Terrific tour with Shenanigans yesterday. Really fun and informative. Kilkenny has probably the most fascinating history of all the island of Ireland. (And I say that as a Dub!) Nevin is an excellent tour guide and lots of laughs were had and a bit of magic too for good measure! Which our 10 year old daughter loved. Great fun for young and old..Thanks again Nevin, will be seeing you again!2

Our family of five (kids ages 11, 13, and 15) really enjoyed the tour. It was perfect blend of history, comedy, and magic. We highly recommend it!!

We had an absolute blast on our walking tour. Our tour was Saturday the 10th, town was really packed but we managed to see everything in town. One of the best days of our trip. Kilkenny was gorgeous and Nevin is absolutely hilarious. If I’m ever in Ireland again I would go out of my way to do this same tour all over again. Thank you!

One of the best tours I've ever been on. Nevin is great fun and the mix of knowledge, humour, and captivating way of putting forward the stories and facts made it a great experience for all the family. We have 3 autistic kids and they were dreading the noise on the tour but they were so engaged with the humour and magic that they loved it and huge respect to Nevin for asking how the trip could be even more autism friendly.

I so rarely leave reviews but this tour was just amazing. Nevin was incredibly lovely and delivered all the history and information in such an engaging way. Would be great for children too. I'm from Ireland too and went with a friend who was doing some research, still found exceptionally interesting and would highly recommend to both tourists and Irish people just looking to know more about Irish towns! The tour was something very special! The 90-minute tour of Kilkenny was my personal highlight of the city. It is clear how passionate this tour is designed and the guide loves to do this job. Great mix between knowledge transfer and fun!

My husband and I traveled Ireland for two weeks to celebrate our honeymoon. Shenanigan Walks was a highlight of the trip. Nevan is truly such a genuine and kind person. Nevan is full of life, humor and knowledge. We learned so much on the walking tour about history and culture. At the end of the tour, Nevan took the time to chat with the guests and answer any questions. He was able to provide us with a fine dining restaurant recommendation for dinner and it was the best meal that we had the entire trip. He then provided us with an authentic pub that the locals go to for lunch and a small pub for live music in the evening. A splendid tour through the city by a wonderful host who has a great sense of humor. Highly recommend to get a good understanding of the history of Kilkenny. Authentic understanding of history, culture, with a lot of fun, humorous behind the scenes - did not know about characteristics of the city, as well as some magic tricks, making for a day of hearty laughter. We had such a nice time with Nevin on our walking tour of Kilkenny! First off, he was so accommodating. Our original plan was to do the tour on a Tuesday morning, but my husband got sick and so he saved us spots for an evening tour later that week on a Thursday! He had lots of great information throughout the tour and took us to many if the main areas of downtown Kilkenny! The pace was great and he even did some magic and comedy throughout the tour. Overall, a very pleasant evening and a great introduction to the city!
