This is a huge place! this is not your average supermarket, this is a whole sale retailer! suits you the most when you need to buy items for charity fund raising and similar events or if you want to sell these stuff back😂 prices are cheaper because products are sold in bundles. I like the spacey corridor but for my size I'd just rather go to my nearest mini market 😊 Good job Lotte👏🏻

Nice staffs, from the first you enter the premises. Security, store staff and cashier are all friendly and professional. It was never crowded (as per usual supermarket) as it is a wholesale stoee with large storage and big bulky carts. You can buy boxes or products and the price will surprise you. Restaurants and shops usually buy their stock items from here.

Good place for shopping groceries and your daily needs. It has a good parking area. They offer good quality fresh fish, meat, chicken and vegetables. They also has good selection of goods for local and national brand. However their wares selection is quite limited for imported goods. But most importantly they charge reasonable price for the goods.

For three years, we have been purchasing items for Saddaqah and using our credit card. This year we did the same, and were told credit cards were not allowed. When asked for a policy, they said it’s always been that way. No signs anywhere at the entrance or cashier that states you cannot use a credit card to purchase items. So we had to go to the ATM and pull cash in order to pay for what we bought. So for those in the future, remember that this place will not accept credit cards. The exception is BCA CC.

Adequate and spacious parking lot for all type of vehicles. Musholla for customer are provided accordingly. The Customer Information Service (CIS), both responding to called-in inquiry and walk-in have been superbly helpful. Offers online service via Mobile Apps for shopping and membership ease of use.

A good grocery place with fresh fish, fruit, vegetable, poultry and beef. Always in good price. Interior setting is neat and clean.

Change the star. It's a wholesale. The place if you want to buy groceries or others in a big batch for reseller or for 1 month stock. You should have a member card if you want to shop here. Me personally rarely buying here. Because I never buy in big batch, just for special occasion. So I prefer shopping at another place.

You need to make a membership card for you to do transaction in this place. However, they do not provide prior notice to any non member costumer who enter this place. Therefore, it's kind of confusing for anyone who basically doesn't know that they need to have membership before paying their goods, so if you think you wanna buy something, you better make a membership card beforehand. You just need to come to the receptionist table to apply for membership card. Don't worry, it takes only 5-10 minutes to make the membership card and it's free.

Easy to spot from the vehicle on normal traffic. It has very spacious parking lot and super wide aisle. The prices are cheap and even cheaper if you buy in bulk. They don't provide carry bags, but they do provide free empty boxes for customers to use.
