Mother's first experience of entering this clinic was that the service was generally ok and entered the VIP room because it was public. For the second time my mother was admitted again with a BPJS health pass. Zero, the service was very different from the general patient, only she had blood pressure and was checked, the doctor said she had to be taken straight to the hospital because the patient's condition was already in decline, but she said she wanted to give her medicine, but in fact she wasn't given any medicine at all, I told him to take him straight to the hospital but he was given a referral. Hellow, this is a big clinic, you know.

Always get treatment here because the Marlina clinic happens to be my BPJS health facility 1. So far, the service has been quite good, my only suggestion is don't seek treatment on Dr. Fransiskus' schedule because I don't like the way he talks and his service. So far, asking for a referral has always been easy, the medical records officer is also friendly.

Yesterday my child was examined by Marlina. My child complained of fever, diarrhea and dehydration. He had looked for a vein several times and wanted an infusion to fail...what a shame😭 in the end he was referred to the hospital...thank God, when he got to the hospital, once he looked for a vein, he was able to get an IV straight away...even if it was in the leg... because the veins in both hands and left leg ran out when I was checked at Marlina...
