KD is really different. Accountability, work ethic, dedication all in one person. Your going places bud keep up the great work. Minimal needs to take really great care of him he deserves it.

The manager made our experience very easy by helping us with information, our lock and keys as well as helping to facilitate an out of state renter. Highly recommend this storage company!!! The facilities were spic and span clean:)

Rental process on Saturday afternoon was quick and easy to do over the phone. If you've ever rented storage, you know it typically needs a sweep and dust down. When I arrived at my unit I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. There was even a new key lock available in the unit. Owner KD reached out to me to make sure my move in process was smooth (kudos)! Even got my second month free.

KD was awesome to work with! He helped us out with everything we need while we work to get settled in Loveland! He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the units I am renting, along with the great prices he was able to provide us!

I just got a unit at Mini Mall Storage, Scott was very nice and made the process go quickly. He showed me the unit and made sure it was in good condition. Good clean facility, i would recommend anyone needing a Storage unit to go see them.

The manager at Loveland mini storage not only runs the place in a masterful fashion, he anticipates and improves. He saw that an opening would greatly help us and after communicating with me, I thankfully accepted his offered change. It doesn’t get better than that!
