We arrived pretty late, when we’re at the front desk they’re already waiting for our arrival. The room we asked for was ready, with little help from the guest attendant our bags were carried and we settled in very quickly. The room was clean, but the bed and the sheets a lil bit damp and humid without air conditioning turned on. Luckily, no air conditioning or hot water problem while staying there. We’re kinda waiting for the breakfast time on the 1st day, since we’re pretty hungry when we arrived and the kitchen already closed, even during fasting months. When the clock striked 06.00 am, we walked down for breakfast. It was a wonderful experience dining in, we felt pretty safe with the health and safety protocols, plus all food were setup and served warm ready for us! All the dining room staffs very helpful and friendly, even when we asked for food that was not on their list. We asked for steam veggies, and they served them immediately without questions. Another request was, our lil one fell on slippery showers area on the first night, so we asked for rubber mat but they didn’t have it so they send extra bath mats to replace rubber mat with no questions asked. Overall, we love to stay there and will definitely come back when we’re visiting.

There are several things that can still be improved, such as: 1. The lighting in the room is not bright enough. 2. The kitchen utensils in the room were not very clean. 3. We had to wait for 10 minutes for check-in, even though we arrived after the check-in time. We overheard the receptionist trying to contact room service, and it seemed like the room service was not very efficient. Sorry if we misheard. 4. The furniture is quite old and stained. 5. Towels were not provided for a room that can accommodate 3 people; we had to request them ourselves and wait for a long time because we were told the towels were still in the laundry. However, we appreciate the patience of the receptionist and the breakfast, which had a wide selection and was quite delicious.

More like an apartment with kitchen set and big bathroom. Furnitures feels old and dirty. Idr750k is somewhat expensive. Luckily breakfast is included. Parking is free but make sure the parking ticket get stamped

Definitely a great location with many restaurants and amenities surrounding the hotel. You won't be bored after a business day. Traffic to and from the airport is fairly smooth and takes about 40 minutes. Two convenient stores within 5 minutes' walk and alcohol stores to stock up the mini fridge. Well appointed rooms with all the works, soft pillows and clean sheets. Great buffet breakfast spread. Definitely value for money!

We’re there 25-26-27 February 2023 .Very Disappointed !!.everything very Dirty “Bathroom Stink and Dirty “The Bedroom Sheet and Pillow Dirty ,they don’t change anything probably one a month, I taken photo of the pillow to the reception, complainant about it I don’t think they do anything, The Room is Very Tocsin full of Bacteria, we both got Sick after leaving That Hotel Atria Resident,we have Sore throat and Coughing for 3 weeks, we have to take Antibiotics . Don’t make Mistake with Atria Hotel”. With ATRIA RESIDENT!!!!! The Room is Very Dirty 👎👎👎👎👎

Very strategically located, but a little bit run-down; in the room I was in, the remote for the TV would turn on and off, and the volume up and down, but I couldn't change channels. The bathroom had both a tub and a shower, and there was no end of steaming hot water, but the bathmat disappeared on the 2nd day and never came back. The door handles on the shower and balcony were both rusted and loose, so I was always afraid to go out on the balcony in case I wouldn't be able to get back in again. The swimming pool was closed for cleaning when I was there, so I didn't have a chance to try it out. I only ever ate the buffet breakfast; there was a good range of hot Indonesian dishes and continental / American options, most of which changed each day. The location was quite ideal for the work I had to do, and being right across from Summarecon Mall was a big bonus, but walking to either place involved running across the multiple lanes of highway that surround the Atria complex as there are no crosswalks or pedestrian bridges.

It's a tall building next to Atria Hotel. It consists of one-room studios and maybe other types. Some of the rooms on the 8th floor have mini kitchens. Some of the rooms have traffic view.

