Nice place to visit. Same with all starbucks cafe, they offer high quality coffee and its varian. Pros : park area wide, what I liked most is they have two toilet rooms. Cons: the.music should be improved. Not everybody like country or jazzy music. The AirCon some times too cold. I think 23 or 24 C its good enough

I nearly thought that this area is useless as it is only kilometers away from the final toll exit at Serpong. But turns out i visit this Starbucks quite often. There's a big Starbucks logo painted on the wall at the back of the Cafe. Not something you see often at Starbucks

Giving this a 5 star simply because you don't see much Starbucks drive thru in BSD area, heck even in Jakarta there's a lot more non-drive thru Starbucks still so this is a gem Spacious parking too in case you want to sit through and since this is in rest area, it's mostly quiet so you can do decent quite WFC in case you feel like your local Starbucks is too crowded for your liking

Starbucks in Indonesia always like to trick people into upsizing, extra things on top and acting like those extra things are the only options in order to get more money out of you. I've been to Starbucks in mamy countries and Indonesia is definitely the worst for this... No honesty and integrity as a brand here.

Went there to trade in a reward, but unfortunately, they were out of stock. Bought a tumbler instead and drinks, of course. The baristas were helpful and patient as I chose a tumbler. It wasn't crowded, so we got seats to enjoy our drinks.

It's your standard Starbucks sans power outlet on the outdoor sitting area. The outdoor sitting area is dusty, though it might be because it's in the rest area.

The service was fabulous. Staff made our tiring journey more enjoyable with their kind jokes and high quality service.

The location is in the rest area. The place is quiet, perfect for work and drink coffee.

Great hangout place in toll rest area during tiring traffic jam before exit toll BSD.

Friendly staff.. not too crowded. Parking is spacious by the way. Not a typical place to hangout, but it's an okay place if you need to have a meet up on your way to BSD. Toilet is also very clean, which is a big thumbs up for any public space.
