Calls are never returned. You only get as far as reception and never further. Staff are always on some sort of break no matter what time of day you call. I wonder if any work is actually being done. It's been like this for over 2 years now. Still trying to get into contact....

Kilkenny County Council is the worst disgrace of an organisation. They are stealing tax payers money. I passed by a roadsweeper that sprayed my car in rubble. I tried suing them in the small claims court, but thr judge said I had to hire a solicitor and sue them through the district court. The bill was 1350 euro, I was in the small claims court due to the sum of money involved. Not one solicitor would take on kilkenny County Council over 1350. Under the freedom of information act 2014 I applied for the job card for that roadsweeper job. There were meant to be 6 men on that job, and traffic lights in both directions. There were 2 men on the job that day and no traffic lights. Had there been, my car wouldn't have gotten damaged. What were the other 4 kilkenny County Council workers doing? Playing golf? I encourage anyone that sees anything suss, to apply under the freedom of information act 2014 and get the job card for that job and ensure they are not cutting health and safety corners, and that the workers are actually on the job and not at home or playing golf. They should go to jail for what they did. People have died when health and safety has been ignored, and kilkenny County Council still cuts corners. What hope does the ordinary person have when government bodies use taxpayers money to cut corners.

They would rather give houses to travellers than help people whose children have disabilities. FACT.

Absolutely disgraceful organisation! Charge more than is legal for rent and leave you high and dry when it comes to repairs even emergencies with kids and disabilities. If housing was affordable kk co council would have no tenants.