I like the 2 bed room apartment style arrangement. It is also equipped with cooking utensils

The room is spacious enough, clean, tidy,and all appliances worked well.the bathroom is spacious and clean. I have 3 young kids and they all liked this place. Very friendly and accomodating staffs. The breakfast didnt have lots of variety but all were good.The pool have good size and clean. And one thing i liked is when i pulled the card key from the power place, it didnt switch the power off immediately. Kind of important for me that dont like darkness.Comfortable for staycation with family.

Worse hotel to conduct an event in Serpong at the moment. It took more than a week to confirm the venue, took almost another week for the invoice. When you WhatsApp the staff on things pertaining to holding an event at the venue, it will take at least a day or near a week for them to revert back. Maybe the hotel does not need revenue. Customer should be the King but it seems the staff in charge thinks otherwise or think they own the hotel.

Stayed here for only a night, but the experience was great. We had to move room 3 times, due to water leaking problem from the heavy heavy rain that afternoon. But all staff members were very accommodating, helped us to take a look at other available rooms, until we were settled in R215. Super loved the terrace. Breakfast buffet had nothing too special, I must say, but still good overall.

The most unprofessional hotel I’ve ever experienced to spend with. At 06.30 we checked out our room, and before we left the hotel the staff already confirmed that everything in our room was ok, so we left the hotel. Later at 12.00 we got a call from hotel that they need to charge us Rp 1.500.000 because they said we got our bed stained (2 spots). I was like wth 🤷🏻‍♀️. It’s clear that the staff said everything was ok later that morning and we allowed to leave the hotel. If you were sure that stained linen or bed was ours, so just showed us before we left the hotel not by sending us a picture after 6 hours later. I’m not gonna pay anything right especially when we are sure we didnt make the stains, it’s just purely unprofessional.

Excellent service! The workers there are amazing, polite, and accommodating. Stayed there for 2 weeks, a week with breakfast, and a week without. They could have more variety of breakfast menu everyday. But overall 5/5. Clean room, excellent customer service, great price (cheaper when you book from online travel agent), and delicious room service food.

Atria is probably the most prominent hotel in the area. I have spent tens of business nights in this hotel. It's located in a very strategic place. A large mall and rows of restaurants, car workshops, hospitals, etc. are in the vicinity. It has a spacious car park with a mini-mart. The entrance is grand, and it offers many function rooms that house hundreds to thousands of people. Its huge LED screens and audio are probably one of the best—perfect for large meetings. If you feel like jogging in the morning, you can either jog around the hotel block or go to the nearby housing complex where the boulevard is quiet and there's a golf course on the left side. The air is fresh. The rooms are nice. The staff are friendly and know their jobs. One thing though, the food is substandard in terms of taste and selection. I think the F&B should be overhauled.

Went there for training purpose. The food for meeting package was superb! From lunch buffet and the coffe break, all of them was good! However, the meeting room was not soundproof; it was raining so hard and we could barely hear the speaker.

Attended an event - live on big screen Indonesia Vs Argentina. It was fun but unfortunately they ran out of Draft Beer! How can beer run out on such an event. Had to adjourn elsewhere after that for more beers.. service was rather slow and had to remind them of my request 3 times..

I hv a pleasant stay with my daughter. We enjoy swim twogether in this fasting month. Not many people go to the pool due to this is eid holiday n everyone go back to their origin village so not many people hv staycation these days. Therefore there was minimum supervisory in the pool, playground and fitness area. But there was 1 staff who care for us and help taking photo of us in the pool. He also asked my opinion about the hotel and asked the experience of stay. He made sure we are safe in the pool by telling us the pool depth and warn for kids need to be accompanied always. Location is near Summarecon Mal Serpong (Very big mall) and only a few minutes of walking Room was good , It was a smoking room but when I entered it smelled fragrant and did not smell like tobacco at all , Wardrobes were creaky and my window was open by a few centimetres and there is no window handle to close it? . However,fridge accommodated all my frozen food I wanted to bring back and the 2 Bedroom room was really spacious Service was good as usual in Indonesia

A really great hotel with more than 5 star service. Just 3 minutes after checking in the room, the phone ran, and the front desk was checking to see if everything was okay. Breakfast spread was excellent. And service was good.

