Not too many options to choose from but the staff is very friendly. I love their service.

Quite complete products and very helpful staff, they help thoroughly until our problem is really solved, no matter how cheap the price of product is. Informa is in the same building (same company) so saves time to switch stores. No queue so far especially during night/evening time. health protocol is followed very well

Considerably small compare to other ACE but since it is next to Informa, I think it's benefited a one stop shopping place altogether. Although this is my go-to place for home improvement, but I think all Ace Hardware should change name into KRISBOW HARDWARE. Because they have almost everything with KRISBOW brand in them. For example, they don't even allow other light bulbs brand to be sold other than Krisbow's. While the quality is not excellent. Just look around and count how many items with that brand. I prefer shopping with more options in brand.

Good place for house tools shopping. And as usual, coupled with Informa for house interior shopping. If you're familiar with ACE's service, this is the same. The CS is always friendly and very helpful. It also has Richeese & Chatime in front, so you can grab a meal if you're hungry after spending a long time here (and yes you can get lost if you're just window shopping and not looking for specific item :P) The parking lot is pretty decent sized, although the road traffic is usually very busy and sometimes even jammed.

Not bad to visit. Not bad for shopping. But all staff is too young to know how to help.

had to pay cash, the cashier was having trouble with the card machine (was not familiar how to use the machine), asked the others for help but the others didnt even bother to help. barely even have customers buying here
