Never stayed here but i visited this hotel for a wedding ceremony. The food is good, let's not say amazing, but good. Toilet is splendid and nothing to complain. But there is one room in the middle of the "lobby" i should say that looks like an outdoor, it was hot and humid as hell in there. We were eating and we went out because we were drenched in sweat. It was in the "M" floor i believe

stay here for 2 times, a few nights each, because of the location of the hotel. our first stay, we were waiting for our room to be ready for one a half hour (we arrived around 2:00 pm). breakfast is good. our second stay, we were waiting (again) for a half hour for the room to be ready (we arrived around was 2:30 pm). breakfast is not as good as the first time we stay.

Such a bad experience. The lift is not working and we should queue for the only one lift that is working. Imagine waiting like 20-30 minutes just to get on your floor. This happened for two days out of our 3 days stay. Thanks for the involuntary cardio session going from ground floor to 10th floor walking on the stair. Definitely not gonna book this place again. No solution at all from the management.

I am not a fan of the hotel room where I stayed for three days. The room was clean and provided the basics for the stay. The reception offered good service, and the staff communicated friendly, which is the hotel's highlight mentioned in other reviews. The views outside looked good, with beautiful trees in the neighbourhood. I missed breakfast as I am not a morning person. I had lunch once in the hotel, and the food tasted ok without a surprising impression. Even though the hotel room is not impressive, the hotel is a reliable choice with good services and a convenient location.

Whilst the service was good at this hotel, I found the bathroom was so disgusting for a 4-star hotel that looks great and brand new from the outside. There were some black moulds in the shower and the toilet was stained badly, which shouldn't have happened if the room got cleaned properly in the first place! Very disappointing experience, given I have had high expectations prior to check into this hotel. I thought the bathroom would've been cleaned and spotless, given it's a 4-star hotel. Turned out, I was wrong. For me personally, the cleanliness of the bathroom/shower of a hotel room is A MUST. Hence, I give one star on my review for Santika Premier Bintaro, since I did not get the cleanliness of the bathroom/shower as I expected for a 4-star hotel. It was a deal breaker for me. Very disappointing and disgusting! Oh, and they also charged us IDR 5,000 for each time we got picked up by our online taxis at the lobby, eventhough it was always less than 5 mins, literally! Couldn't they make it Free for the guests that got picked up at the lobby for less than 5 mins?! So greedy!

Thanks for the free upgrade! I booked Deluxe room but got upgraded to Premier. Room is spacious and clean, well stocked and well mantained. Check in/check out is fast. One minor downside is, i forgot to bring prayer mat and asked the front desk if i could borrow, they said yes but it never came 🙂🙂. I also forgot my tumbler at the room after i checked out but they did managed to find it for me (thanks a lot, kudos to the quick response). Overall, always had a pleasant stay in this hotel chain.

Comfortable hotel for both business meetings and overnight stays. This hotel offers fast internet access and easily accessible location by private vehicle. On the 6th floor, there are cardio and powerlifting fitness facilities. There's an adult and children's pool with warm water for a refreshing swim. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very exceptionally satisfying, offering a wide range selection of carbohydrate, protein, fiber, and fat sources. Free bicycle rental for up to 90 minutes if you want to explore South Tangerang city with the urban pollution. The prayer room was comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were sufficiently clean

We stayed for 1 night and got a high floor. The room a bit smelly but that was clean & spacious. Very quiet so we can have a nice sleep. Breakfast was pretty good. They located in a city center of Bintaro.

One of the best hotel in Bintaro. It is located near a toll road and the toll road has a direct access to Soekarno-Hatta airport. The meeting room is fit for 50 people but for a person who sit far from the speaker, you may find it hard to see the speaker. The other issue for the meeting room is about the cables. It required to be re-arranged or people will unintentionnaly hit the cables. It is recommended to attached the cables on the wall and ceiling. This hotel provide a good food but I never see a steak or any grill provided in the buffet.

A Spacious, Clean and Neat Hotel, comfortable ambience inside and outside the hotel for relax and staycation of family with kids and elder who use wheel chair. Location is quite strategic for staycation. Bintaro Xchange Mall & Restaurants only 5-10 minutes driving and within walk in distance to Living Plaza, Transpark mall. BFC Mini Farm for kids education is only 15 minutes driving. The assistance from reception staffs – especially Ms Mikha and team were very nice, friendly and helpful accommodating our various request from having connecting rooms, early check in and late check out for our elder, providing chair for elder bath purpose. Breakfast at the restaurants quite good and comfortable. We also received complimentary slice birthday cake for surprising our 2 birthday nieces Satisfied and accommodated well were the impression of this time staycation.

I was here to attend a family gathering with almost 250 people. It was great and we had fun during our stay at the restaurant

Posh and nice and no creaking sound whatsoever if you know what I mean. By far the most hygienic, most comfortable and the most friendly hotel south of Jakarta.

Nice hotel all facilities are present swimming pool, gym etc, room is comfortable with a spacious bed furthermore not that special but ok same counts for the bathroom. View from the room is great tho especially because I was situated on the 10th floor 😊.

Stay for 2 nite, staff very friendly and have good gym to workout. Have nice ginger sweet for free. Good combination of local and international breakfast. Like the herbs drink. 2nd time stay here. Recommended.

Always love staying here either for staycation or emergency stay (last time I stayed here because I couldn't go home because my house is flooded lol). The service is satisfactory, the room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast also delicious. Price is worth the stay. Definitely my favorite hotel now.

Booked several rooms for my family visit. Excellent service and all lobby staff was welcoming and kind and have gotten us Taxi on several occasions. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Western and Indonesian options. However, when we checked in, one of our rooms weren't ready so we had to wait until later in the day... room was very very clean and comfortable!

Room and bathroom are clean. Excellent service. Good WiFi connection. Pool and gym on L6. Cosy lobby. Breakfast from 6am to 10am.

Basically our Stay was good just need small touch for the communication with their customer. We were facing a small problem during our stay, our youngest sister lost her Owl doll. We have made complaints 2x, 1st at the night when the doll was missing (handled by the Duty Manager), 2nd we met and talked with Manager In charged when we were leaving the Hotel with the last convo, Hotel will do recheck back to the Attendant and the Vendor of Laundry. But up to now, I write this feedback, No one calling me either by WhatsApp or Call. Need more put sensitively for giving result as the customer are waiting for your result. Thank you, Your Guest

Ok for 3 star hotel for one night if you just expecting to sleep and not use their amenities or have a decent breakfast. If your expectations are to actually enjoy your stay then definitely no. Very outdated rooms, poorly designed and furnished. Breakfast just ok. Nothing special. I would not recommend this to anyone I like

I was hoping to stay in the room for zoom meeting but the ac was not running. The toilet was not clean and they kept on asking to checkout when it is not even 12. Never coming back for sure
