This guy is the best at jewelry repair period. I had previously taken my wife's wedding set somewhere else to get fixed about 5-6 times with the same result. Having to go back multiple times with the same problem is ridiculous. I heard about Dale Robinson from a couple people and I'm glad I tried him out. My wife's ring is perfect now. Dale did an excellent job helping me find a setting to update my engagement ring at a great price. My diamond is small and I felt the other jewelers didn't want to work with me. Dale made me feel like I was his most important customer. A great experience.

This was my first personal experience with Mr. Robertson, though my parents have worked with him in the past. My request was to “copy” a family heirloom ring by recycling some of my own broken jewelry and pieces. Not only did he deliver, he went above and beyond. My ring is gorgeous, well-constructed, and I know it’ll last me a lifetime as something to pass on. Mr. Robertson was kind, listened to me, and unlike a lot of other professional men, he didn’t man-splain things to me like I was a child or an idiot. The more “plain” ring in one of the photos is the original that he copied.