My 3rd time stayed here. Spacious living room, as well as the bathroom. Kids love the big bathtub. Bit old but all is fully functioned. Location at it's best at the heart of Gading Serpong. For a group of family is fully recommended.

II really enjoyed staying at Atria Redident for 3 weeks for vacation. The restaurant service was very good, the staff and chef, the receptionist was very friendly, the security was very good, not forgetting the cleaning service was very good and super perfect for the 7th floor where we occupied the cleaning service Arista and Jony and mba I forgot the name..they are all perfect...next time if I holiday I will book again in atria residence..More Explore Room.interior sofa and other..

A fine hotel in South Tangerang, conveniently accessible from multiple directions, capitalizing on the toll highway from Jakarta. I haven't had the opportunity to stay here yet, so I can't provide insights into the room quality. The commendable service is evident in the courteous treatment of arriving guests by the doormen, along with a neat and expansive lobby featuring what appears to be an efficient front office service. I will provide further updates once I have the chance to gain a more comprehensive experience.

I am in love with this hotel hospitality and location, it’s located in the central of everything in gading serpong area, the shopping area is walking distance, and you are surrounded by foods. The room is not quite spacious but it’s clean and cozy. I enjoyed the king size bed and the environment of the room. The Foods is Great! Tastes right just for me. breakfast, dining i love the taste of foods here. The staff is very friendly, so overall it’s a very good cozy great food in the center of everything for me. The Price? I think it’s very reasonable, sure will be back here for my next trip to gading serpong.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT ATRIA HOTEL. ‼️ If you consider to book multiple room for ur guests in this hotel - Please reconsider!!! What a shame, your rooms are nice but the service is very poor 👎 If I could give less than 1 star for service, i would! - Poor service, the receptionists (mostly the women staff. Men staff are much better) were unfriendly and lack of smile while serving me and my guests. When I or my guests asked for help, the responses were very unfriendly, as if we were inconveniencing them. My guests even told me directly “the service from receptionist is very bad” - so basically this is not a one sided experience. - The booking system is very poor. I was in need of booking multiple rooms with different details, so I contacted the hotel's banquet representative (Yossi) for direct booking to get a special price, but i was told to book online through Parador. I did so and paid with my credit card. However on the day of check-in, the system was very FAULTY. Some rooms were said to be unpaid because the credit card payment failed. Even two weeks after checking out, I am still getting harassed with Atria staff saying that there is still a payment i haven’t finished. How bad can your system go?? - During check-in, many of my guests' rooms were mixed up, even though the guests had shown hotel voucher directly from their phones. As a result, some of my guests were wrongly informed that they had to check out early (even though they were supposed to stay for 2 more days). VERY BAD. WHAT A SHAME.

Good 3-4 star hotel. Friendly staff. Room is on par with global 3 star. Conveniently located near a major mall for shopping and dining convenience but crossing the street requires caution due to the absence of crosswalks and lights.

Stayed here for a week because I had an event. The room was comfortable and wide, and I think they need to improve the cleanness because there were 2 bugs (small cockroaches). Already gave this as a feedback to the FO and they accepted it and will look further to it.👍👍 The food at the resto was super great, so many food to choose from with good quality.

Stayed for the first time at this hotel for 2 nights last weekend with family.. Overall, the service is good for a hotel in its class, but still needs improvement in terms of check-in timeliness, gym facilities to be repaired so that all tools can be used, especially the air conditioner. All the hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful in any way, the cleanliness of the room is top, the facilities in the room are also ok. Special thank you to the restaurant manager and all of the restaurant employees who were on duty last weekend, even though there were many guests but you have tried to provide special service for us! Those kind of employees who must be given special awards, hotel management must maintain employees like this! Merry Christmas and happy new year, stay cool!

One night stay in suite. Very clean, all amenities provided. Good diverse breakfast. Delicious meal. Very friendly staff.

