Clean accomodation with fast internet

Kocak banget sekelas kost mewah seperti ini ada pungli bayar parkir 5rb 🤣 kocak sih.. Itu orang orang yg sering nongkrong di depan pintu.

Paid 3 nights for a double bed. The room is very clean, but has no view. It feels like I am sleeping in a prison. Mobile signal is very very poor, so if you are inside the room, be preepared to miss a lot of calls. Internet wifi is very very slow. They will ask you to fill a long form when u check in, worse than checking into a 5* hotel, take selfie and photo of your ID etc. And they will demand that you pay the deposit immediately and not let you of of their sight until u do. I’ve paid for 3 nights and yet your staff waited outside my room until I transferred the deposit?? I had to tell your staff to give me some room before they agree to allow me to transfer few minutes later. Will I stay here again? Never!!!

Penginapan murah, nyaman dan aman, room bersih dan nyaman,staff ramah. Hanya harus deposit 200rb menurut saya terlalu tinggi tarif depositnya,dan prosedur chek in lumayan ribet, semoga kedepannya jadi lebih baik.

Kamar bersih dan tempat tidurnya nyaman, walaupun tidak terlalu besar kamarnya tapi ada kamar mandi di dalam yang cukup ok. Amenities lengkap dan TV sudah smart tv

TempTnya nyatu dgn kostan dilt 3-4. Utk hotel di lt 1-2. Lokasi strategis nyaman banget bersih banget. Rekom banget yg singgah cuma utk numpang tidur krn hrg terjangkau. Hanya deposit 200rb / kamar. Nanti dikembalikan depositnya pas cek out. Sy order waktu itu tgl 26 September utk acara ultah ktr di Green Lake. Lokasi terjangkau kemana mana. Klo gk percaya buktikan sendiri. 😁😁😁

Cozy Puri 22 (190-210k IDR) Cleanliness (7/10) Bed, sheet, pillow (5/10) <in my case, the pillow is a little bit stink> Bathroom and Towel (7/10) View from room (2/10) Room space and atmosphere (7/10) Wifi (8/10) Merchant nearby (1/10) Room service and staff (5/10) Lighting (7/10) Amenities (6/10) Another facility (2/10) - 3 floors no lift - Parking area free of charges (only for 4 cars and 2 of them is for tenant) - Water heater - Ordinary key - Smart TV - Dispenser in the lobby - Rooftop Tips or might be considered 1. The location is in the residence area, the nearest gate is closed on night time. 2. Deposit 200k (Via Bank) 3. Parking area for car is limited 4. No fridge 5. It's good to have smart tv with this price 6. The check in procedure is complicated to the point its annoying. Overal for me it's (7/10) <Deluxe Queen Room> Thank you for the stay.

Untuk menuju ke tempat nya agak sulit kalo malem. Karna di dalam perumahan dan banyak portal yg di tutup. Tapi overall bagus. Kamarnya bersih, ac nya dingin, TV nya berfungsi normal, ada Water Heater Nya juga. Wifi nya juga kencengggg. Mantap lah.

Smart TV, dan ada wifi, mgkin kalo bersihkan kamar harus diminta, jika tdk ada minta tdk bakalan dibersihkan

Mau nanya untuk harga yg sesuai di aplikasi kan gaada tambahan pas udah dateng

Untuk kamar sangat nyaman bersih sampai kamar mandinya air panas maupun dingin sangat memuaskan Pelayanan sangat ramah di jamin bikin betah nginap di cozy puri Lokasi sangat mudah di jangkau
