Since I joined Top Performance gym over a year ago it has been the most welcoming gym atmosphere I have experienced. There is an excellent range of equipment, all in perfect condition. The owners Vytautas and Marius are super friendly and helpful, and the gym is always very clean and tidy. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough!

All round brilliant experience. I got a day pass (€10) and it is great value. Great selection of plate loaded machines and dumbbells. It is fantastic to see staff members (strongmen world champions) using the gym equipment and they give valuable advice and are very friendly.

Nice gym with adequate space and nice shower, always clean and tidy. Friendly and very experienced gym leaders that are there to assist you for any gym related questions. Also great location not far from my work place.

Great atmosphere to work out in with help available from some of the highest skilled athletes in the world. I would and have recommended this gym to anyone and is a good place to start if you are a beginner, and is 100% worth transferring over if you are experienced.

Best gym I've been to by far been there for years now. The lads who are working in there are some of the nicest people and are great at what they do. I look forward to going in everyday and always enjoy it.

This is a fantastic gym!! All trainers are really nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness levels you are at. Very clean gym 😁 owners are very friendly. I have tried afew gyms in kilkenny a year ago and top performance was the best one for me in every way i must say it really is a top gym 👍💪💪

Really Great Gym. Very Friendly staff who cant help enough if you need them and top of the range equipment for all levels of gym goer. The gym is extremely clean and there is an excellent vibe in the gym.

It took me months to convince myself to join Top Performance Fitness but boy am I glad I did! As someone who has found gyms quite daunting, both Vytautas & Marius have been so welcoming and helpful, giving guidance where it's needed. They take pride in what they do and always have the place so clean! Without a doubt it has to be the cleanest gym in Kilkenny! With such a positive atmosphere, I never regret a workout!

Hands down the best gym in Kilkenny. Such a welcoming positive and fun environment. It is also very well equipped with everything you would need. The owners could not be nicer and are always on hand with advice on anything gym related, nutrition or goal setting.

By far the best gym in Kilkenny. Been a member over 6 months now and can't recommend them enough. Owners go above and beyond the call of duty, great atmosphere and plenty of equipment for all training levels. All the fitness instructors are experienced and have a wealth of knowledge.

Best gym in town. Everything is brand new, clean and kept to a high standard. Great atmosphere for all levels of training. The owners have a wealth of experience regarding training, nutrition etc. Also they are sound and make you feel very welcome which is rare in other gyms I have been in.

Awesome gym. Great find while traveling. I bought a couple of day passes during my stay and had a great experience lifting and chatting with the owner (world class athlete/strongman/arm wrestler).

This gym is fantastic. I have been to many gyms in Kilkenny over the years, this is the best one. There is always a great atmosphere in here. The Lalas brothers do a great job. It is always remarkably clean. Highly recommended.