So sorry i cannot give 5 stars.😐 1st time here cause we try few hotel at serpong area and we believe atria name is ok. They say its 1 week after renovation. We order suite room and bring our parents for staycation. But at the time we here, the water in our room not so clean. Also the tv channel is not working. The hotel offer us to change room, give free dinner and late checkout for the incovenience. We bring our infant and child but its troublesome. We back to hotel after lunch time but the access card cannot be used and its troublesome we have to come back and forth to receptionist to tell this. The chef at the ommelete station not nice. I order 1 omellete and he didnt confirm my order even no one order at that time too. When he put the food its kind a mess. By the time we met at lobby he greet me but i already feel not ok by the situation before. The bed is nice. Please improve ya. Its not just about the money but the trust. I feel not so good for my parents to bring them here even they said its ok.🙄

the room is okay, event tho the couch in my room is so bad. it has stain on it. and i have to ask for a towel. it seems they are forgot to put a towel or something. the one that dissapoint big time is the breakfast. i almost puke when i saw a caterpillar on my plate. yes caterpillar. there is a caterpillar on the food. its bok choy or something. i was so upset i forgot to take a picture. i complain it to the staff right away. and they give me a compliment, its a brownie 😶

Disagree and dissapoint if this residences level 4 stars because breakfast menu too less of menu variant even compare with level 3 stars. Worthed if you stay without breakfast because the breakfast menu is too dissapoint.

Look the hotel staff is amazing, good kitchen and fast. I would have rated it a 5 that said. The curtains in the room don't close fully due to a design flaw. The channel on television is not for business travelers as it has only Indonesian channels and very old movie channels.

I asked the receptionist when checking out on Nov 7 whether they still have room for the next day (Nov 8- Nov 11), the lady said they have the room but for room rate on Nov 9, she need to check again and will inform me afterwards by contacting my phone, so I left My phone number to her. However I wait until the next day without any call and when I call to the hotel asking the progress, the other receptionist told me that the room already full. They didn't call me and just told me that the room already full without giving any explanation even when I asked why no one call me informing the hotel rate. What is the point for asking my phone number and promising to call if they just leave their client with no clue and no solutions? Bad management and no responsibilities.

I was there to attend my friend wedding at the restaurant in the hotel, so i dont know about the room, but i would say the restaurant it self was good, the food was delicious, people who servise us were nice and friendly..

One of favourite my corporate hotels in Jakarta. Have great view at the 9th floors room, especially in the morning and the nite. Have a clean room and toilet. Have many Javanese menu tasty food on the restaurant.

It is rather a meeting-conference-exhibition than an accomodation hotel. Operated by a chain-hotel management, the location and service is much to cater the business requirements of the surrounding areas.

Room was not so spacious but still enough for business trip. ⛔️hair dryer didn’t work at all (I had to call the receptionist to get a new one and waited for 15 minutes) ⛔️bath gel was not well prepared (empty bottle) ⛔️bathroom sink (wastafel) was closed (?) the dirty water stucked. I had to fix it by myself. ✅ food was Ok ✅ pool and gym facilty

- No bathroom mat - Technician doesn't know the service (I asked if the smart TV able to run Netflix, because there is a Netflix button on the remote, he just play around on the TV channel, eventhough I told him Netflix is an app, its not TV channel) - Asked for a taxi to airport, at first they said there is a taxi on standby, I asked to give me 12 minutes while I had my breakfast, after I had my breakfast I waited for 5 minutes with no sign of the taxi coming, went back to receptionist, he asked me to wait, waited for another 5 minutes still the taxi hasn't come. Asked again, to my disaster, the taxi is not there, there was no taxi standby there! Receptionist is helpful to request another taxi from outside the hotel, still have to wait total 40 minutes to get the taxi, while this is should have been avoidable. - Food improved since my last stay

Strategic location. The room was great just what you can expect from such lux hotel, hairdryer was a decent addition, but I found the room lacks of available charging port. Breakfast was fantastic with vast options with decent taste. Family friendly obviously.
