Disappointed
by
the
RSVP
system!!
First
of
all,
I
booked
the
hotel
on
June
18
2022
just
after
there
were
a
announcement
that
in
BSD
there
will
be
a
concert
held
on
Sept
24
2022.
I
booked
the
room
at
an
application,
and
it
went
very
well.
Knowing
that
I
have
secured
a
room
for
the
concert
made
me
peaceful,
because
I
know
that
on
that
day,
many
people
will
looking
for
accomodation
for
the
concert.
I
choose
the
“pay
later”
service,
and
I
already
input
my
credit
card
so
it
can’t
be
refundable
if
I
don’t
cancel
the
accomodation.
Long
short
story,
today
(Sept
20,2022)
just
3
days
apart
from
the
stay,
suddenly
I
checked
my
“Spam”
e-mail,
and
I
got
shocked
because
there
were
notifications
from
Pop
Hotel
which
say
that
because
of
the
high
demand,
they
want
me
to
wire
deposits
(not
informed
how
much)
to
secure
my
room.
I
received
2
emails
on
the
Spam
(1
is
Sept
19,2022

am,
second
is
Sept
20,2022
11.51
am)
I
checked
those
emails
at
3.34
pm
and
hurriedly
called
the
hotline
Marketing
but
not
answerd.
Then
I
try
to
called
again
at
4.00
pm
to
make
sure
about
the
reservation
and
the
deposit
I
should
pay.
She
talks
that
she’s
not
in
the
office,
so
She
needs
time
to
check
if
my
room
still
available,
but
at
the
end
turns
out
that
my
room
has
been
cancelled
by
the
hotels.
Seriously,
I
just
got
confused
by
the
Hotels
policy
for
cancelling
the
reservation.
I
know
the
demand
is
high,
but
Is
it
good
to
cancelling
the
reservation
without
customers
approval??
In
my
opinion,
if
the
hotel
wants
customer
to
pay
before
booked
the
hotel,
please
set
the
terms
on
every
application!
Don’t
offer
to
“pay
later”
or
“pay
at
hotel”
services
if
you
can’t
wait
to
received
the
customer
money!
I
really
disappointed
by
Pop
Hotel
reservation
service!
For
I
know
from
the
very
start
that
it
will
be
difficult
to
booked
hotels
if
I
late.
And
there
was
no
compliment
at
all,
also
no
notifications
from
the
apps
I
used.
Please
noted
to
other
people
who
wants
to
stay
at
Pop
Hotel
especially
at
peak
days,
please
make
sure
you
do
pay
them
by
make
deposit
if
you
don’t
want
the
incident
repeat
again.
And
to
Pop
Hotel,
please
repair
the
system
so
that
the
customer
will
not
be
disappointed
like
me.
I
can’t
imagine
others
who
do
rsvp
like
me
didn’t
check
the
email,
and
suddenly
when
they
come
to
hotel
there
is
no
room
at
all
because
it
has
been
cancelled
by
the
hotel.
