Pengalaman Buruk di Luxton Cirebon, berhubung tidak ditanggapi email saya perihal pelayanan yang menimpa keluarga saya, maka akan saya review disini. "I am writing about my stay at the Luxton Hotel Cirebon, Indonesia, which was unsatisfactory, due to the harsh treatment of shouting from one of the employees assisted by the security guard who was there at the time. On March 2, 2022 I stayed at your hotel in room 842 on the 8th floor." We arrived at night, around 21:00, when we were very tired, we just wanted to rest. At that time, my wife and children went down to the lobby to check in and packed up their things and then went straight to the room. But when I wanted to park the car at your hotel, I was shouted at very rudely, so as not to park there. Not long after that the security came, and treated the same thing, very rudely, kicked me out of the front parking lot. There I had an argument, that in that area there was no sign, and I saw another car parked. Finally, I complained to Management On Duty, Mr. Andri/Andi, in a tired condition there was only emotion, moreover, Mr. Andi only apologized without providing any other solutions. In addition, at night, the door of my room was pryed, visible from the prying marks (can be proven by the photo), I didn't complain about it, because I am pessimistic that the incident was not taken seriously by the hotel management the same as my complaint about parking. Having in mind that that this is a high class hotel, with good star rating, belonging to the famous chain of hotels, I perceive this type of the treatment as unacceptable, especially having in mind that I am a regular guest in your hotels across the country. Since the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act claim my right to benefit from fair treatment and decent service, I believe that the behavior of your employees makes your hotel violate the Consumer Rights laws. In that line of legislation, I am legally entitled to ask for my money back due to being mistreated by your hotel employee or any form of compensation. Therefore I urge you to consider my claim and provide me with a written response within 7 days of receiving this letter so that news about this complaint does not go viral in newspapers or social media. Room is spacious, clean and spotless. Breakfast offers wide range of variety food from Nasi Jamblang, Empal Gentong, Tekwan, buffet menu, porridge, and even Jamu beras kencur and Kunyit Asam. Location is in the city centre and also in good area, within walking distance to Yogya Supermarket, bread shop and restaurants. I bought good durian from Yogya supermarket and ate them in front of the premise 😁

Great atmosphere, cozy room, friendly and helpful staff, impressive breakfast menu, incredible services. Spent two nights and three rooms with a great experience with a big family. Free parking for hotel guests. Recommended of weekend escape, i must say.

One of the best in this city. Room a bit old but spacious and cozy. If exhaust of AC work well I'd give it 5. Swimming pool uses too much cleaning powder but it's cool there is also gym

We only ate dinner...the wait was quiet long...but if you want delicious western food... It is totally recommended. Make sure to spare more time as the orders take a little bit long.... Otherwise...totally recommended...a bit pricy though.

It was not very pleasant stay here in Luxton Cirebon. I'm on trimester pregnancy with 2 y.o kids, trying to have a pleasant vacation in Cirebon, and I thought this is a nice hotel, with reputable hotel chain, great ratings, etc. The bellboy was very welcome, since I first arrived at hotel lobby. The check in process also was good enough, I have no complaint. When I came to my room, the room was spacious and clean, but without bath towel, and I have to wait 2 hours to get the towel. But, what I want to highlight is the parking and security services. It was very bad. I was a guest, with big belly bump, and a child. We can't get direct access to nearest parking spot, although we saw that fancy cars can have their own parking spot. We have to go to another building (btw the hotel & parking building is a different place), and walk further to lobby. The security always say no and can't, can't parking in parallel, can't parking here and there, meanwhile I saw with my own eyes, more fancy cars parking on the place where that security guy say no and can't. This is very annoying, and I was a guest backthen, I paid my own room, and I have long and tiring day and I don't get the service that is my right as a guest in this hotel. Well, I hope the management can hire more professional staffs for the future. This will be my first and last stay in Luxton Cirebon. Thanks.

The room is spacious, mine is on the 5th floor near the swimming pool and outdoor cafe. At first I was worried that it would be noisy at night, but fortunately not. Rather it was quiet, maybe also because during the 2 nights I stayed there it was raining almost constantly, so there were hardly any people hanging out there. The location is at the heart of Cirebon city, it is close to Yogya supermarket and some other places.

