Good location and nice sea view from the balcony

I stayed here for one night for a wedding in Cirebon. I was very pleased with my stay. Overall, for a budget hotel this place comes highly recommended. Let this be the choice should you ever come to this town. Rooms are decent and cozy, comes with an okay internet connection. The bathroom is clean. As someone has pointed out, the Breakfast is top notch. Really varied and plenty of yummy meals to choose from. Keep up the good job!

I recently had my first stay at Neo Hotel Cirebon, a budget hotel affiliated with the Aston group, and I must say that my experience left me quite disappointed. From the moment of check-in to the final check-out, several aspects of my stay fell short of expectations. To begin with, when I arrived for check-in, it was already past 2 PM, yet my room was still in the process of being cleaned. This delayed start to my stay was less than ideal. Additionally, during check-out, I was required to wait again for a room inspection, which could be inconvenient for guests in a hurry. Upon entering my room, I meticulously inspected the facilities. Unfortunately, I found the cleanliness of the bathroom to be subpar, with black specks resembling sand in the bathtub. The rain shower had a peculiar habit of turning on by itself, creating an eerie ambiance, particularly at night. The amenities provided in the room were also lacking in quality. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the staff promptly fulfilled my request for soft pillows, meeting my expectations. However, I encountered issues with the room's air conditioning, as it could not be adjusted to my liking. Furthermore, the mini-bar fridge failed to maintain a sufficiently cold temperature. The hotel's location right by the main road meant that it was rather noisy, which made it challenging to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Regarding the breakfast menu, I must acknowledge that for a budget hotel, there were reasonable options available. Nevertheless, the quality of the food left much to be desired. It appeared as though the meals were prepared hastily, lacking attention to taste and presentation. In conclusion, I sincerely hope that Neo Hotel Cirebon, as part of the Aston group, takes this feedback into consideration and strives to make improvements. Enhancements in cleanliness, amenities, room comfort, and the quality of food can greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I believe that with these improvements, Neo Hotel Cirebon has the potential to provide a more satisfying stay for its guests in the future.

First time experienced worst service from the hotel.. as they confirmed to us via WhatsApp about our stay, we already informed that we will come and the payment will be using credit card.. but then the hotel ask (more like force us) for DownPayment 50% before 3p.m or else they will cancel our booking.. Then we try to confirm to hotel management and as we spoke to the staff via telepon to said that we want to do payment using creditcard and we will definitly come... the staff still insist and force us about the downpayment and if we are unwilling, they ask us whether we want to cancel our booking Very disappointed with this hotel... previously we usually stayed in Neo when we go to cirebon.. and been stay there for more than 10 times.. now this hotel will definitely not gonna be my first pick anymore..

Arrrive late at night, and expecting the room to be clean and perfect. Not dissapointed, the hotel is pristine and the staff are ftiendly. Will stay here again for sure.

Stayed here twice during the pandemic and so far it has been nice. You can look at the sea from the hotel and if you're lucky, you can even see it from your room window. The room was clean and the service from the staff was fine. The hotel also has a value from money and is close to the city center, so all is well.

The towell were soft and smell good. This is very plus point for a 3-star hotel because believe I've been in 4-star hotels with rough and smell bad towels. Warm water was ok. Room was a bit small, but that's fine. Parking lot was limited but the staff helped with parking arrangements without much hassle! Very nice. The hotel is located near the shoreline of the city so we got a bit of great view to the sea.

Affordable price, good service. But need some improvement on parking lot, at least hardening the ground instead of mudd. Keep it up

Very good service hotel with low budget. Before this hotel we plan to reserve at luxton but since its holiday all room were full. Seeing the rate in traveloka then we tried this hotel with direct reserve. We stayed one night in orion room. 30m2 room Nice layout room hotel With price about below 700k we got queen bed. Bathtub and shower were separated. Keep up the good service Good luck God Speed

Nice little cozy hotel, very good service, simple but tasty breakfast

It is a clean and modern hotel. The checkin was seamless, and warm. My favorite part was the breakfast buffet. Diki was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the foods in the breakfast bar. He took time walking me around and explaining each dish, how it was made and how then locals eat it. As an American, it was comforting having a guide into the delicious Indonesian foods I’d feared trying. Thank you Diki! You made my stay and introduced me to some fantastic new foods.

The room is nice, can see the scenery of city view from bedroom, breakfast delicious. Just the floor in bathroom is a bit slippery when got splashed by water, better change to ceramic nonslip for bathroom

Clean room with sea view, good staffs service, good breakfast although deliver to the room, need to fix the tv channels (not clear / blurry), over all value for money

Eventhough it's not big hotel, but I should say the service are good. Maybe the only issue that should be considered is the parking lot. But fortunately the securities are always stand by to help us park our vehicles. The location is best.

Located in a city center. My room has a sea view. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and clean room. We had a good time stayed here.

The room is comfortable! The ambience is good, but I got a room with unsymmetrical floor shower bathroom so the water would stagnate on the other side :( the shower could possibly fall as well but overall it was nice stay and clean! The breakfast was nice and tasty too

Breakfast is so tasty, especially chicken porridge and lontong sayur so delicious. Quite neighborhood, good place to enjoy your stay. It will be perfect if they have dedicated spa area.

Room Was Okay and clean and you can open the window that's good if you are a smoker. The breakfast is nice where we sit outside in the patio. The valet and front office is also quite efficient.

The room is actually spacious, had a couch and a little desk, like a small living room, a bathtub and spacious bathroom, breakfast was so so, but we got the smoking room in second floor instead, although I ordered the non smoking one, they said because they didnt opened other floor because of Ramadhan month the occupancies are low. I would have given a 5 star if we could only stay on the higher floor and non smoking one

Good enough hotel in Cirebon. Have a lovely two nights here. Even though the parking area is limited, the security staff helpful with the valet parking system for the guests.

It was a great experience staying here. Got a lotta help from the staff member. Also so many food promos n the variety of food if I'm not mistaken (Korean, Chinese, Ofc Indonesian) and it tasted amazing! Clean room and they were very nice to guest.

Nice hotel to stay at Cirebon. The room quite big, their parking lot, lobby & hotel area also consider as quite spacious. The facility good for family especially with kids, they definitely will enjoy the hotel.

Cozy and Clean Room, Moderate Variety but Delicious Breakfast, Excellent Service especially for the Housekeeping, Receptionists, and Valet Service. Near Kejaksan Train Station.

Room is clean and food are pretty nice with plenty of food choices. Overall really good for your business trip.

Good service, parking are limited but the security will happily arrange (valet). Complimentary water are available through dispenser at corridors (much preferable rather than in bottles, we can take as much as we need anytime, no need to wait for roomboys to handout new bottles). Only downside was the AC is not quite cool.

I stay here twice in a year (Ied & christmas holiday) and so far it's been a quite satisfying moment to stay at Neo Cirebon. Friendly & helpful staff..make sense price..adequate room facilities..

The staffs are friendly and helpful; which is nice. The rooms are good; maintained properly. Would be great to have option for the pillow as it's too tough/thick. The breakfast taste is decent, deapite not having much variety.

The room is clean and tidy. You have to get a mineral water from the dispenser placed in the hallway. Breakfast is nice. It is just the location quite far from the mall, so it is a bother if you want to eat outside the hotel
