This was for our family "arisan" and yasiinan, so, we made a reservation. The foods were delicious, the variations of sambal were a highlight. But when we ordered coffee, we had to wait for quite a while.

My recommendation is the wet fried chicken which tastes unique but delicious. The taste is savory and salty which is just right coupled with the juicy texture of the meat. The drawback is that this chicken has quite a layer of oil, maybe my advice before serving, the oil can be reduced by draining it. There are 2 types of chili sauce, red chili sauce (sambel dadak) and green chili sauce (sambal hejo), both of which have the right spicy taste. Prices are also very reasonable. But the portion of chicken here is smaller than other restaurants. It's the portion of rice which is abundance. So in my opinion it is necessary to order 2 pieces of chicken to compensate for the portion of rice. This location is atmosphered with thick Sundanese and Javanese ornaments. Lots of spots for good photo spots. Parking space is also quite spacious.

Its a great place to bring your family for Lunch or having dinner. The price is really affordable, not too expensive. The foods is specific forJava-sundanese food. "Sambal Hejo" means "Green Chili Sauce", the taste was great. I've once been here with my fams, they love it. This resto also has a simple playground for kids and spacious parking lot.

A very very cozy & artistic place with traditional & vintage design. The building likely Javanese (or Sundanese or Betawi??) , full of timber. Clean restroom, air conditioned prayer room. Tasteful nasi liwet (flavoured rice). The fried chicken is delicious. Fair price. Fast service. Friendly staffs with Sundanese suits. Perfect!

Spacey parking lot. Good place for family gathering or for lunch. Traditional look, there are few photospot looks like you’re in Java (Central Java or Jogjakarta mightbe). Very good&quick service, you don’t need to wait (long) to get your food to be served. Great taste with affordable price. Very recommended

Nice place. Comfort for family dine in. Staff really kind. Good service. They had classic indonesian style. Pretty fascinating. They had pretty delicious food.

Unique place and plenty spaces inside. But parking was quite limited and in some spot was stiffingly hot. Food was mostly from Sundanese origin. You can even find Sate Maranggi here (I do recommend to eat them while warm, served in hotplate). Their Sambal Dadap is good but not that hot/spicy. I also love their (wet) Fried Chicken, but came in really small shape. Ikan Gurame also good, no foul-smell. Price: they have a price for some package. I.e, IDR500.000 for 5 person (actually able to support 6-7 person). Package for 10 persons IDR800.000 and etc. They also provide a-la-carte for yours to choose.

I always love their Ayam Goreng Basah! Always been a favorite. Surprisingly, their Sate Maranggi is scrumptious with tender beef as well. The place's interior is kinda vintage cute and the service was also great as we didn’t wait long for our order to be served, but the cleanliness of the toilet is important to note. Also, I couldn’t lock the woman toilet’s door so I needed to hold it with my feet and so on (it’s hard to imagine, I know hahahah!!). Overall, SHSD is so underrated which I love about it! Keep up the good work!