Excellent, the staff are friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable. We use the sauna on male changing room on the 5th floor. Breakfast was perfect, we love the sourdough bread 🍞 with dried fruit, the choice of local food was excellent (i.e. ulukutak squid 🐙, variety of soto, and soup). Recommended for handling a group meeting here

Thank God we have arrived in Cirebon again... The last choice is Cirebon luxury hotel Thank God the location is good and strategic... It's just that the food around it is quite far away.. The facilities in the hotel are quite good and children and families really like it.... Good parking location.. Okay room Bathroom okay. The food is also good and tasty.. There is only one that is a bit lacking. No teaspoon. The new receptionist phone was given. Or did you forget or how do you not know. Already TLP twice. Just got a response.. Otherwise it's good. Friendly staff Swimming pool, gym. All good.. kids like it.. Tissue holder in room. Some are ready, some are not. Even though we booked the same two rooms.. Forgetfulness maybe.. WiFi. Very slow. Not that smooth... It's been tried many times. Just play. The road is slow and tends not to be smooth or sluggish.. (Try to test in the room) Everything else is fine.. Room is spacious. We enjoy our stay even only for 1 night. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of room must be improved. A little dusty and we found left over rice near the cupboard. But overall, it is nice to stay here.

Stayed on weekend 4-5 Nov with group. Room is (I believed) deluxe on 5th floor. Very kind and helpful staff! Room very spacious, clean, soundproof, ac is quiet and cold, have a big table and corner sofa, lots of room in clothing in the wardrobes. Bathroom also spacious, clean with complete amenities. Shower area is spacious with rainfall showerhead and rack for amenities. Swimming pool is good, very kid friendly as they play kids song in the afternoon when kids are swimming. Breakfast is good with great varities from eastern to western. Overall, recommended! Great price to value!

Parking Space so small, and there is booking for parking, we can not park in the lobby. Basement parking dark and narrow. Toilet broken, sink also not good, hand shower leak, remote not working, even though the engineer are helpful. Parking is worst…we must reserved to get lobby parking…shame on you

Spacious room but they really should paid attention on cleanliness. Dust is everywhere. Huge parking lot. Great and friendly staff. Gym and pool facilities. Choices of breakfast is great.

I have travelled to most parts of Indonesia and stayed in hotels the luxton is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.3 different rooms in the first hour I was there 1st 1 very dirty and room was disgraceful 2nd room dirty and brocken shower.3rd room ok but dirty house keeping need a new manager and better training.the food disgraceful cold breakfast room service food cold.the F&B management needs to go back to learn how to do his job. If your a westerner I wouldn't stay at luxton hotel worst experience ever. 2023 no smart TV in rooms 1 positive they bought a smart TV to my 3rd room on 2nd day and the tecnition and I think duty manager was great Over all never stay again at luxton This is not a 4 star hotel if it was in bali it would be 1 and half star.

This hotel location was great, spacious room and clean bath room, this hotel has swimming pool and gym. The breakfast menu need more variation. Little bit disappointed about the laundry service, i didn't ask about laundry service, no one call me about laundry service but when i come back to my room, they already done it. Room were spacious and clean, although I get the impression that this is rather "old" hotel due to only one electrical outlet. With more than two gadget on us, we need more than one electrical outlet. The amenities was sufficient. The service were excellent. Breakfasf was good. We were there at the very peak of eid-alfitri holiday, so the dining room was packed. Carpark was ample.. Entrance was difable friendly.

Family hotel. If you got a little kids then they have a play room. The gym is quite good, suggestion: add some more weights for dumbbell and plates

The food menu is relatively complete, with delicious taste. Friendly service from all hotel personnel. Parking space is available and adequate for big cars too.

Everything is good but there are always rooms for improvement: - internet speed should be faster, high quality - bath sheets should be changed to new ones which are clean/fresh white, soft and plump/fluffy - in big chained hotels such as Luxton there are usually two types of towels, bath sheets and bath towels. Why does Luxton only provide bath sheets without bath towels? - empal gentong in the restaurant should have more meats. When we were there no staff added the meats to the 'gentong' since we began until we finished our breakfast.

The location of hotel is the best point. Just after the main gate of Cirebon city from palimanan. Good facilities such as pool and restaurant available here. One of the luxury hotel in Cirebon city. Need more space for parking area especially when some even running in this hotel such as wedding party.

Not a real 4 stars hotel. Staff is very slow, hotel facilities is minimal only one towel par room. Buffet breakfast is with big choice but you need to pay extra just for a cappuccino. No knife available so not really ready for foreigners.
