akan

review
disini.
"I
am
writing
about
my
stay
at
the
Luxton
Hotel
Cirebon,
Indonesia,
which
was
unsatisfactory,
due
to
the
harsh
treatment
of
shouting
from
one
of
the
employees
assisted
by
the
security
guard
who
was
there
at
the
time.
On
March
2,
2022
I
stayed
at
your
hotel
in
room
842
on
the
8th
floor."
We
arrived
at
night,
around
21:00,
when
we
were
very
tired,
we
just
wanted
to
rest.
At
that
time,
my
wife
and
children
went
down
to
the
lobby
to
check
in
and
packed
up
their
things
and
then
went
straight
to
the
room.
But
when
I
wanted
to
park
the
car
at
your
hotel,
I
was
shouted
at
very
rudely,
so
as
not
to
park
there.
Not
long
after
that
the
security
came,
and
treated
the
same
thing,
very
rudely,
kicked
me
out
of
the
front
parking
lot.
There
I
had
an
argument,
that
in
that
area
there
was
no
sign,
and
I
saw
another
car
parked.
Finally,
I
complained
to
Management
On
Duty,
Mr.
Andri/Andi,
in
a
tired
condition
there
was
only
emotion,
moreover,
Mr.
Andi
only
apologized
without
providing
any
other
solutions.
In
addition,
at
night,
the
door
of
my
room
was
pryed,
visible
from
the
prying
marks
(can
be
proven
by
the
photo),
I
didn't
complain
about
it,
because
I
am
pessimistic
that
the
incident
was
not
taken
seriously
by
the
hotel
management
the
same
as
my
complaint
about
parking.
Having
in
mind
that
that
this
is
a
high
class
hotel,
with
good
star
rating,
belonging
to
the
famous
chain
of
hotels,
I
perceive
this
type
of
the
treatment
as
unacceptable,
especially
having
in
mind
that
I
am
a
regular
guest
in
your
hotels
across
the
country.
Since
the
provisions
of
the
Consumer
Rights
Act
claim
my
right
to
benefit
from
fair
treatment
and
decent
service,
I
believe
that
the
behavior
of
your
employees
makes
your
hotel
violate
the
Consumer
Rights
laws.
In
that
line
of
legislation,
I
am
legally
entitled
to
ask
for
my
money
back
due
to
being
mistreated
by
your
hotel
employee
or
any
form
of
compensation.
Therefore
I
urge
you
to
consider
my
claim
and
provide
me
with
a
written
response
within
7
days
of
receiving
this
letter
so
that
news
about
this
complaint
does
not
go
viral
in
newspapers
or
social
media.
