd get anywhere else, especially with an online purchase! Highly recommend, will be back again.

We used Gerry Browne Jewellers order and collect service to buy a Citizen smart watch last week. I picked up my brand new smart watch from Gerry and he was an absolute gentleman to deal with upon meeting him briefly to collect the watch. Unfortunately there was a battery problem with the watch so I phoned again to try to arrange dropping it back and collect a new watch, this was absolutely no problem and I dealt with Alison for doing this. Alison was so courteous, polite and helpful and changed the watch for a brand new one without hesitation. I would highly recommend Gerry Browne to anyone considering buying jewelley or watches. It seems quite obvious to expect good customer service when buying something but these guys take customer service to the next level. This was my first time buying from here but I will always go back to Gerry Browne from now on, thank you so much guys for the service!

Visited this jewellers last week to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend, consultant was very rude, (I mean we’re two young women)she wouldnt show us engagement rings only promise rings that she claimed were sterling silver, my girlfriend didn’t mind too much, picked a ring, we got it resized after they told us “do you want to just chance it and keep the size too small?”, picked it up yesterday, a few hours of wearing it during the night and her finger is green. Now I don’t know a lot about jewellery but I know that sterling silver doesn’t go green, and definitely not after a few hours or wearing. Very, very disappointed. Avoid.

Called in for a watch repair. A somewhat awkward job, as it was just a damaged buckle on a Casio G-Shock. It didn’t require a full strap and it’s probably not easily replaced if it did. The watch was fixed within five minutes, a steel pin expertly replaced on the buckle. No charge either. Very decent people providing a highly professional service.

Would definitely recommend Gerry Browne jewellers. Got a very old ring resized there a few months back, had too come down 6 sizes but was done perfectly. Brought the same ring in 2 weeks ago as the stones had started too come loose, as i said its an old ring and hadnt been worn in a long time. They replaced all the stones and cleaned the ring, it really looks brand new, very reasonable and after explaining I'd like to have it for Christmas they went out of there way to have it done in time. Lovely staff!!

Just got a new clasp on my daughter’s Harry Potter watch, small job but still nice of them to do it for no charge. Lovely staff, thank you very much. She’ll be delighted!

Left a trophy in for engraving April 2023 .. Big mistake .. Over three months later .. fifteen phone calls .. four visits to the shop .. and finally got the trophy back July 21st 2023!! 🥳And yes, I had to pay for the privilege…WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. ☹️👎

Myself and my partner visited recently for our wedding rings and we could not have been met with by friendlier, more helpful staff. Both stores are so clean, airy and the stock is just beautiful. We were both very happy with our wedding bands and will definitely visit again.

From the moment you walk in you know there is a professional service abound. Bright and airy, everything is perfectly set out. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. They send out a text message that tells you that the item is ready so you're not left wondering if it will be ready if I go in unexpectedly.
