Stayed for one night several times here. Both check-in and check-out process were quick. Typical two stars hotel. Soap, toothbrush and toothpaste were provide despite no shampoo available. The room is okay, not too small. Cleanliness can be improved especially for bed cover. The hotel is close to pasar modern bintaro, which have a large cuisine selection suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinner/late snack. Only one angkot away from jurangmangu krl station.

Average place to short stay or transit at Bintaro. Convenience location. Need some attention on garden, building. Room equipment need to replace, such as bath towels, sheet, pillow case. Found remote for television wasn't on good condition.

I was planning to stay two nights on this hotel but decide to left earlier on the first night. The hotel was so-so, a little too expensive and overated for the medium class hotel. Actually it quite clean and homey, but they did not pay attention to the toiletries and bedding set. I got a hole in my bath towel and a torn dormat. The bed sheet had a yellow stain and the pillow case are dirty. I cannot sleep at night because i can hear all the sound from outside my room, kids running and the other noise. The only good part from this hotel was the helpful staff and the receptionist hospitality.

For overnight stays without much activity in the Bintaro area, this hotel is adequate. The staff is friendly and informative, but the service is very basic. There is a large parking lot. Strategic location.

Bang for bucks, but no fridge no pool and no breakfast

As a traveler i don't think the cost worth for this hotel. But actually this is the lower budget hotel around i could found on internet. No room service, no swimming pool. With that cost, i can get much better hotel in Serpong. But the staffs are friendly, this 3 stars given for them.

The location is a bit far from the highway so it is not too disturbed by vehicles. There is wheelchair accessible entrance. Toiletries only have soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a shower cap. The bathroom has hot water and plugs, but no hairdryer. The deposit is IDR 50,000, refunded at check out. There are free 2 bottles of mineral water, but no coffee, tea, sugar, and drinking water heater. Because the walls are quite thin, sounds from outside and the next room are very clearly audible.

You're gonna feel like staying in the villages. away from the bustling city. Whilst it actually accessible to any location at ease. From and to the airport. From and to the city. Toll gates are nearby for car usage. The train & bus station are also nearby for commuting usage. Also nearby from and to the mall, the shops, the convenience store, the cafe, and the restaurant. Even though not a walking distance, but still nearby. You may use any ride-sharing transportation. The room is quite small but cozy and clean. The ac works well. And hot water is running. The wifi performs nicely. Also had a good view from the room. The staff are helpful and have a good attitude. Doesn't speak any native English, yet still comprehend each other in basic communication. During this pandemic situation, the location is also caring with the procedure of safety and security also healthy environment.

Small hotel, neat, small room, average rate, situated near the heart of Bintaro, closed to pondok aren exit toll.

A really noisy place with no time to rest at all. Sounds from outside are so loud and resting here is so hard. You can almost hear everything like people walking or the staffs talking at the hallways even though your door is closed tight. I'd recommend this if you just need a quick budget room but not so much for resting peacefully.

It was ok. Breakfast I got wasn't satisfying. My colleague's room electric lock's battery was off so that he couldn't get in to his room for half an hour. But generally it was OK.

Funny how the staff gave the same room from 6 months ago that I complained about maintenance issue and i told him to change it immediatelly and he insist that the room was already fix 🤣😂😅
